Hmong migrant mass murderer gets life in prison   A Hmong immigrant convicted of murdering six deer hunters and attempting to kill two others after a dispute over trespassing in northwestern Wisconsin was sentenced to life in prison Tuesday with no chance for parole.
Judge Norman Yackel sentenced Chai Soua Vang to the maximum punishment he faced. The judge ordered Vang, 37, to serve six life prison terms, one after the other, guaranteeing he would never be freed from prison.

Black Man pleads guilty to murdering three White co-workers and one pre-born baby at integrated Outback restaurant   The second of two men accused of murdering three employees at the Outback Steakhouse in Texarkana two years ago pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Richard Markeil Henson admitted killing Rebecca Shifflet, Crystal Willis and Matthew Hines during a robbery at the restaurant in September 2003.
Henson's co-defendant, Stephon Lavell Walter, was convicted last year and sentenced to life in prison.
Both Henson and Walter used to work at the restaurant.

Runaway raped, held as sex slave by black pimp and his white whore  Since September, the 15-year-old girl had been raped repeatedly, threatened with death and sold for sex over the Internet, police said.
Her captors hid the runaway in a hollowed-out box spring covered with a piece of wood and tucked underneath a bed in a small apartment complex adjacent to Interstate 17 in west Phoenix.
Then, in a brief moment Monday afternoon, while they were sleeping, the girl managed to sneak a phone call to her mother. She needed help, she said. She knew the general area where she was but couldn't give an address. Since September, the 15-year-old girl had been raped repeatedly, threatened with death and sold for sex over the Internet, police said. Just after midnight Monday, Phoenix police, who had been looking for a runaway in the same area, rescued the sobbing girl. | Unprovoked racial hatecrimes by blacks on random whites in Greensburg, PA GREENSBURG, Pa. - Three people were beaten early Friday morning in Greensburg, according to police. The first incident occurred at a house on Westminster Avenue around 2 a.m. According to police, two black men struck a white man after he got out of his car. The victim, along with his female passenger, drove away as a third black man approached the vehicle. The second occurred a half an hour later outside the Sunoco Mini Market at Mount Pleasant Street and Urbania Avenue. Three black men approached a white man while he was pumping gas. The men started beating him and struck his female passenger after she exited the car, according to police. Fliers with racist epithets against whites were also found on car windshields and utility poles in Greensburg. There is surveillance video of the second attack, but police are not releasing it yet. Police are not linking the two assaults or the fliers because they are waiting for the suspects to be identified in a lineup Friday night. Transsexual Police Officer Wins $320,000 From City A federal court jury has awarded $320,511 to a transsexual police officer who said the city discriminated against her. The jury on Wednesday ordered the city to pay back wages and damages to Philecia Barnes, formerly Phillip Barnes, a police officer for 22 years and a former Marine Corps sergeant. Barnes, 43, said that she will request a court order to force the city to reinstate her as a police sergeant. She became a probationary sergeant for six months in 1999, then was demoted to an officer's rank. - (Gman) |
| Fugitive Fag Juan Taveras Pleads Guilty to NYC School Sodomy and Sex Abuse Prosecutors alleged that Juan Taveras fondled, groped and sodomized the teen boy students at the Norman Thomas High School and in a summer youth employment program at the school. In August 2004, while free on $30,000 bail, Taveras fled to the Dominican Republic. Black Man Pleads Guilty To Rape and Murder of White St. Marys Teen In 2000  Ga. -- Just before opening statements were to begin in the trial for the murder of a St. Marys middle-school student in May 2000, James Miley pleaded guilty to all charges. James Miley was accused of killing Ashley Nichole Neeves five years ago. The
14-year-old girl's body was found near the St. Marys waterfront. Investigators
said her throat had been slit and her face mutilated.
Miley was charged with murder, rape, aggravated battery, and kidnapping with bodily injury. After the plea Monday morning, Miley was sentenced to two consecutive life terms plus 20 years. Prosecutor George Turner said he had a strong death penalty case, but said
accepting the plea was in the best interest of all parties. "It's been a horrible five years," said the victim's father, Pete Parrish. "We were hoping that his conscious would finally come clean, and it dead. And with the support of my family and the evidence that the state had, we knew that he would get what he deserved." Miley, who was 18 and an 11th-grader at Camden High School at the time of the
slaying, knew Neeves. Investigators believe he killed her during a struggle,

Stabbing Suspect Appears In Court * Slaying victim had misgivings about move to Boston  BOSTON -- The man charged with stabbing a 65-year-old Boston woman to death inside her senior citizen complex appeared in court.
Stevie Walker, a part-time hairdresser, stood in court with his back to the camera sporting dreadlocks.
Police said he was braiding a woman's hair inside an apartment complex for senior citizens when he took a walk, looking for an easy robbery. "He somehow obtained entry to the apartment and the evidence is overwhelming that a violent struggle ensued in the apartment. There was a piece of a dreadlock that was on the floor in the apartment. "
Galina Kotik was stabbed more than 10 times.
"There was change strewn about and there was blood on the floor," Bradl said.

Sex trial of Nigerian migrant gynecologist continues   The criminal case against Nigerian migrant Dr. Charles Momah involves four alleged victims and two counts of rape. Dr. Momah admits having sex with two patients, but says it was consensual. Monday, prosecutors questioned Momah about a loan he says he gave one patient who later had sex with him. "You're not saying you gave her a thousand dollars so that she would have sex with you, are you?" Domestic Terrorism: Man Arrested for School Bomb Threat  Aiken County officers have arrested a Graniteville man for making a bomb threat against Midland Valley High School in Graniteville on November 1.
School resource deputies from Aiken County arrested Terrell Murray, 20, Tuesday morning.
