Illegal alien Oswaldo Elias Martinez from El Salvador Judged "Incompetent" to Stand Trial for Rape Murder of White Girl  
After hearing arguments, a judge ruled that a deaf, mute and illiterate man was not competent to stand trial for capital murder in the rape and slaying of a teenage girl. Oswaldo Martinez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, was indicted in May on charges of raping and killing 16-year-old Brittany Binger. Police say they arrested him after learning that DNA from the semen on Binger's body matched DNA swabbed from Martinez's cheek. Raymond Mata Jr. resentenced to death for the murder and dismemberment of his former girlfriend's 3-year-old son  Mata showed little emotion in the courtroom as the judge read the sentence. "Mata's actions were so bereft of redemption that it demands the death penalty."
This is the second time Mata has been sentenced to death for this crime. Mata was convicted of the 1999 kidnapping and murder of 3-year-old boy Adam Gomez in Scottsbluff. Parts of the boy's body were found in Mata's freezer and in a dog bowl. Mata's attorneys had contended that electrocution is unconstitutional. But the judge said that while the use of the electric chair could be considered outdated, it isn't cruel and unusual. - (Brewski) - (crime) |

The black monster that killed a white mother's beloved son - "He's a monster, he's not a human being,"  The driver charged with killing a motorcyclist in a Long Island "road-rage" incident served six months in prison for running down a girlfriend, authorities revealed yesterday. Patrick DeJean, 41, plowed into the woman as she talked on a streetcorner pay phone - four years before he allegedly mowed down biker Igor Kruk on Saturdayd.
"He's a monster, he's not a human being," said Larisa Kruk, a cousin of the slain man. "People like that should not be walking the Earth." DeJean reportedly laughed when Kruk's friend chased him down after the fiery afternoon crash on a suburban side street in Uniondale, L.I. The alleged killer also called the deadly crash an "accident" as he was led out of a police station yesterday, but authorities scoffed at his claims. "He intended to kill," said a county prosecutor. A night before a driver pinned Igor Kruk's motorcycle to the back of a sport utility vehicle with his car, killing Kruk in what police are calling a fit of road rage, Kruk had a dream his bike was in pieces on the ground and that he was unable to put it together, his family said yesterday. Psycho Stranger Charged In Murder Of South Milwaukee White Woman - Man says voice told him to kill woman   A Milwaukee man was charged Wednesday in the death of a 21-year-old South Milwaukee woman whose body was discovered at a recycling plant earlier this month. Now, Christine Hemphill's two little boys will grow up without a mother. Police said the man accused of stabbing and strangling her, Timothy J. Berthold,
21, had never seen Hemphill before.
Berthold told police he spotted Hemphill at a bus stop near her job. They struck
up a conversation. He said they rode two buses together before they both got off
and walked behind a car store in Cudahy.
Berthold said they "had sex" before "he heard a voice tell him to stab Christine Hemphill."
He then took out a knife from his jogging pants... and he stabbed her on her right side - he stabbed her repeatedly.

Taped Confession Details Deltona Massacre Plans  A teen who was allegedly recruited as a fifth member in the Deltona massacre said the group's accused ringleader talked about a movie where people were beaten with poles when he discussed the plot to kill six men and women.
A taped confession from Brandon Graham, 17, was released in the mass murder investigation Thursday.
Accused ringleader Troy Victorino, 28, and 19-year-olds Jerone Hunter, Mike Salas and Robert Cannon are charged six counts of murder and eight other felonies in the Aug. 2004 mass murder of six people. 100-Year Prison Sentence for Ozie for his 1986 Rape Sodomy and Murder of Woman KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A man linked to a 1986 rape and charged just three days before he was to be paroled from serving time for another rape was sentenced Thursday to 100 years in prison. The victim, so traumatized that she was unable to care for herself and eventually lost custody of her son, died four years after the attack. The son, then 11, was awakened by his mother's screams and found her nude and with a telephone cord wrapped around her neck.
Now 30, he came to Kansas City from Texas for Thursday's sentencing of Ozie Banks, 48.
He broke into the apartment, woke the woman at knifepoint,
told her he had killed her son and cut him to pieces and would do the same to
her if she resisted him. Banks, linked to the crime by a DNA match last year, was charged with rape and sodomy, the first time in Jackson County that someone has been charged with rape of a woman who died before the charges were filed.

| Feral dreadlocked black beast carjacks woman and her 12-year-old daughter - raped the child and her mother Phoenix police say the armed man jumped into a car with a 36-year-old woman and her 12-year-old daughter inside outside a restaurant . The man had just held up the restaurant when he forced the victim to drive him out of the area. As the mother was driving, the gunman sexually assaulted the girl. He then forced the mother to drive to a location where he forced the woman and her child out of the car then raped the mother at gunpoint. The suspect is described as a Black male, 26 to 27 years of age, about 6 feet, with black braids or dreadlocks. Suspect in Vanderbilt dorm shooting turns self in    Carlos Andrecus Branch of Nashville, identified by Metro police as one of two men involved in a shooting at a Vanderbilt University dorm last Sunday at 2 a.m., surrendered last night. Branch, 26, was involved, according to detectives, in the on-campus incident in which Vanderbilt footballer George Smith was shot in the arm. The other suspect has not yet been apprehended. Both men had been asked to leave a party being held in the dorm after Vanderbilt's victory Saturday night over the University of Richmond at Vanderbilt Stadium.- (Tyrone N. Hurricane Evacuee Wanted For Murder Gave False Name OMAHA, Neb. -- An evacuee now living in Omaha was arrested Wednesday on a homicide warrant. James Camper, 53, was arrested at about 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Motel 6 near 108th and L streets after Omaha police found out he had a murder warrant in New Orleans. Police said he gave a false name when officers confronted him, but fingerprint records showed his real identity.
"He denied it was actually him," said Brian Ennis, the U.S. Marshal for Nebraska. "He said he was somebody else by the name of Wardell Camper, his (evil) twin brother." - (Mojo, Brewski) - (crime) |

 Louisiana law enforcement officials are also looking for another homicide suspect. John Ruffin III, 29, is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant in Assumption Parish, La. Investigators believe he, too, evacuated from his New Orleans home due to recent flooding. Officials said they have no reason to believe Ruffin is in the Omaha area. Officials are distributing Ruffin's picture across the country.
Another suspect in that murder has been found in Texas.

Rodney King arrested for alleged threats - "Why Can’t We All Just Get Along?"
RIALTO, Calif. — Rodney King, whose videotaped beating by Los Angeles police led to deadly riots in 1992, was arrested after he allegedly threatened his daughter and ex-girlfriend, police said. King, 40, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was being held on $25,000 bail. He was accused of threatening to kill his 23-year-old daughter, Candace, and her mother, Carmen Simpson, after the two got in a fight with King's current girlfriend, Dawn Jean. All three women live in King's home. King sued the city for the beating, eventually settling for $3.8 million.- (NNN forum) |

Rapist may be stalking Macalester again - Pinkney is on probation for a rape in 1992 and another in 1993 Campuses are being warned about a sexual predator suspected of harassing students at Macalester College. Larry Pinkney is suspected of approaching women at the St. Paul college and possibly groping one. Danielle Turnquiest, a student at Macalester, identifies the man as Pinkney, and said he approached her and made her feel uncomfortable. "He said 'come here sister' and he gave me a hug," said Turnquiest.
Pinkney groped and tried to kiss one junior at the school. Pinkney lured a Macalester woman into spending the night with him and later raped her at knifepoint. He was sentenced to back-to-back terms of 48 months in each case. He was credited for time served, and released on probation until 2009 - (mr.mojo) |

UK: White woman brutally stabbed to death in a daylight attack by her black male 'partner'  WITNESSES have spoken of their horror after a woman was stabbed "several times" after a violent row. Police have launched a murder inquiry after the male attacker repeatedly stabbed and punched his female victim in Downham Way at just after 1pm on Monday. The 35-year-old white woman was treated for head injuries and stab wounds before being taken to hospital, where she later died. One witness says the black male attacker shouted at the woman to get in the car, before trying to force her in. When she refused the witness claims the man punched and stabbed her "several times" before getting back into the car and driving over her. The deceased woman Tracey McCormick was devoted to her four children Earlier this year, the devoted mum underwent surgery to donate one of her kidneys to her youngest son Ben, who is seriously ill. Mrs Long says she was "shocked" to discover her friend had been murdered. She said: "I'm just appalled something like this could happen. "Tracey was a really friendly person. from accusations he raped a former female employee. Police in Kissimmee, Fla., arrested a man late Wednesday on suspicion he sexually battered a man inside a restroom of a vacation resort. Deputies said Ronald Burns allegedly followed the man into the restroom,
performed the sex act on him, thanked him and then left. Police said the victim was incapable of realizing right from wrong.
