Charges Could Be Thrown Out in (White) 8-Year-Old Kevin Shifflett's Brutal Murder by Racist Black
Gregory MurphyKevin ShiffletThe family of an 8-year-old boy who was brutally murdered while playing outside an Alexandria home 14 years ago is afraid his killer could walk free. Kevin Shifflett was playing outside his great-grandmother's Del Ray home in April 2000 when police say Gregory Murphy -- 33 years old at the time -- approached Kevin and stabbed him 18 times. "He was a kid playing on spring break," Kevin's sister Heather Huntington said. "He wasn't hurting anybody ... so why [was he stabbed]?" Murphy was arrested shortly after for the stabbing, but every time he's gone to court, he has been ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial. Fourteen years later, doctors say Murphy cannot be made competent to stand trial in Kevin's death. Because of that, defense lawyers want to drop criminal charges against Murphy, commit him to a mental institution and have the case handled civilly. - (Black-on-white)

Double homicide complicates another criminal matter involving victim - dead White victim can no longer testify against blacks
Debbie and Doug LondonDavid FudgeNana AdomaJamell Cureton CHARLOTTE, NC - Wednesday afternoon, family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life Service to remember Doug and Debbie London, the Lake Wylie couple shot to death in their home Thursday night. York County investigators don't believe this was a random crime. This was a couple twice victimized by violent crimes. In May, armed men tried to rob Doug London in the couple's Mattress Warehouse store. One of the robbers shot at Mr. London. Police arrested three men. What happens in court to that case now that Doug London can't testify? "Unless there is another witness who can come forward who was present at the time the robbery occurred, there's no case," said retired Assistant District Attorney Steve Ward. "There's nothing that can be done - simply by giving a statement to the police is not sufficient." Even though investigators likely collected evidence against the defendants, prosecutors needed Doug London. "The defendant has a right to cross examine their accuser in court" Ward said. "And if their accuser is no longer available, usually that's the end of the case." One of the defendants, David Fudge, pleaded guilty in September to accessory after the fact, and to robbery with a dangerous weapon. Cases are still pending against two other defendants. Nana Adoma is scheduled to have a pre-trial conference. Jamell Cureton is on the docket for an arraignment - to enter a plea. - (Black-on-white)

Feldhaus was placed on leave in 2003 after he was accused of inappropriately touching a minor on two occasions around 1979, the archdiocese said. ‘Mexican pride’: Illegal alien suspected of murdering deputies was deported TWICE
Luis Enrique Monroy-BracamonteLuis Enrique Monroy-BracamonteLuis Enrique Monroy-BracamonteDanny OliverMichael David Davis JrAs Americans have learned all too often, open borders are deadly. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents confirmed Saturday night that the suspect in the murder of two California deputies is a twice-deported illegal immigrant. The suspect, Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, now has an immigration detainer against him. It calls for him to be transferred to federal custody after this case has been decided so the federal government can pursue deportation, although that clearly hasn’t worked twice. The suspect was arrested and deported in 1997 for illegal drug possession and again four years later for an undisclosed offense, reported the Sacramento Bee. Monroy-Bracamonte gave authorities the fictitious identity of Marcelo Marquez, 34, of Salt Lake City. It was through fingerprints that authorities determined his true identity. “The fingerprints were the basis for our request for an immigration detainer,” ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice told The Associated Press. Photos on the “Beltran” Facebook page match those of the suspected killer. In one of the photos, a “Mexican Pride” tattoo is seen on his belly and a Sinaloa tattoo on his chest, indicating that he is from Culiacán, Sinaloa. In another photo he is wearing an evil-looking clown mask. He has been charged with two counts of murder, attempted murder and carjacking. His wife, Janelle Marquez-Monroy, also faces charges of carjacking and attempted murder.  - (Invasion!)
