Egyptian migrant Doctor Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Patient - (repost with new mugshot)  MACCLENNY, Fla. -- A doctor was charged with sexually assaulting a patient three times, including an incident captured on a hidden camera, Baker County Sheriff's Office said. Adel H. Regaila, 36, was in custody at the Baker County jail in lieu of $1
million bail on three counts of sexual battery. Regaila, an Egyptian citizen, has lived in the United States for six years and has a work visa, the sheriff's office said.
A woman reported Regaila rubbed his genitals on her body during an exam that day. Deputies gave the woman a camera for use during her next appointment, and she
later reported that Regaila touched her genitals and rubbed her breasts during
the exam. Three days later, the camera recorded the physician rubbing his body against

Days before execution, confessed and convicted black inmate now claims innocence in rape and murder of two White girls    One of four men convicted in the April 1991 murder of two sisters on the Chain of Rocks Bridge is scheduled to be executed Oct. 26.The Missouri Supreme Court set the date Monday for Marlin Gray, 37, who was sentenced to death in December 1992 for his role in the rapes and murders of Robin Kerry, 19, and Julie Kerry, 20.
The sisters were stripped, beaten and raped over the course of an hour before they were shoved off a pier of the bridge into the Mississippi River. Their cousin, Tom Cummins, 19, was forced to watch the assault and then ordered to jump into the river. He survived.
"The brutal murder of these two sisters shocked the community and the sensibilities of all decent Missourians," Attorney General Jay Nixon said.

Jurors convict black men in double homicide of White couple  ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Two Kansas City men were found guilty Thursday of killing a St. Joseph couple in their bedroom after breaking into their home looking for a previous tenant, a suspected drug dealer.
Jurors deliberated about eight hours before convicting Terrell Dawson, 25, and Javonty Steward, 23, of two counts of first-degree murder, two counts armed criminal action and one count each of kidnapping and first-degree burglary.
The bodies of the victims, Danny Watson Jr., 31, and Dawn Thornton, 28, were found in April 2004 as her son from a previous relationship and a child she and Watson had together while still in high school returned from an overnight stay with their grandparents. The couple had recently reunited.

Ohio executes brazen killer of drug-dealing rivals A drug dealer who murdered his rivals and later broke into a juvenile jail to try to kill his accomplices in that crime was put to death on Tuesday, Ohio prison officials said.
Willie "Flip" Williams, Jr., 48, did not ask for clemency and died at 10:20 a.m. EDT after a lethal injection at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville.
He turned down an offer of a special meal the night before and had only a cup of coffee. Williams had returned to his hometown of Youngstown in 1991 after serving a
prison stint in California for dealing cocaine and sought to reclaim control of
drug sales in a public housing project. In one brazen move, Williams went to the
local police station and tried unsuccessfully to gain information about local
drug dealers.
In what became known as the "Labor Day Massacre," Williams enlisted the help of his 16-year-old girlfriend, her brother and a friend to set up the three men who had taken over the drug trade. William Dent, Alfonda Madison and Eric Howard were bound, along with a friend who came to visit, recently discharged Air Force Sgt. Theodore Wynn, and Williams strangled or shot them, prosecutors said. - (crime) |

The prosecutor in Tookie's original case removed all of the Black jurors from the jury, leaving an all-white jury to deliberate the case. Black Haitian migrant Accused Of Killing White L.I. Bank Manager Faces New Charges - handcuff key found in his stomach   MINEOLA, N.Y. -- A man being held on murder charges in connection with the shooting of a Long Island bank manager last January has new charges against him for behaving badly in jail, Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon said Friday. Reginald Gousse, 33, is being charged with assaulting a corrections officer and
stealing a handcuff key, the district attorney said.
Gousse was brought to Brooklyn on Oct. 5 to answer other charges. While there he allegedly assaulted a city corrections officer and took a handcuff key, the district attorney said. An X-ray could not find the key, and Gousse was returned to the Nassau County Jail. Another search at the jail found the key in Gousse's sneaker, but he was able to push the corrections officer away and swallow the key, Dillon said. Another X-ray confirmed that the key was in his stomach, the district attorney said. Gousse was charged with robbery, assault and promoting prison contraband, Dillon said. Gottlieb was driving home when he was pulled over in Franklin Square by someone he thought was a police officer. Gousse was driving a dark SUV with flashing lights, police said. Sports: Update Black Coach Charged With Peeping On 16-Year-Old White Female Student  KATY, Texas -- A Cinco Ranch High School coach and teacher was charged Wednesday, accused of peeping through a 16-year-old girl's bedroom window. Timothy Williford, a football coach and special education teacher at Cinco Ranch High School in the Katy Independent School District, was taken into custody. He was charged with disorderly conduct and a "peeping Tom" charge, both misdemeanors. "I saw the whites of his eyes outside my window at the very bottom," the Cinco Ranch High junior said. . "I was pretty hysterical after that. I was crying and I was very scared. I didn't know him and it was scary seeing a man looking through my window."
