Black scum is charged with first-degree murder of his white ex-'girlfriend'   A college student and the felon from Edwardsville charged Thursday with murdering her had each called police numerous times in recent months, 100 accusing each other of harassment.
The body of Marissa Tharp, 20, of New Boston, Ill., was found beaten and strangled about 1 p.m. Tuesday by police in a rickety mobile home.
On Thursday, Shauntez T. "Shaun" Hairston, 25, was charged in St. Clair County Circuit Court with first-degree murder in Tharp's killing. Hairston was being held in the St. Clair County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond. Tharp's father said his daughter had met Hairston at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she was a student.

Black Scum Pleads Guilty in Kidnap, Rape and Murder of White Texas Wal-Mart clerk  TYLER, Texas -- A man pleaded guilty Thursday to capital murder in the death of Megan Leann Holden Wal-Mart store clerk whose abduction was captured in chilling detail on videotape as she left work. Johnny Lee Williams Jr., 25, received consecutive life sentences on the capital murder charge as well as two counts of aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery. Gang of Negro youth in terrorist attack on Hispanic truck driver in Atlanta  It could have been a scene out of Baghdad.
At 2 a.m. Tuesday, a tanker carrying 7,500 gallons of diesel fuel was ambushed by a group of kids who pelted it with rocks and fireworks. Police say a bottle rocket blew up inside the cab, injuring the driver and causing him to lose control of the massive tanker. It rolled over on the side of the road. Police arrested Anthony Boyd Jr. and charged him with reckless conduct for his part in the attack on driver Rafael Diaz. Police say Boyd is suspected of throwing the bottle rocket into the cab of Diaz's truck. The rocket exploded as it hit his face, injuring him severely. He is in intensive care having undergone hours-long brain surgery after the attack. - (reader link) |

| Life Terms Reinstated in Cambodian Actor's Slaying A federal appeals court reinstated the life terms and convictions of three defendants in the slaying of Cambodian actor Haing Ngor who won an Oscar for his role in the movie "The Killing Fields." Tak Sun Tan, Indra Lim and Hason Chan, members of the Oriental Lazy Boyz gang, were convicted of first-degree murder and robbery in the 1996 slaying. Ngor was found shot to death in a carport outside his LA apartment. |

LULAC member Cedillo charged with sexual assault of 9-year-old girl - League of United Latin American Citizens A sexual assault investigation got underway as a man was arrested at his home. His alleged victim was a child at another home. In 1984, John Cedillo pleaded guilty to a sex crime against a child. He is
now charged in a new case and police say there could be more. "The reason why we think there might be other victims out there is because he does have contact with children and he's been convicted before for the same offense." Cedillo was sentenced to six years probation for indecency with a child at his home in the mid 1980s. On Friday, the 61-year-old was indicted for a similar charge. Investigators say that this time he had sexual contact with a family friend's 9-year-old daughter during a party at her relatives' home. Cincinnati: "Transexual" Colored Man Arrested For Exposing Breasts
 Jerome Mason, a 23-year-old from Over-The-Rhine, appeared in court Tuesday after being cited for public indecency just after midnight on April 22nd. It's unclear if the man has breasts that are larger than the average male's or if he has breast implants. Mason has several mug shots on file. In the past he has had run-ins with police on such charges as receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. - (African Crusader) |
Police arrest black boyfriend of murdered white UNCC student   Police in New York have taken the boyfriend of a woman found dead in her apartment Tuesday morning into custody. He was stopped by customs agents at the Canadian border late Tuesday night. Police said Seyi Tayo Odueso, 27, was trying to cross the border into Canada around 11 p.m. Customs officers detained him in Alexandria Bay, New York. They said Odueso was driving the silver 2003 Nissan 350z police had been looking for. Odueso is now charged with murdering his live-in girlfriend Christy Galvin, 26. Search for Emily Rimel Resumes - Rimel Last Seen In December  NEWARK, Ohio -- A search crew of 10 people and six dogs searched a portion of Interstate 70 in Licking County on Wednesday for a 5-year-old girl who has been missing since December. Emily Rimel disappeared from her Madison Township home in December and hasn't
been seen since. Lindsey Bruce was charged with raping the girl and is suspected in her
disappearance. He has been in jail for months. Detectives believe that Bruce was in Licking County the days after Rimel was
taken from her southeast side apartment. Emily is 3 feet tall and about 48 pounds. She is white and has brown hair and
brown eyes.

Sports: Black racist basketballers accused of hate crime assault on White man in Toronto     TORONTO -- An assault trial for three NBA players has heard that three men hurled racial slurs from a taxi before getting out and pummelling a man.
Adrian Cimpean testified he was picking up his fiancee from work outside a strip club when three men in a taxi began calling him a "nigger."
He says they told him they would teach him a lesson. Cimpean is white, while the three accused -- all NBA players -- are black. Lawyer Eddie Greenspan, is representing former Milwaukee Bucks players Sam Cassell, Gary

Black Murder Suspect: White Woman Had to Die * "He was fighting a race war" - (video at link)  WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A homeless ex-convict accused of killing a 56-year-old woman in a parking garage near a suburban mall told police that he was fighting a race war and killed her because she was white. Phillip Grant, 43, appeared at a court hearing Tuesday in shackles and a bulletproof vest. In a 45-minute videotape played during the hearing, Grant told police, "All I knew was she had blond hair and blue eyes and she had to die."Grant, who is black, claimed Connie Russo-Carriero "was not an innocent victim — because she was white."
