Hispanic accused of raping drunk woman
(Idaho) A Hispanic man faces a rape charge after a woman went to the hospital for treatment following an attack. The Nampa Police Department initiated the investigation when the victim said 30-year old Vilmer Escutia-Hurtado forced himself on her as she was intoxicated and unable to resist. Police seek Guatemalan migrant for rape 11-year-old girl over a year
FOREST GROVE, Ore. - Forest Grove police are asking for the public's help to find a child rape suspect. Investigators said Castro De Leon is suspected of raping an 11-year-old girl multiple times over a one year period. De Leon lives in Forest Grove but was last seen in Beaverton. Detectives believe he knows he's wanted and may be hiding somewhere in the Portland metro area. They said he could also be heading to Guatemala. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) - (Northwest)

  A 14-year-old girl is receiving psychological help after two men allegedly plied her with alcohol at a party Thursday and then raped her, according to an investigation by Medford police. Police on Sunday arrested cousins Ricardo Martinez-Uribe and Ivan Uribe, both of Medford, on charges of first-degree rape. Marcelo Moreno-Iniguez Arrested for Kidnapping, Attempted Rape of Oregon Woman
Keizer Police say an officer located a woman early this morning who was partly naked and suffering from facial injuries. A man had kidnapped and assaulted her, as well as attempting to sexually assault her. Police say the victim and suspect were walking when the incident occurred. It is reported that the victim refused to have sexual intercourse, the suspect forced her into a nearby field to try and sexually assault her. "The victim fought back, yelling, screaming and that is when the suspect struck her in the face numerous times to keep her from screaming." The suspect fled but was later found. The suspect, Marcelo Moreno-Iniguez from Salem, was arrested, The victim had several lacerations and broken facial bones. - (Newsroom) - (Northwest)

Discovery of naked woman leads to arrests of three "Hispanics"
Ore. (AP) - Rape charges have been filed against two men and a juvenile after a naked woman was found alongside Dry Hollow Road, southeast of The Dalles. She was found shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday and had been reported missing from a cabin camp near a local orchard operation. Yesterday, the Wasco County Sheriff's office arrested 20-year-old Jorge Gutierrez, 19-year-old Juan Moreno-Aurlez and a 17-year-old juvenile. The woman was taken to Mid-Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles. After being interviewed by sheriff's deputies, the three males were located in a vehicle in the area of 15th and Kelly. A 37-year old Redman man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on kidnapping, rape, and other alleged sex crimes against a 12-year-old girl, police reported. Ricardo Rodriguez-Ruiz was taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail following an interview with Redmond Police detectives.  He is charged with first-degree rape, kidnapping, sodomy, sex abuse, and unlawful sexual penetration; in addition to sexual misconduct, Captain Al Maich said. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Northwest)

Border drone finds Mex child sex-abuse suspect
An unmanned plane helped border agents net a man wanted on child sex abuse charges in Washington state, federal officials said Thursday. The aircraft was flying along the Arizona-Mexico border late Tuesday when it detected and tracked six suspected aliens, including Leopoldo Aparicio-Lopez, a Mexican national. Prosecutors in Kent, Washington, issued warrants for Aparicio-Lopez, 25, last May on a charge of third-degree rape of a child, alleging that he had consensual sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend. Aparicio-Lopez was 23 at the time. The sexual relations came to light when police were called to a home in Kent because of a verbal dispute between the 15-year-old, who had just learned she was pregnant, and her mother. One man is a sex offender; detectives seek other victims. Two Portland men are being held in Washington County Jail after sheriff’s detectives discovered they had sexually abused a 14-year-old Aloha girl they me through the MySpace Web site. Jover Mabaet, 21, and Dennis Keomoungkhoune, 21, were arraigned Thursday afternoon on charges of three counts of first-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree rape and using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct (two counts for Mabaet and one for Koemoungkhoune. Koemoungkhoune is a registered sex offender who has spent time in Oregon’s prison system.   TACOMA, Wash. - A teenager was shot to death in a high school hallway Wednesday as classes were about to resume after the winter break, and police arrested a fellow student found wandering a neighborhood a few blocks away, authorities said. Witnesses said the gunman fired three shots at point-blank range, splattering blood on lockers at Foss High School and setting off panic. Douglas Chanthabouly, 18, was booked for investigation of first-degree murder. Police said he had no criminal record. The medical examiner’s office identified the victim as Samnang Kok, 17.

Two Men Arrested for Rape of Redmond Woman
Redmond Police have arrested two men, one a Redmond resident and the other of Prineville, in connection with the rape and strangulation of a 19 year old Redmond woman. According to Detective Lt. Wayne Shortreed, on Sunday July 23rd shortly after 10 pm officers responded to a report of a possible rape by two known suspects. Patrol officers investigated the scene at NW 8th and NW Birch in Redmond and called detectives for assistance, said Shortreed. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jose Roberto Herrera, 20, of Redmond for first-degree rape. Jeremy Landon Dubisar, 20, of Prineville was arrested for rape, strangulation, aggravated harassment, and fourth-degree assault. Gresham school's license suspended over ex-con teacher's aide Alcazar accused of rape and sodomy of 15-year-old student
Ore. - The license of a private alternative school in Gresham has been suspended after a teacher's aide was accused of rape and turned out to be a convicted murderer. The suspension came after the May 18 arrest of Daniel Alcazar on rape and sodomy charges involving a 15-year-old student.  In 1995, Alcazar was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the 1994 killing of a Portland woman. GRESHAM -- A teachers' aide at a Portland charter school, who served 10 years for murder, was arrested last week for rape and sodomy of a 15-year-old female student, police said. Daniel Alcazar, 27, who has worked at The Academy of Alternatives School since December 2005, was arrested May 18. The Southeast Portland resident is being held without bail at the Justice Center bail for violating his probation while a grand jury considers third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy charges against him, said Sgt. Oregon Police searching for short "Hispanic" suspect Don Salvadore Pacheco in rape of  12-year-old girl
Albany police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man they say raped a 12-year-old girl earlier this month. The suspect is Don Salvadore Pacheco, 21, and police believe he’s in the area. Pacheco befriended the girl, who had run away from home. Pacheco told the girl he would help her and said that he was a counselor. Pacheco took the girl to a secluded area where he is alleged to have attacked her. After the attack the two went to a residence, where the girl was able to get away and call police.  Pacheco is described as 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, 110 to 120 pounds. Oregon: Police seek "Hispanic" child-rape suspect Gilberto Garcia-Parades for rape of 6-year-old child
Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon requests the public’s help in finding the primary suspect in the reported rape of a 6-year-old child.   In October 2004, Medford police identified Gilberto Garcia-Parades, 39, as a suspect in the case. The victim was someone Garcia-Parades knew. Before he could be arrested, Garcia-Parades fled the area. Medford police have issued a nationwide felony warrant for his arrest, with a bail set a $40,000. An additional warrant is held by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. Garcia-Parades is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has unknown tattoos on his left forearm and right arm and a scar on his neck. He may be using variations of his Hispanic name as aliases. - (crime) - (Northwest) Citizenship status of suspect not reported.

Surveillance Video Released: Man Tries To Lure 15-year-old boy into his car
Ore. -- Canby police are asking for help finding a man who tired to lure a 15-year-old boy into his car. The boy says he was waiting about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday outside Canby Union High when a man approached and started asking questions. Several of the questions were about giving the victim a ride home. He repeatedly said no, and the man eventually left in a brown, four-door car. The man was caught on surveillance video (pictured).
