Two black women head to trial for alleged attack and murder of 81-year-old elderly White woman in parking lot   It was a dying woman's words that led to the arrest of two people who allegedly attacked her in a Meijer parking lot in Wyoming. On Wednesday, a judge ruled that those two women will stand trial on murder charges in the death of 81-year-old Margaret Herrema.Police say 21-year-old Eboni Spight and 18-year-old Monika McCain admitted to robbing Herrema and knocking her to the ground. - (Aryan Barbarian) - (black on white) |
Ex-death row inmate carried yelling obscenities from the court  Former death row inmate Aaron Patterson was carried out of court yelling loudly forcing a delay in his trial on firearms and narcotics charges. "Get off my case," Patterson shouted at U.S. District Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer after she ordered him taken out of court. Three husky federal marshals took hold of Patterson and sought to remove him from the court, finally managing to break his grip on the defense table. He then threw himself to the courtroom floor and continued to yell furiously and spew obscenities at the judge. Patterson emerged from prison to become a leader of the South Side's P. Stones

Sports: Fabian Found Guilty Of Killing Cousin Of NFL Player Fabian Thompson was found guilty Thursday night of first-degree murder in the January shooting death of Terrell Buiey, the cousin of Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Lito Sheppard. The shooting took place during a home invasion after Buiey wounded Thompson.
Prosecutors had eyewitnesses in the case, but blood was also a key. Police
followed the blood trail from the apartment, and when they caught up with
Thompson, he had Buiey's blood on him.
Sheppard was a member of William M. Raines High School's state championship
football team, and he played for the Florida Gators from 1999-2001. - (more sports)

Sports: A well-known Tampa Bay Storm player accused of killing a man while driving drunk Darion Conner, 37, is accused of killing 32-year-old Jonathan Conklin while driving under the influence on Linebaugh Avenue in September of last year.
According to the County Sheriff's Office, Conklin was riding his bicycle at 2 a.m. when he was struck by Connor's Toyota Landcruiser.
Conner's defense said Conklin was also drunk at the time of the accident and that Conklin rode into the path of the truck.

UK: Three Asian foreigners to be extradited in brutal kidnap, stabbing and burning alive of 15-year-old White Scot Kriss Donald   The country where the three were arrested and their identities cannot be revealed for legal reasons. Kriss was abducted by people in a car as he walked near his home in Pollokshields, Glasgow, on March 15 last year.
He was driven on a terrifying 200-mile trip around Scotland, before being stabbed 13 times and burned alive. His body was found dumped on a walkway next to the River Clyde. Last December, Glasgow shopkeeper Daanish Zahid, 20, was jailed for at least 17 years for murdering Kriss. Two women claim that Martin tortured them with pieces of wire and raped them Anthony Martin is accused of kidnapping a teen and a woman, raping them and then using one of them as a lookout while he sold drugs in Boston. One of the alleged victims, who is 16, was reportedly raped in January 2005 at
the hotel, while a second victim in her early 40s allegedly suffered the same
fate in the same room. Martin is accused of luring the 16-year-old in Chinatown into his vehicle on
Jan. 16 and bringing her to the Motel on Rte. 9.where he repeatedly raped the teen, and threatened her with a knife and a razor. - (crime) - (forum) |
Police Arrest 20-Year-Old In Rape Going Back To 2002 They say Fabion Whyte, 20, tried to run when he saw police, but was eventually arrested outside a store last night in Bensonhurst. A family member screamed at the media as Whyte was taken away in handcuffs. Police say they pursued Whyte, who has a New Jersey address, after discovering his DNA matched with a 2002 Brooklyn rape case and a 2004 shooting. Whyte is charged with rape and sodomy. - (crime) |
