Two illegal migrants from Honduras arrested in second anti-queer hatecrime case  Days after police announced they were looking for information on a robbery apparently motivated by hatred for homosexuals, another attack occurred.
In both incidents the victims arrived at the Long
Island Expressway Exit 49 park-and-ride lot, where they met Victor Lopez. Lopez promised the men sex and told
them to follow him to an industrial park said
police, who have described the park-and-ride as a place men cruise for anonymous

Low-down "Youth Worker" Accused Of Sodomizing Boy  KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A former youth counselor hired to help troubled boys is accusing of sexually assaulting a minor.
Tommy Mclaurin, 26, was charged with statutory sodomy after several alleged encounters with a 12-year-old male student. He's being held on $75,000 bond. Mclaurin was a supervisor of boys between the ages of 5 and 17 at Gillis Center in south Kansas City, which is an education facility for at-risk children. A boy told police he saw Mclaurin on his knees in front of a classmate. When the victim was questioned, he told officers that Mclaurin had allegedly done this several times. Police Arrest Suspect in Rape of Deaf/Mute Victim A suspect has been arrested for the sexual assault of a deaf and mute Sacramento woman who was attacked on her way to work a month ago. Juan Michael Tidwell, 25, is being held on kidnapping, rape and robbery charges. Tidwell is alleged to have tried to befriend the victim as she walked to the College Greens light rail station on her way to work the evening of September 10. Investigators said Tidwell used pen and paper to communicate with her. Man Indicted on 83 Sex Charges ranging from statutory rape to child molestation A grand jury has indicted a 36-year-old man on 83 felony counts ranging from statutory rape to child molestation.
Eighty of the counts against Phillip Moore charge him with sexual exploitation of a minor. Atlanta police officers started to receive complaints about a man asking children to get inside his car for money.
One child was able to provide the license tag number to his grandmother, who contacted the police. An officer spotted the vehicle and arrested Moore, who was charged with four counts of criminal attempt to commit enticing a child for indecent purposes. - (-88-) - (crime) |

The teen was shot dead early Monday morning in what Lancaster police described as an apparent robbery and homicide.
Police arrested Christopher Glenn Dominique, 21, while he was being treated at an area hospital. Dominique was involved in another incident after the 7-Eleven robbery that left him injured, police said. Police said that Anthony Flanery was shot and killed instantly when the gunman

Police Say Man Walks Into Store, Sets Wife On Fire - Woman Suffers Third-Degree Burns Over Half Of Body - Lost that lovin' feelin'  Police in Prince George's County, Md., said a man accused of walking into a mobile phone store, dousing his wife with gasoline and then setting her on fire is now behind bars.
Roger Hargrave, 33, was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. Monday in District Heights, Md.
Witnesses told police that Hargrave walked into the T-Mobile store in Clinton, Md., where his wife worked, and began throwing gasoline on her.
