'Spanic Rey Serrano aka Ilario Vasquez got angry when Mexico won the soccer game so he drove into a crowd of Mexicans killing one  A fight over a soccer match is now at the center of a crash in which investigators say a man drove down a group of friends. It's a story of friends getting together to watch a soccer match between Mexico and Guatamala. When Guatamala loses, one of them gets mad -- and in the end his own brother is sent to the hospital, and a friend is dead. Camilo Gonzalez is left to take care of getting his cousin's body back to Mexico to be buried, after Federico Morales Perez, 19, was killed by a man he thought was a friend. Friends say Ilario Vasquez, also known as Rey Serrano, got angry when Mexico

Alfredo Martinez Charged With Murdering Brother-in-Law A Lake County man is in jail, after police say he killed one family member and attacked another.
Authorities charged Alfredo Martinez with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
They say Martinez got in a fight with his brother-in-law and stabbed him. Another brother-in-law tried to come to the rescue of the first victim, but Martinez stabbed him too. - (White Boy) - (crime) Citizenship status of suspect not reported. |

White Chesapeake Police Officer, Black Bank Robbery Suspect, Shot and Killed Saturday Morning  A Chesapeake police officer was shot and killed while investigating a suspected bank robbery Saturday morning. The alleged bank robbery suspect was also killed in the exchange of gunfire. A hostage was also shot and is listed in good condition. The officer, 45-year old Michael Kevin Saffran, has been with the Chesapeake Police Department since November, 2004. The armed suspect - identified as Larry Donnell Blount - fled the bank but was stopped when the car he was in crashed into a guard rail a short distance away. Blount pulled a female passenger from the vehicle and was using her as a hostage. The woman managed to break free and gunfire was exchanged between Blount and the officers. The suspect and officer Saffran sustained gunshot wounds. Blount died at the scene and Saffran later died as a result of his injuries.

Rape Suspect Faces 55 Felonies KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- A 28-year-old man already charged with raping three women has been charged with five other attacks.
The 35 counts a grand jury added Friday bring to 55 the total number of charges filed against Kevin L. Hayslett of Kansas City. The latest charges, which include five counts of robbery, four counts of rape and one count of first-degree assault, stem from attacks committed between 2001 and 2003.
Jackson County prosecutor Mike Sanders said the attacks were becoming progressively more violent.
"At his (young) age, it's important," Sanders said. "If he's convicted, 55 counts will ensure that he will never get out of prison." - (War Eagle) - (crime) |
Black beast charged with sodomizing 3-year-old girl - gave her a sexual-transmitted disease  Laboratory tests determined what doctors initially thought was a kidney infection was actually a sexually transmitted disease in a three-year-old girl. Police in two jurisdictions Thursday charged Gerry Lee Bolding, 23, of 625 College St., Courtland, with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. Bolding admitted to rubbing his genitals on the child's genitals. Doctors said there was no penetration. Montgomery said the contact took place at a residence in Courtland on Sept. 21. Pastor gets four years in prison for raping girl RACINE - The Rev. John A. Oatis was sentenced to four years in prison Friday for raping a 15-year-old girl at his church 11 years ago.
The victim said she went to Oatis for help in October 1994 at the Holy Jerusalem Church of God, formerly at 1330 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. He took her into the basement of the church and sexually assaulted her, according to the criminal complaint.
Police used DNA evidence to tie Oatis, 69, to the assault. He was convicted in August of second-degree sexual assault of a child. - (-88-) - (crime) |
 Orlando "Creature" In Court After Stabbing And Shooting Incident 41-year-old Donald Randall had nothing to say in court, Monday morning, about the role police say he played in a stabbing and two shootings that occurred on Saturday near Randall Street and Westmoreland in Orlando.
Investigators say Randall slashed a teen's throat following an argument.
They say someone then shot at Randall, but hit two other people instead.
All of the victims are expected to be all right. (Oh, thank goodness!)

| 68-year-old woman raped in her own home Saturday by machete weilding black said that along with being hurt, she’s angry “I was reading a book, sitting with my mother in her sitting room and I heard the kitchen door close so I got up to see what was happening,” she said. “There was a man in my kitchen and he had a hammer in one hand and a machete in the other.” Right now police are searching for the suspect, who is described as a black man about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150-180 pounds. Nigerian migrant gynecologist with twin on trial for sexually abusing his patients - including at least one White woman   Seattle-area gynecologist will stand trial next week on charges that he raped former patients, sexually assaulted them with examination tools, and performed unnecessary surgeries to collect insurance money. "You've been wanting this for a long time and so have I," Dr. Charles Momah allegedly told one victim before he raped her on the examination table. Momah allegedly told one woman, a fertility patient, that he could treat her
problem "in his own way," which included injecting her with an analgesic to relax her, then attempting to masturbate her with ungloved hands, squeezing her breasts, and asking her about favorite sexual positions and the size of her husband's penis.
