Ubaldo Vasquez Huizar arrested for sexually assaulting dog   ONTARIO, Calif. (AP) -- A man was arrested after neighbors reported seeing him sexually assaulting his family's 10-year-old female Rottweiler, police said.
Ubaldo Vasquez Huizar, 39, was arrested for investigation of two counts of sexual assault on an animal, according to a statement from Ontario police Detective David McBride.
Detectives learned of the alleged crimes after going to Huizar's home to notify him that he was required to register as a sex offender, the statement said. Huizar had been convicted last December of exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl, police said. While at the home, police learned that Huizar was living in a large doghouse in the backyard. Neighbors reported that he often slept naked in the doghouse with the family dog. They said they saw Huizar sexually assault the animal with a broom handle and his hand and heard the dog cry in pain. Neighbors also reported seeing Huizar in his back yard dressed in a woman's bra
and panties, dancing with a broom handle. - (White Boy)

Luis Ramirez Executed in Texas Murder-For-Hire Texas -- A man was executed Thursday night for what authorities said was a murder-for-hire scheme that culminated with the shotgun slaying of a firefighter who was dating his ex-wife. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for help in finding a suspected rapist Frederico Melendez Authorities have an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Frederico Melendez. Police say that Melendez raped a woman on Firwood Lane then stabbed her in the back. Police are asking anyone with information about Melendez to call Crimestoppers at 704- 334-1600.

Rapist Migrant from the Bahamas Makes Victim Write Him A Check - Caught After Trying To Cash Check  Fla. -- Davie police said a rape suspect assaulted his victim, then made her write a check made out to him. Anthony Roberts followed a woman
home from work Tuesday night. "As she's unlocking the door, he pulls out a gun, puts it to the back of her head and forces her into his apartment. Once inside the apartment, he asks her if she has any cash, credit cards or an ATM card," the woman had no cash, so Roberts said he would take a check made out in his name, police said.
"He demands that she write a check. She writes him a check for $1,400 in his own name. He then binds her with duct tape, brings her into a bedroom, and at some point he decides he's going to sexually batter this woman." Mother, Child Deaths Go to Trial after a six-year delay in justice    Six years after allegedly murdering a young mother and her 2-year-old daughter, a man from Jonesboro, Ga., is set to go to trial Friday.
Suspect Wesley Harris maintains he is being framed for the deaths of 22-year-old Whitney Land and Jordan, her 2-year-old daughter. However, he did admit to police that he set fire to the car where police found the mother and daughter dead the day after they disappeared from a park.
Friday counts as the third attempt at trying the murder case after two previous attempts were scrapped due to technicalities.
“I really thought this time, when we got to jury selection, that this was really it. It was really going to happen,” Whitney’s mother, Sheila Howell, said last March after the second attempt to get Harris’ murder trial underway. - (NNN Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-White) |
Probation tightened for rapist  The probation of a Chester County man guilty of two rapes got stricter after he was spotted at a McDonald's.
He was spotted by one of five women he was ordered to stay away from when he pleaded guilty in March to a reduced rape charge. Kenneth Jerome White, 38, who was released from prison in June, now cannot leave his house for anything other than to go to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
White earlier this year pleaded no contest to criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, and began a concurrent sentence to a conviction for criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. When White pleaded guilty in March, he was ordered to stay away from the rape

Decomposing body of black sex-offender and murderer positively ID'd - suicide    The Lake County, Indiana, Coroner says a decomposed body found in Gary yesterday is that of 43-year-old Melvin Keeling, a suspect in three murders. Coroner David Pastrick says that Keeling died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Loveland Park, Ohio, man was suspected of shooting of 13-year-old Katelind Caudill in her grandmother's Cincinnati-area home September 19th. Hampton Man Charged With Burglary, Sexual Assault Hampton police have a suspect in custody in connection with a Wednesday morning burglary and sexual assault.
Police say 26-year old Daniel Johnson II broke into the victim's home around 3:30am and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint.
He entered the victim's residence by cutting an outside window screen.
After the suspect fled on foot, the victim contacted police. The suspect was located and positively identified. Johnson, 26, who also lives in the 100 block of Friendly Drive, is charged with one count of burglary with the intent to rape while armed, one count of forcible sodomy and one count of attempted rape. - (Mr. Mojo) - (crime) |
Teacher accused of peeping in window A High School teacher is accused of disorderly conduct after a 16-year old girl says she spotted him peering into her bedroom window. Now an investigator is now looking over notes from other similar cases. "(The victim) was hysterical," he recalled. "She said, 'I saw the white of the man's eyes.' And she said, 'I saw his hand on my window sill and him looking inside.'" The girl told her parents, so her father went outside. That's when he says he found a man walking calmly away from his house. A visiting priest from Africa was arrested yesterday on charges of fondling a 16-year-old girl  A visiting priest from Africa was arrested on charges of fondling a 16-year-old girl in the rectory of a Brooklyn church. The Rev. Anthony Ocloo, 45, a student at St. John's University who arrived from Ghana nine months ago, denied the allegations at his arraignment on misdemeanor charges of sex abuse and child endangerment. Prosecutors said Ocloo molested the teen in the rectory of St. Ephrem's, the parish where he has lived since his arrival from Ghana. The Assistant District Attorney said the victim was stuffing envelopes beside Ocloo at the rectory when the priest allegedly lowered the blinds and began to hug, kiss and grope her. Sports: Ex-Wrestler Indicted in Prostitution Ring Case - "a ruthless pimp"  A wrestler who was once known as "Hardbody Harrison" has been indicted on charges of running a prostitution ring and using beatings and sexual assault to keep eight women in sexual slavery. Federal authorities say Harrison Norris Jr. was a ruthless pimp who kept the women virtual prisoners in two Cartersville homes he owned.
Aimee Allen, 33 and Cedric Lamar Jackson, 39 have also been charged.

Low down Pompano teacher accused of molesting student, 12, while giving him a ride Detectives arrested a geography teacher at Crystal Lake Middle School in Pompano Beach on Tuesday morning on charges he kidnapped and molested one of his 12-year-old students. Adrian W. Valdez ordered his student to after-school detention Monday afternoon,
said Hugh Graf, spokesman for the Broward Sheriff's Office. He promised to give
the child a ride to his parents, but instead took him to his Deerfield Beach
