Convicted black killer of two White women to get new trial due to technical errors   Fla. -- A convicted killer, who spent more than two years on death row, was granted a new trial by the Florida Supreme Court. Roy Lee McDuffie was convicted of killing two Dollar General Store clerks in Deltona in 2002. It happened as the Dollar General Store was closing five years ago and family members are angry. But they're not angry at the justice system; they're angry at McDuffie, the man they still firmly believe brutally killed two women. "I'm angry. I'm mad that it's come to this. And I'm scared," said Kelli Lee, the sister of one victim. Kelli Lee got a call from the Florida Supreme Court breaking the news that she would have to re-live the trial of Roy Lee McDuffie, the man who was on death row for killing her sister. "A new trial means we have to see all of the gruesome and hear all of the gruesome stuff again," she said. It was October 2002 when Lee's sister, Janice Schneider, and her co-worker, Dawnielle Beauregard, didn't come home from work at the Deltona Dollar General Store. Investigators found the women in the back of the store, shot and stabbed, their hands and feet wrapped with duct tape and one piece of tape bore the palm print of McDuffie, an (affirmative action) manager in training. White Marsha Trimble was raped and murdered when she was 9-years-old - Black arrested in cold case    NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Marsha Trimble was raped and murdered when she was 9-years-old. It remains the city's most famous unsolved mystery. Trimble's mother talked about a possible new lead in her daughter's infamous murder. It stems from the arrest of Jerome Sydney Barrett. Metro's cold case unit charged him with the murder of Vanderbilt student Sara Des Prez 32 years ago. Did Barrett also murder Marsha Trimble? Barrett murdered Sarah Des Prez. On February 17th, 1975 Barrett raped a Belmont student, but was not arrested and convicted until a year later. On February 25th, 1975 Marsha Trimble was sexually assaulted and murdered. It's one that could keep him out of the ring — and in prison — for at least 20 years. Norris, 41, is on trial in Atlanta on federal charges that he kept nine women as sex slaves in his two Cartersville homes. Negro kidnapped and sexually assaulted two teen girls INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- Two teens said they were attacked after giving a man a ride from a convenience store. The girls said Curtis A. Long, 34, approached them at a QuikTrip and asked for a ride. The girls said they agreed, but once Long climbed into the back seat he told the girls not to look at him and kept asking if they were afraid Long asked the victims for money and allegedly poked one of the victims in the ribs with a knife. When the victims told him they had no money, he forced them to drive to a field next to a local skating rink, took $12 cash and cigarettes from them and demanded they remove their pants. After performing a sex act on one of the girls, Long had them drop him off. - (Newsroom) |
Black New Orleans Ex-Councilman Gets 3 Years, Won't 'Rat' NEW ORLEANS - A former City Council member who prosecutors said reneged on a plea bargain to cooperate in a corruption probe was sentenced to a little over three years in federal prison for taking a $15,000 bribe. Oliver Thomas, once considered a shining light on the city's political scene and a potential future mayor, pleaded guilty. The young woman, 18 at the time of the attack, had been taken to a Miramar house, locked in and attacked by Abdirazak Yussuf Mussa, 55, who wore two condoms each time he held her down and raped her. Yesterday, before he was jailed for 11 years for the two rapes and a charge of abduction, the victim said she waited in terror for months to hear her fate. "It was not bad enough what he did to me but now there was a chance I might get Aids," she said in a victim impact statement. Mussa, a Somali refugee, continues to deny his crimes. - (Newsroom) |

HIV positive Black indicted in sleepwalker rape A 23-year-old Corryville woman who was raped earlier this month in Avondale while sleepwalking near her home did not consent to sex, prosecutors said today. “It was a crime of opportunity,” The Assistant County Prosecutor said. “If you would see her in that state, you would instantly know something was wrong,” “It’s not like she was carrying on a normal conversation.” The woman woke up during the attack and fought back, but she could not get away.The lawyer for Dexter Ford, the man accused in the attack, has said the case will center on the woman’s state at the time of the crime. Black tries to plead no contest in White teen's rape murder    SEATTLE -- A black charged with the 1978 rape and murder of a 15-year-old Seattle girl tried to plead no contest at his arraignment. Clarence E. Williams stood in a prison jump suit in King County Superior court and appeared to catch his lawyer off guard as he told the judge he wanted to enter a plea of "no contest" for the killing of Sara Beth Lundquist. Williams' lawyer intervened and the judge agreed to enter no plea so Williams and his lawyer can discuss the situation. A no contest plea is not technically an admission of guilt, but it could allow a judge to find a defendant guilty of the charges. According to a statement of probable cause filed with the charges, the DNA was a match for Williams, who was already serving a life sentence for the kidnapping and murder of Laura Ann Baylis, who was killed two months after Lundquist. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) |
White Miscegenist Sister Of Missing 13-year-old Girl Pleads For Help    After two days of unsuccessful searching, Cori Baker’s oldest sister is speaking out. She has a message for the father of her child who is also the man accused of killing her sister. 19-year-old Courtney Baker has one message. And, her plea is to just one person. "Marquis, if you are watching this, please, please tell me where my sister is. Please,” said Courtney Baker, Cori’s sister. Courtney Baker is the girl in the middle. Her baby sister is missing, presumed dead. Her (black) boyfriend of three years and the father of her (assumed illegitimate) mixed-race child is in jail, accused of murder. “My sister trusted him. My sister loved both of us to death. Negro sex-beast rapes girlfriend's 10-month-old girl to death * Baby dies  A 10-month-old girl who police said was beaten and sexually assaulted by her mother's live-in boyfriend died Saturday afternoon. Daniyah Jackson had been on life support since the assault late Thursday night at a home on Herman Street. Police said Jackson had severe bruising to her face, arms and legs and that she was bitten on the chest. A family member declined to comment last evening. Negro teen rapes 3-year-old - infects her with STDs KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Ollie F. Thompson, 17, has been charged with first degree statutory rape. According to court documents, the victim, a 3-year-old female, reported the incident to her foster parent. The child was given an examination and was discovered to have contracted two sexually transmitted diseases from the incident. Negro Gets 32 Years for Torture Death of his 18-month-old stepson   KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The judge calls it a tragedy all the way around as he sentences a man to 32 years in prison for the murder of a child. Charles A. Mahone, 40, was handed the sentence after being found guilty of second-degree murder, three counts of child abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree assault in the death of Aaron, the 18-month-old son of his former girlfriend. Black Level 3 sex offender moves to area - Nash forcibly raped a 12-year-old girl A convicted sex offender who raped a 12-year-old girl has been released from prison and is living in Clark County. Keith L. Nash, 32, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes. Nash registered with the Clark County Sheriff's Office as living here, but he has no fixed address and no known vehicle, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit. Black Robbery Suspect Charged With Murder LAKEPORT, Calif. - Three young black men break into a white man's home in rural Northern California. The homeowner shoots two of them to death , but it's the surviving black man who is charged with murder. In a case that has brought cries of racism from civil rights groups, Renato Hughes Jr., 22, was charged by prosecutors in this overwhelmingly white county under a rarely invoked legal doctrine that could make him responsible for the bloodshed. "It was pandemonium" inside the house that night, District Attorney Jon Hopkins said. Hughes was responsible for "setting the whole thing in motion by his actions and the actions of his accomplices." Prosecutors said homeowner Shannon Edmonds opened fire Dec. 7 after three young men rampaged through the Clearlake house demanding marijuana and brutally beat his stepson. Home Invasion by Blacks Leaves One White Man Dead Thirty-year-old Shawn Bisbee of North Little Rock, and his stepfather, 53-year-old David Rogers, were both transported to local hospitals. Bisbee died a short time later. Rogers remains hospitalized in stable condition. Police say two black male suspects were seen running from the area around the time of the incident.
