Black finally sentenced to die (for third time) for brutal lynch-murder of White girl  A family says it has received justice some 16 years after the death of 21-year-old Elaine Scott. A jury returned a death penalty verdict for a man convicted of killing the University of Oklahoma student from Tulsa. It's the third time convicted killer Alfred Mitchell has received the death sentence. After two appeals, three trials, and nearly 17 years, Elaine Scott’s family finally can find some closure. The jury deliberated before handing down the death penalty for Alfred Mitchell. Mitchell was first convicted and sentenced to die for brutally bludgeoning 21-year-old Elaine Scott to death with a wooden coat rack in 1992. That sentence was overturned because a forensic expert lied on the stand. Mitchell was tried and convicted again in 2002, and that death sentence was also overturned. The Scotts have suffered through three trials, reliving the gruesome details of their daughter's murder. They were pleased with the decision, but they say this is not true justice for their daughter. “Justice for my daughter would be for her to be alive,” said Bruce Scott, the victim’s father. “So justice in the sense that justice has been served for her death, yes. Black Father and Son Wanted in Connection with Repeated Rape of a Young Girl  MEMPHIS -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added Winfred and Akeem Scott to its Top 10 most wanted list for the rapping a girl repeatedly over a 5 year period. The crimes happened at a Memphis residence beginning in 1999 and continuing through 2004. The crimes were initiated when the girl was five years old. Both father and son will face charges of rape of a child when captured. Winfred Scott is described as a 47-year-old black male, approximately 6'1" tall and weighing 300 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Akeem Scott, is also a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 6" tall and weighs about 250 lbs. Pack of nine feral black-afro 'youths' brutally attack White woman on bus - "Not a hate crime"  The suspects in the incident are black. The victim is white, according to the police report. The attack immediately drew comparisons on talk radio and Internet blogs to the Jena, La. case in which a white student was attacked by a group of black students, leading to demontrations by black activists who alleged local authorities were prosecuting blacks more harshly than whites. As Sarah Kreager, 26, tried to sit down on a Baltimore City bus, a (black) middle-schooler told her she couldn’t. When she attempted to take another seat, a (black) middle-schooler wouldn’t let her. Finally, according to police, Kreager just sat down.She was “immediately attacked” by nine (black) students — three females and six males — from Robert Poole Middle School. They punched and kicked her at 2:59 p.m. at the intersection of 33rd Street and Chestnut Avenue, according to Maryland Transit Administration police. Kreager was dragged off the bus and her boyfriend, Troy Ennis, attempted to get her back on, police said. She sustained “serious injuries” and had to be transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to a police report. Kreager suffered two broken bones in her left eye socket, police said.“She had eye muscles that were damaged,” a police report states. “She had deep lacerations on the top of her head and another above her neck.” Two seats and the bus’ rear glass were destroyed during the attack, police said. The bus driver on the No. 27 line quickly called police, who responded and arrested the nine juveniles, said Jawauna Greene, an MTA police spokeswoman. Black and foreigner arrested in at least 30 sexual assaults   STOCKTON - Police have arrested two men in connection with two rapes in the past few weeks and suspect they may be involved in sexually assaulting dozens of other women in the Stockton and Modesto areas. For weeks, detectives had been investigating two reported rapes of women allegedly involved in prostitution. Investigators linked those cases earlier this week, and leads from the street led them to Amritpal Singh Grewal, 22, and Kerston Dwayne Brock, 26, who they arrested in connection with the rapes. Grewal and Brock were booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of false imprisonment, committing lewd and lascivious acts by force, forcible sodomy, kidnapping and rape. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Reward reinstated in infamous Texas KFC slayings case where blacks lynch-murdered five Whites   KFC Corp. on Wednesday reinstated a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a third person believed involved in one of Texas' most notorious mass killings, the 1983 shootings of five people abducted from an East Texas Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. A convicted burglar, Romeo Pinkerton, 49, of Tyler, pleaded guilty in October to his role in what became one of Texas' longest unsolved mass murders. In his plea, made in the midst of a capital murder trial that could have resulted in a death sentence, he accepted five life prison terms. Pinkerton's cousin, Darnell Hartsfield, 46, also of Tyler, faces trial early next year on the same five capital murder charges. During opening statements of Pinkerton's trial, prosecutors for the first time disclosed evidence that a third person was involved in the slayings. "While we remain focused on prosecuting the remaining defendant in this case, we urge anyone with knowledge about the third to contact us immediately," Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, whose office has been leading the prosecution of the case, said in a statement. The five victims were found dead along an East Texas oilfield road about 15 miles from the KFC restaurant in Kilgore where they were abducted during a holdup the previous night. Killed were David Maxwell, 20; Mary Tyler, 37; Opie Ann Hughes, 39; Joey Johnson, 20; and Monte Landers, 19. All but Landers worked at the restaurant about 25 miles east of Tyler and 115 miles east of Dallas. UK: Three blacks jailed for racist lynching of White teen; stomping him to death  Three men have been jailed for kicking a teenager to death over a row when he bumped into them in the street. Ian Page, 19, was killed on the Edgware Road, north London.Andre Campbell, 24, his half-brother Lloyd Henry, 20, and Jermaine Yateman, 19, were convicted over his killing at the Old Bailey.
Campbell and Yateman were both found guilty of murder, and jailed for life with a minimum term of 15 years.
Henry, who was convicted of manslaughter, was sentenced to eight years. Both he and Yateman were sent to young offender institutions.

Elderly White Woman Describes Abduction, Beating by Two Blacks  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An 83-year-old woman abducted from in front of her home last month is talking about the experience now that the two teenagers accused of attacking her are in jail. Margaret Weber said she was returning from church when she was grabbed by two men and forced into the trunk of their car. "We've never had a bit of problem until these two jerks showed up," Weber said. Police said Jonathan Bishop, 18, and Maria Wood, 19, kidnapped Weber, and drove off. They stopped twice to open the trunk to demand Weber's personal identification number. Each time she told them she didn't have a PIN. Police said each time they reacted by punching her in the face. Police are looking for the gunman who shot and killed an elderly man in cold blood Friday morning. Investigators said 70-year-old Bill Williamson died during a home invasion.
Newnan police said a black male broke into Williamson's home on Roberts Road, off East Washington Road, and shot the man to death.

A week ago Monday, Ardonas Gilbert smoked some angel dust, jumped out of his cousin's moving car on I-95 and ran along the highway ripping off his clothes while screaming the devil was after him, before punching two motorists who stopped to help him. 
“John White did not lock his doors. He did not call 911. He did not go outside and try to defuse a volatile situation.” Then, he added: “Instead, he armed his 19-year-old son with a loaded shotgun. He armed himself with an illegal .32-caliber handgun. And he confronted these unarmed boys.” Police initially charged Mr. White with murder. A grand jury reduced that charge to manslaughter in the second degree, the equivalent of reckless homicide. In July, however, Mr. White rejected a plea bargain that would have guaranteed him a maximum sentence of two to six years in prison in exchange for a guilty plea. The victim,
