Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - Sentenced to only 10 years for kidnap - victim still missing   COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder.
Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder. Black Man Charged in White Raleigh Woman's Murder  Byron Lamar Waring, 19, was arrested and charged with one count of murder in the death of Lauren Redman.
Lauren Redman was found stabbed to death Tuesday morning.
Redman's body was found outside her west Raleigh apartment early Tuesday morning. Police announced that they had located her missing Honda Civic. Raleigh police say Waring and Redman knew each other, but no further details were available. Police spokesman Jim Sughrue said the investigaiton of the case is continuing.

DNA Helps Convict Manhattan Man Of 1973 Rape  A Manhattan rape victim received justice 32-years after the fact when her attacker was found guilty Wednesday thanks in part to new DNA technology.
It took a jury less than two hours to convict Clarence Williams, also known as Fletcher Anderson Worrell, in connection with a 1973 rape.
Kathleen Hamm testified last week that Williams raped her at knife point in her Manhattan apartment. Williams jumped bail and fled, but authorities tracked him down last year. - (NNN Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-White) |

Man Sentenced for Attempting to Burn Family You may remember the Beaufort man who tried to set his wife and children on fire last spring. Today Oscar Lane was sentenced to two 12-year sentences to run concurrently for breaking into his wife's home and then dousing her and their children with gasoline before trying to set them on fire.A police officer who happened to be patrolling the area found the woman running from her home.Lane ran off but later turned himself in. - (Tyrone N. Hmong migrant mass murderer gets life in prison   A Hmong immigrant convicted of murdering six deer hunters and attempting to kill two others after a dispute over trespassing in northwestern Wisconsin was sentenced to life in prison Tuesday with no chance for parole.
Judge Norman Yackel sentenced Chai Soua Vang to the maximum punishment he faced. The judge ordered Vang, 37, to serve six life prison terms, one after the other, guaranteeing he would never be freed from prison.

Black Man pleads guilty to murdering three White co-workers and one pre-born baby at integrated Outback restaurant   The second of two men accused of murdering three employees at the Outback Steakhouse in Texarkana two years ago pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Richard Markeil Henson admitted killing Rebecca Shifflet, Crystal Willis and Matthew Hines during a robbery at the restaurant in September 2003.
Henson's co-defendant, Stephon Lavell Walter, was convicted last year and sentenced to life in prison.
Both Henson and Walter used to work at the restaurant.

Runaway raped, held as sex slave by black pimp and his white whore  Since September, the 15-year-old girl had been raped repeatedly, threatened with death and sold for sex over the Internet, police said.
Her captors hid the runaway in a hollowed-out box spring covered with a piece of wood and tucked underneath a bed in a small apartment complex adjacent to Interstate 17 in west Phoenix.
Then, in a brief moment Monday afternoon, while they were sleeping, the girl managed to sneak a phone call to her mother. She needed help, she said. She knew the general area where she was but couldn't give an address. Since September, the 15-year-old girl had been raped repeatedly, threatened with death and sold for sex over the Internet, police said. Just after midnight Monday, Phoenix police, who had been looking for a runaway in the same area, rescued the sobbing girl. | Unprovoked racial hatecrimes by blacks on random whites in Greensburg, PA GREENSBURG, Pa. - Three people were beaten early Friday morning in Greensburg, according to police. The first incident occurred at a house on Westminster Avenue around 2 a.m. According to police, two black men struck a white man after he got out of his car. The victim, along with his female passenger, drove away as a third black man approached the vehicle. The second occurred a half an hour later outside the Sunoco Mini Market at Mount Pleasant Street and Urbania Avenue. Three black men approached a white man while he was pumping gas. The men started beating him and struck his female passenger after she exited the car, according to police. Fliers with racist epithets against whites were also found on car windshields and utility poles in Greensburg. There is surveillance video of the second attack, but police are not releasing it yet. Police are not linking the two assaults or the fliers because they are waiting for the suspects to be identified in a lineup Friday night. PARIS -- French far-right leader Jean-Marie Le Pen claimed Wednesday his National Front party has been "submerged" with prospective members and supportive e-mail since rioting erupted in heavily immigrant communities near Paris. In an interview Le Pen described the recent violence as "just the start" of conflicts caused by "massive immigration from countries of the Third World that is threatening not just France but the whole continent." 
The director of the ADL attacked Christianity as an intolerable threat to religious tolerance. He denounced several famous Evangelical organizations by name, accusing them of wishing to implement their Christian worldview. He demonized Christians and assured his audience that “they intend to Christianize all aspects of American life…their vision of America is far different from ours.” (Just imagine what would happen to a Christian leader talking thus about Jews.)
