Rapist may be stalking Macalester again - Pinkney is on probation for a rape in 1992 and another in 1993 Campuses are being warned about a sexual predator suspected of harassing students at Macalester College. Larry Pinkney is suspected of approaching women at the St. Paul college and possibly groping one. Danielle Turnquiest, a student at Macalester, identifies the man as Pinkney, and said he approached her and made her feel uncomfortable. "He said 'come here sister' and he gave me a hug," said Turnquiest.
Pinkney groped and tried to kiss one junior at the school. Pinkney lured a Macalester woman into spending the night with him and later raped her at knifepoint. He was sentenced to back-to-back terms of 48 months in each case. He was credited for time served, and released on probation until 2009 - (mr.mojo) |

UK: White woman brutally stabbed to death in a daylight attack by her black male 'partner'  WITNESSES have spoken of their horror after a woman was stabbed "several times" after a violent row. Police have launched a murder inquiry after the male attacker repeatedly stabbed and punched his female victim in Downham Way at just after 1pm on Monday. The 35-year-old white woman was treated for head injuries and stab wounds before being taken to hospital, where she later died. One witness says the black male attacker shouted at the woman to get in the car, before trying to force her in. When she refused the witness claims the man punched and stabbed her "several times" before getting back into the car and driving over her. The deceased woman Tracey McCormick was devoted to her four children Earlier this year, the devoted mum underwent surgery to donate one of her kidneys to her youngest son Ben, who is seriously ill. Mrs Long says she was "shocked" to discover her friend had been murdered. She said: "I'm just appalled something like this could happen. "Tracey was a really friendly person. Doctor accused of rape and sexual battery  The State Board of Medical Examiners has ordered a "permanent revocation" of Dr. Sheran Yeates' medical license. He has a trial scheduled for Nov. 21 stemming
from accusations he raped a former female employee. Sports: Nigerian football agent John Shittu has been fined for violating Norwegian foreign currency laws Shittu represents Nigerian teenage sensation John Mikel Obi, who plays for Lyn Oslo in Norway. Obi was at the center of a transfer conflict between English clubs Manchester United and Chelsea. The agent, who also faces a smuggling charge, was stopped for a routine check at the Oslo Gardermoen Airport on Tuesday. British Member of Parliament Lady Ann Winterton: "The UK is thankfully a predominantly white, Christian country" A race equality group has complained to the Conservative Party after an MP said the UK was "thankfully a predominantly white, Christian country". The Cheshire Racial Equality Council said Ann Winterton's remarks were "highly offensive". The Congleton MP was sacked as shadow rural affairs minister in 2002 after making a racist joke during an after-dinner speech to a rugby club.
Mrs Winterton also had the party whip withdrawn in 2004 after making a joke about Chinese cockle pickers at a Whitehall dinner to improve Anglo-Danish relations. Black Teen gets "life" for killing White north Minneapolis flower shop owner   A Minneapolis teenager is sentenced to life in prison, plus three years, for fatally shooting the owner of a north Minneapolis flower shop.
Marvin Haynes Jr., 17, was convicted earlier this month of killing Harry "Randy" Sherer last year. Sherer and his sister were working in Jerry's Flower Shop when Haynes walked in, showed a gun and demanded money. The District Judge sentenced Haynes, who was tried as adult, to the mandatory sentence of "life in prison", meaning Haynes won't be eligible for parole until he's 49 years old. The victim's sister came back in here and saw her brother, my brother, laying here in a pool of

Albert Wilson admits he raped a 14-year-old girl relative  A man who admits he raped a young relative is going to prison, but the family's legal fight isn't over yet.They're suing the Columbus School District for failing to report the abuse to police.
The girl told three adults at school that a family member was molesting her. Instead of calling the police, the school called a meeting with the accused, who promptly took the girl and left the building. In the end, it was a relative who reported Albert Wilson to authorities. Jackson County prosecutors claim Randy Cooper approached a 23-year-old woman while she sat at a bus stop at 31st Street and Prospect Avenue. "Randy" nurse's aide accused of raping a paralyzed nursing home resident with Huntington's disease The physician who examined a 44-year-old nursing home resident testified in Superior Court that he believed she had been sexually assaulted. The doctor gave his testimony on the second day of the trial of Randy B. Gordon, 45, of Pittsfield. Gordon, a nurse's aide employed at the Center for Rehabilitation has denied raping a 44-year-old woman with Huntington's disease who resided at the long-term care facility. McHugh said the woman's inner thighs and genitalia were red, swollen and bruised, which he believed was caused by a sexual assault.
