One (black) brother acquitted, other gets life in auction house slaying (of White woman)
Raan Henderson Romon HendersonSheila JohnsonFORT WORTH -- Months after his younger brother was found not guilty in a 2014 deadly shootout at a Fort Worth auction house, Romon Henderson has received a far different fate. On Thursday, a jury convicted Henderson, 30, of capital murder in the same case. Because prosecutors had not sought the death penalty, he was automatically sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. Romon and Ra’an Henderson had both been accused in the robbery and fatal shooting of Sheila Johnson, a 54-year-old Air Force veteran who worked at the 4A Good Auction House, 3921 Mansfield Highway. Johnson, who sometimes slept at the business because of a string of break-ins, was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds inside the auction house on April 13, 2014. The crime scene indicated she had put up a fight before her death, emptying the magazine of a .22-caliber rifle in a shootout with her killers. - (Black-on-white)

A League official present, commended Lindsey for how well she handled the incident. All appeared resolved! Friday night, at least 1 adult female and three juveniles, viciously stalked, ambushed, and attacked her in the parking lot of the Hudson School, at Dornwood Park, as approximately 25 others cheered them on and yelled racial slurs!     (Black) Man Who Dismembered (white) Girlfriend Requests Joint Custody Of (mixed-race) Daughter
Joshua Dow Adelle JensenMINNEAPOLIS — The family of a Minnesota mother who disappeared faces another emotional hurdle. Addie Jensen, 25, vanished last fall. Her ex-boyfriend would later admit to dismembering her in Minneapolis, but investigators never proved that Josh Dow killed her. Now, he wants joint custody of the couple’s three-year-old daughter. Jensen’s family shared their anguish, and what they’d like to see happen to their granddaughter. The Jensen’s said there were break-ups and make-ups in the couples seven years together. Just weeks before Addie’s death, she left Dow, and she and Chloe moved in with her parents. And then one November night in 2015, Addie didn’t come home. Dow’s brother had contacted police. “And told them that Addie was dead, that she was shot and that he had helped Josh move the body,” David Jensen said. “He admitted to cutting up our daughter’s body,” Cinda Jensen said, “and throwing her in the garbage,” said David Jensen. To this day Addie’s body has not been found. Dow pleaded guilty in late March to interfering with a dead body, and the sale of drugs. Dow admitted he “dismembered” Addie and he took quote, “the parts, and put them in the garbage in Minneapolis in different garbage cans.” In order to charge Dow with murder, Freeman said he would need “a body, an eye witness, DNA, some more evidence.” - (Black-on-white)

Rodricus Shaw and Domonique DeanMONROE, La - UPDATE: Wooden boards cover the windows on a home in Michelle Court, in that home is where Rickie Wade Jr. hid in the attic, after the deputies were shot. "They told us they called 911 and told them the dispatcher that he was at another location," says Russell. One of the deputies, Tom Hargrove, was shot in the neck. Sheriff Russell says initially Hargrove took matters into his own hands. "You know he tried to drive himself to the hospital that day after being shot the deputy grabbed him put him in the backseat and said let me drive but he walked into the hospital, yeah he's pretty tough," says Russell. He says Hargrove is hospitalized in Shreveport and he can't talk right now, but is making hand gestures. The other deputy, Johnny Robinson is at St. Francis in Monroe. He was shot in the leg shattering his femur. "He has a long road to but he was in a lot of pain last night but he's pretty strong fellow too," says Russell. "Judges should not fear that their impartial decisions will subject them to threats of reprisal or even worse physical attacks (or) attempted assassinations." “Judge Corrigan was 1.6 inches from becoming the next federal judge murdered,” Bentley said. He said he used poor judgment and faulty reasoning in trying to tell the story of those affected by the Nazis. "I am writing today to apologize publicly for harm caused to anyone because of my inserting myself into the descriptions of life in Auschwitz," Hirt wrote. "I was not a prisoner there.     Voices in head, balloons in stomach: (black-on-White) Murder suspect's mental health back in spotlight in trial
Marcus SmithKathryn 'Kit' GrazioliSheriff's deputy Harry LeMonteHe insisted on a diet of coconut milk and bison meat. He spoke of voices in his head, devices under his skin and a balloon inside his stomach that could burst at any moment. In the months before a grisly killing for which he is on trial, Marcus Allen Smith's mental state unraveled to the point that his mother couldn't understand his rambling diatribes, she told an El Paso County jury Wednesday. Prosecutors rested on Monday, and the case could go to the jury by the end of the week. Without denying that Smith, 25, committed the slaying, his court-appointed attorneys argue he was too disturbed to form criminal intent the night prosecutors say he strangled an 87-year-old woman before setting her body ablaze on Nov. 23, 2011. Sharply at odds with that portrait is prosecutors' depiction of him as a sadistic killer playing "games" with everyone around him in hopes of forestalling a conviction. - (Black-on-white)

Cold-blooded murder,' sheriff says of JPSO deputy killing - black thug shot White officer three times in the back,
Jerman Neveauxdeputy David Michel JrJerman Neveaux, 19, was resisting a body search when he fatally shot Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office deputy David Michel Jr. on Wednesday afternoon (June 22) in Harvey, Sheriff Newell Normand said at a news conference later that night. Neveaux, on probation after recently pleading guilty in New Orleans to misdemeanor possession of stolen property, told authorities he didn't want to go to jail for having a gun, Normand said. "So he killed a deputy," said the sheriff. "What do you say about that?" Michel stopped Neveaux around 12:21 p.m. near Manhattan Boulevard and Ascot Road after seeing Neveaux closely following another man, who appeared to be nervous, Normand said. JPSO investigators confirmed the other man's state of mind by speaking with him as well as his girlfriend, who the man spoke to on the phone as Neveaux followed him, Normand said. Michel intervened, told the other man to leave and attempted to search Neveaux from behind against the car, Normand said.     "Knockout game" White Harrisburg man shares tale of getting knocked out
Phil NarshHARRISBURG- Phil Narsh woke up battered and bloody on a midtown Harrisburg sidewalk early Friday. He didn't know what happened to him. It looked like he had been attacked: He had a giant goose egg on the side of his head and a broken arm. But no one saw anything. The last thing Narsh, 29, remembered was walking home alone from a downtown bar. His friends found him lying face down on the sidewalk about 1 a.m. in the 1200 block of Third Street. Narsh regained consciousness when an ambulance showed up. He later determined a small amount of cash and his phone, which had been in his pockets, was missing. Narsh didn't report the incident to police. He was still trying to piece together what happened to him, whether he could keep his job waiting tables with a broken arm and how he was going to pay his growing medical bills. Things seemed to get a lot clearer on Sunday when he heard about a similar incident involving another man who was walking home alone from a downtown wedding celebration. But that man, Steve Esworthy, didn't survive his 1:30 a.m. robbery.
