Rape Suspect Sought in Norfolk - for raping a 10-year old girl  Norfolk police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect charged with raping a 10-year old girl early Wednesday morning. Officials say Charles Edward Bray, 43, is also charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. According to authorities, the alleged incident happened around 1:30am at Bray's residence in the 800 block of Goff Street. Police say Bray and the girl were acquaintances. Bray, who is also known as "Bally" or "Egypt," is 6'2" tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and "KC" tattooed on his left arm. - (Svejk) - (crime) |
Ionia rape suspect to be charged in Grand Rapids The man who police believe held a screwdriver to the throat of a 13-year-old Ionia girl as he raped her is expected to face additional criminal sexual conduct charges in Grand Rapids. James Buie, 41, will be charged in Kent County on six counts of criminal sexual
conduct, one count of armed robbery and one felony firearm count, all of which

Sexual Assault Suspect In Custody CHICAGO A man wanted in connection with the brutal sexual assault of a teenager is now in police custody. No charges have been filed yet against the registered sex offender who was wanted in an attack on a 15-year-old girl in Tinley Park, police said. Officers picked up 31-year-old Antonio Williams near 88th and Bishops streets in Chicago late Friday night. Police had been looking for Williams following the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl earlier this week. Police say he may also be involved in another sexual assault that occurred last

Suspect Killed After Shooting 2 NOPD Officers, 2 Women A man was killed by police after he shot two women, then went to a nearby police station and shot two officers, according to the New Orleans Police Department. The shootings happened in about a 10-minute span Thursday night. It apparently
started when the suspect, Russell Hughley, 33, went looking for his estranged
girlfriend and their child and couldn't find them. Hughley went to the home of the woman's mother and shot her in the head and neck.

Man Faces Murder Charge in Death KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Prosecutors on Friday charged a man in the shooting death of another man found dead in a car overnight.
John Williams, 23, of Kansas City, Kan., faced a first-degree murder charge in the death of Jonathan Kidwell, 21, of Blue Springs, Mo.Kidwell's body was found in a car near 11th and Lafayette. Police still were looking for Williams.

The man is described as black, in his early 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 200 pounds with a low haircut. He has a tattoo of the word “Kendrick” on his left forearm. - (White Boy) |

North Carolina Police link rape suspect Juan Carlos Martinez to violent gang Authorities are looking for 34-year-old Juan Carlos Martinez, who is accused of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl at the Stony Point apartment complex in Mint Hill last month.
The incident was the second time Martinez kidnapped and victimized the same girl, police say. They have also linked him to the violent MS 13 Street gang. - (Svejk) - (crime) |

The Zebra Killings - A Forgotten Hate Crime  The Zebra Killings occurred in the San Francisco bay area between 1972 and 1974 and left 71 people dead. They were dubbed the Zebra Killings because of the radio channel used by the police investigating the case (channel Z). The name would take on a more sinister meaning as it became apparent that a group of blacks was systematically stalking and killing whites simply because of the color of their skin. - (Norcal) - (hatecrimes) THE ZEBRA KILLINGS In the early-to-mid 1970's hundreds of White men, women and children were murdered by black Muslims as an initiation to an organization called the "Death Angels." These were known as the "Zebra Killings" after the radio channel (Z) that the investigators working the case used. Once they became a Death Angel, black wings were affixed to their photograph and put on display along with the other members at highly secret meetings. In order to "earn their wings", prospects were required to kill either 9 White men, 5 White women or 4 White children. The purported reason for the difference in number of victims needed to become a member was that it was believed to require more fanaticism to murder women and kids. The real reason was that it was much easier to kill those who were weaker and less likely to fight back. |
James Manuel Noriega Convicted of Killing his eight months' pregnant girlfriend and her 2-year-old daughter The nude bodies of 21-year-old Kathleen Martinez and her daughter Savanna Zamora were found in the shower of a motel room where the couple had been living.
