Black one-eyed ex-con Katrina refugee? murdered White store clerk in Dallas, Texas area   Police have arrested a man from New Orleans in connection with the slaying of a 19-year-old convenience store clerk who was killed during a robbery early Monday morning in Lancaster. The teen was shot dead early Monday morning in what Lancaster police described as an apparent robbery and homicide.
Police arrested Christopher Glenn Dominique, 21, while he was being treated at an area hospital. Dominique was involved in another incident after the 7-Eleven robbery that left him injured, police said. Police said that Anthony Flanery was shot and killed instantly when the gunman

Police Say Man Walks Into Store, Sets Wife On Fire - Woman Suffers Third-Degree Burns Over Half Of Body - Lost that lovin' feelin'  Police in Prince George's County, Md., said a man accused of walking into a mobile phone store, dousing his wife with gasoline and then setting her on fire is now behind bars.
Roger Hargrave, 33, was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. Monday in District Heights, Md.
Witnesses told police that Hargrave walked into the T-Mobile store in Clinton, Md., where his wife worked, and began throwing gasoline on her. Witnesses said the woman ran outside and Hargrave followed her and set her on fire with a match. Hargrave faces charges of attempted murder and assault. - (Gman) - (crime) - (Burned Alive!) |

Rape Suspect Faces 55 Felonies KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- A 28-year-old man already charged with raping three women has been charged with five other attacks.
The 35 counts a grand jury added Friday bring to 55 the total number of charges filed against Kevin L. Hayslett of Kansas City. The latest charges, which include five counts of robbery, four counts of rape and one count of first-degree assault, stem from attacks committed between 2001 and 2003.
Jackson County prosecutor Mike Sanders said the attacks were becoming progressively more violent.
"At his (young) age, it's important," Sanders said. "If he's convicted, 55 counts will ensure that he will never get out of prison." - (War Eagle) - (crime) |

Police in two jurisdictions Thursday charged Gerry Lee Bolding, 23, of 625 College St., Courtland, with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. Bolding admitted to rubbing his genitals on the child's genitals. Doctors said there was no penetration. Montgomery said the contact took place at a residence in Courtland on Sept. 21. Pastor gets four years in prison for raping girl RACINE - The Rev. John A. Oatis was sentenced to four years in prison Friday for raping a 15-year-old girl at his church 11 years ago.
The victim said she went to Oatis for help in October 1994 at the Holy Jerusalem Church of God, formerly at 1330 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. He took her into the basement of the church and sexually assaulted her, according to the criminal complaint.
Police used DNA evidence to tie Oatis, 69, to the assault. He was convicted in August of second-degree sexual assault of a child. - (-88-) - (crime) |
 Orlando "Creature" In Court After Stabbing And Shooting Incident 41-year-old Donald Randall had nothing to say in court, Monday morning, about the role police say he played in a stabbing and two shootings that occurred on Saturday near Randall Street and Westmoreland in Orlando.
Investigators say Randall slashed a teen's throat following an argument.
They say someone then shot at Randall, but hit two other people instead.
All of the victims are expected to be all right. (Oh, thank goodness!)
