Wis - A 20-year-old sex assault suspect appeared in Marathon County court yesterday. Prosecutors charged Eduardo Organista-Temich with two counts of molesting a 7-year-old girl. One of the incidents happened while the child's mother was in another room preparing dinner. Prosecutors also said Eduardo Organista-Temich is in the country illegally. If he's found guilty, he'd be turned over to the feds for a deportation hearing after serving his sentence. The charges came after the child told a social worker that she was touched inappropriately. Organista-Temich was then arrested at a Rib Mountain restaurant where he works as a cook. - (Invasion!)

Illegal immigrant convicted of attack on Virginia Tech student - (attempted rape)
VA - An illegal immigrant faces up to ten years in prison, after being convicted of an attack on a Virginia Tech student from 2012. Arlex Cardenas-Flores was found guilty of felony abduction during a trial in circuit court. Investigators say early on the day of Friday, June 29, 2012, Cardenas-Flores attacked graduate student Shannon Sweeney on the Henderson Lawn, and tried to force her into a pick-up truck parked nearby. Officers say the drive(r) of the truck, Felix Ramirez Miranda, saw the attack, got out, and pulled Cardenas-Flores off of Sweeney. This allowed Sweeney to escape. A witness helped Sweeney and called police. The Virginia Tech Police Department determined Cardenas-Flores was working on a construction crew at the old Shultz Dining Hall building at the time. Cardenas-Flores faces sentencing in September. ICE has filed to have Cardena-Flores deported after he serves his prison sentence. - (Invasion!)

Illegal immigrant charged with intoxication manslaughter in Harris County deputy’s death - (news item posted May 20, 2013)
The man accused of hitting and killing a Harris County sheriff’s deputy while driving drunk was in the country illegally, a judge said in court overnight. Andres Munos-Munos, 23, was charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of Sgt. Dwayne Polk. According to the Houston Police Department, Munos-Munos allegedly ran a red light on Little York at N. Shepherd and hit Polk's personal truck shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday. HPD said there were no skid marks to indicate Munos-Munos even attempted to stop prior to the crash. The deputy died at the scene. He was in uniform, and officials believe he was driving home following an off-duty job. The suspect accused in Polk’s death has had trouble with the law before. Records show he was arrested on June 10, 2012 for driving while intoxicated. He also was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon.   Two Mexicans from Mexico charged with raping a mentally challenged West Virginia woman in Washington County last summer have pleaded guilty to federal charges and will go to prison. Jesus Tapia Montes, 38, and Elmer Ramirez, 44, both roofers living in Washington, Pa., and both in the country illegally, pleaded Monday in U.S. District Court to transporting a person across state lines for sex. Illegal immigrant Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz wanted for rape of a child under age 13
Graham, NC -- Detectives with the Alamance County Sheriff's Office and officers with the US Marshals' Fugitive Task Force, are looking for Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz, 38. Ramirez-Ambriz is wanted on multiple counts of First Degree Statutory Sex Offense with a child under age 13 and Indecent Liberties with a Minor. The investigation started in February after Detectives were notified by the Department of Social Services (DSS). DSS said they were contacted about the case by a school counselor. Investigators say Ramirez-Ambriz's last known address was on Calloway Dr. in Mebane. They said he goes by other names which are Jose Ramires and Jose Guadalupe Ramires. Ramirez-Ambriz is an undocumented alien with arrests histories in Alamance county, Johnston county and Hendersonville, NC. The sheriff's office said he also has arrest records in the states of Oregon and Utah. • Illegal immigrant wanted for raping child arrested in Hyattsville
  An El Salvadoran man who was wanted for raping a child in California was arrested on Monday in Hyattsville, authorities said. Santos Javier Guevara-Oliva, 33, was charged earlier this month in Santa Barbara, Calif., with aggravated sexual assault on a child under 14 years of age and forcible rape, according to U.S. Immigration and Custom's Enforcement officials. Officers with ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations determined that Guevara-Oliva had been deported in December 2010 because he had felony convictions. At a later point in time, Guevara-Oliva reentered the United States and took up residence in the Santa Barbara area. Alfredo Lopez Cruz, an illegal immigrant and married father of two from Mexico, will have to serve 30 years in an Ohio prison before he is eligible for parole. He was also designated a sexual predator. Jorge Alfaro-Alfaro was charged with two counts of raping a child, a first-degree felony, and a warrant was issued for his arrest Thursday. Chambersburg police said the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement also has an active warrant for his deportation back to his native Mexico. The Albuquerque Police said they arrested an illegal alien on charges of sexual assault and murdering his girlfriend’s one-month-old baby girl. Authorities found the baby in a pool of her own blood with visible vaginal and anal tears along with two black eyes. The suspect, Juan Galindo’s criminal record includes drug and alcohol abuse as well as assaulting another child. Illegal migrant who raped pre-teen girls gets 170 years
A Salem-area man convicted of repeatedly raping two underage girls has been sentenced to more than 170 years in prison. Judge Dennis Graves handed down the sentence against Juan De Dios Cruz-Rojas after he was convicted by juries of kidnapping, strangulation, sodomy, eight counts of rape, four counts of sex abuse, multiple counts of fourth-degree assault and several other charges. "Mr. Cruz-Rojas, you are the most self-centered, selfish individual I have ever met," Graves said during a sentencing hearing Dec. 9. "Your crimes are the most evil crimes I have ever had to suffer through listening to. ... Your treatment of children is inexcusable, disgusting and terribly harmful. Lexington County deputies have arrested a 42-year-old Leesville man who’s accused of killing his nephew early Sunday morning. Investigators say Juan Perez-Jeronimo stabbed Diego Alonzo in a house where the two men rented separated bedrooms. The stabbing appears to be related to a financial dispute between the two. Mexican sentenced to 10 years for rape of 7-year-old
A 46-year-old East Naples man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday after pleading no contest to the attempted rape of a 7-year-old. Eduardo Jaraleno, 46, was charged in 2008 with four counts of sexual battery after Collier County sheriff's deputies said he raped a girl several times between the ages of 6 and 10. He pleaded to the lesser charges, which occurred when he was 36 years old and the girl was 7. The victim told her mother that Jaraleno sexually touched and raped her several times, holding her down. The victim told deputies Jaraleno threatened to harm her if she reported the abuse. Jaraleno, a native of Mexico, also received 10 years of probation in addition to his prison sentence. If he's convicted on all counts, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. A judge sentenced Set Wai Aung from Myanmar (formerly Burma) to 20 years in prison in what he called the most brutal stranger-rape case he had ever seen.  Before 4 a.m. on Sept. 19 last year - several residents woke to a high-pitched screaming that prompted them to call 9-1-1. A jury found Jesus Oscar Dominguez guilty of rape and kidnapping on Friday. The conviction stems from a February 2010 case in which the victim said a stranger knocked on the door claiming to be a friend of her father. The man claimed he ran out of gas and asked to use the restroom and borrow a gas can. The man had a gun and forced himself on the woman. DNA evidence collected from the scene matched a felony database sample from Dominguez.

Detained immigrant held for child rape
A man locked up in the Santa Fe County jail on an immigration charge is now also accused of raping a 4-year-old girl. New Mexico State Police say Martín Soriano, 43, is in custody held on suspicion of child rape, child molestation and aggravated indecent exposure. Accused Mexican Rapist of 87-year-old Woman Facing Ten Rape and Sexual Battery Charges in MS
The accused rapist extradited from Mexico to the United States is now in Mississippi. Miguel Oros, 33, of Tabasco, Mexico is wanted for allegedly raping an 87-year-old woman in Iberia Parish in August 2009. He's currently in Mississippi facing sexual assault charges against five women aged 59 and older. Oros will face those charges before he's extradited to Iberia Parish. He was arrested in Cancun, Mexico for outstanding warrants from the United States Marshal's Office. Oros was a welder and was arrested 15 months ago in Mexico. Oros was extradited and arraigned on three counts of rape, seven of sexual battery and five of burglary. Authorities have said Oros also is suspected in a 2005 attack in Lauderdale County. Illegal migrant gets 19 years for rape; free for months after one rape, arrested after second rape
A man who raped two women in 2009 and 2010 -- one outside a party and the other after pushing her down an embankment as she commuted to work -- was sentenced to 19 years in prison today. Pedro Delgado-Lopez, 22, was arrested last Aug. shortly after a woman reported that a man fitting Delgado-Lopez's description had started talking to her, then had pushed her down a slope and into some blackberry bushes, where he raped her. Delgado-Lopez spoke through a Spanish-language interpreter. A Quincy man is being held without bail after being charged with raping a 5-year-old girl he drove to daycare and other offenses against three other children. Sergio Lara, 53, is also accused of sexually assaulting another girl and has been charged with other crimes involving two young boys. Lara drove the children to and from daycare. Jose Wilson Rojas Guzman, 30, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, has been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. Police search for Guatemalan man accused of raping 7-year-old girl
Santa Fe police have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of raping a 7-year-old girl. Mario Cortez-DelCid is wanted on eleven different counts of criminal sexual penetration. Police say Cortez-DelCid began assaulting the young girl last month while he was renting a room from the girl’s family. When the girl finally told her parents about the rape, her mother apparently confronted Cortez-DelCid at which time he confessed to the assault before fleeing the home. Illegal Mexican Immigrant Charged In Toddler's Rape
Ohio -- Sheriff's deputies arrested an illegal immigrant Friday in the rape of a 3-year-old girl. Investigators said 23-year-old Alejandro Vasquez-Camargo was babysitting the child Thursday when the attack occurred at the Deerfield Township home he shared with the girl's family. The child's parents reported the offense later that night, and Vasquez-Camargo was arrested without incident the following morning. Fingerprints confirmed the identity of Butler County’s Most Wanted criminal, Alfredo Lopez Cruz, who is currently behind bars in Mexico City. The Butler County Police Department released a statement Wednesday that the FBI confirmed Cruz is the suspect wanted in connection for the 2005 brutal kidnapping and rape of a 9-year-old Hamilton girl. Illegal immigrant charged with murdering three
A Salvadoran man has been charged with three counts of murder in a series of shootings in a Virginia suburb of Washington. Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant who was ordered deported to El Salvador a decade ago but never left, was charged in the pair of attacks just blocks apart Thursday night that left three people dead and three others injured. 56-year-old Brenda Ashcraft and 37-year-old William Ashcraft were killed in the first attack. A 34-year-old woman was injured and remains hospitalized, and a 15-year-old girl was treated and released. In the second attack, Chief Keen said 48-year-old Julio Cesar Ulloa was killed, and a 77-year-old woman suffered head wounds from a large knife. The man convicted of killing Washington intern Chandra Levy nearly a decade ago was sentenced Friday to 60 years in prison. In November, a jury convicted Ingmar Guandique of first-degree murder in Levy's 2001 disappearance and death, despite a lack of witnesses and no DNA evidence linking him to the crime. Levy's mother, Susan Levy, asked Guandique directly if he had been responsible for her daughter's death. He shook his head. Two illegal aliens charged in rape of Connecticut woman
Police in Clinton, CT, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Patrico William Matute, 36, and Carlos Celi, 29, after a four-month investigation. The two men allegedly provided a young woman with alcohol and then raped her. Matute is charged with aggravated sexual assault in the first degree; unlawful restraint in the first degree; and liquor sale to a minor. Celi is charged with sexual assault in the fourth degree; unlawful restraint in the first degree; and providing liquor to a minor. According to police, Matute actually raped the 19-year-old victim, while Celi restrained her.   A drunk driver with a history of offenses received the maximum sentence Saturday for killing a couple from Cincinnati. The crash occurred in Florida last June. Illegal immigrant Jesus Bernal admitted he was drunk when he crashed his pickup into James and Margie Rook. Bernal had two prior DUI convictions, and the judge sentenced him to 55 years in prison after he pleaded guilty last week to three counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury. The Rooks died when Bernal’s pickup truck collided head-on with their car on U.S. Highway 331 in Walton County. Angel Maturino Resendiz mumbled a prayer in Spanish, saying "Lord, forgive me. Lord, forgive me," and acknowledged the presence of relatives watching through a nearby window. "I want to ask if it is in your heart to forgive me," he said as he looked toward the relatives of victims in another room. "You don't have to. I know I allowed the devil to rule my life.""I thank God for having patience for me. I don't deserve to cause you pain. You did not deserve this. I deserve what I am getting," he said. The Mexican drifter known as the "Railroad Killer" was executed for the slaying of physician Claudia Benton 7 1/2 years ago. She was killed during a deadly spree in 1998 and 1999, which earned Resendiz a spot on the FBI's Most Wanted list as authorities searched for a murderer who slipped across the U.S. border and roamed the country by freight train. Benton, 39, was stabbed with a kitchen knife, struck 19 times with a 2-foot-tall bronze statue and raped in her home eight days before Christmas in 1998 in the Houston enclave of West University Place, just down the street from a railroad track.

An HIV-positive man accused of having unprotected sex without telling his partners may have done so with more than 25 women in the past two years, police say.  Police announced yesterday they've charged 28-year-old Clato Lual Mabior with three additional counts of aggravated sexual assault and two additional counts of forcible confinement after two more of the man's alleged victims came forward this week. The women claim the crimes occurred last year. Mabior was initially charged with one count each of aggravated sexual assault, forcible confinement and uttering threats after a 17-year-old girl told police he sexually assaulted and threatened her inside his Sherbrook Street home on Sunday morning.
