HIV positive Black indicted in sleepwalker rape A 23-year-old Corryville woman who was raped earlier this month in Avondale while sleepwalking near her home did not consent to sex, prosecutors said today. “It was a crime of opportunity,” The Assistant County Prosecutor said. “If you would see her in that state, you would instantly know something was wrong,” “It’s not like she was carrying on a normal conversation.” The woman woke up during the attack and fought back, but she could not get away.The lawyer for Dexter Ford, the man accused in the attack, has said the case will center on the woman’s state at the time of the crime. Black tries to plead no contest in White teen's rape murder    SEATTLE -- A black charged with the 1978 rape and murder of a 15-year-old Seattle girl tried to plead no contest at his arraignment. Clarence E. Williams stood in a prison jump suit in King County Superior court and appeared to catch his lawyer off guard as he told the judge he wanted to enter a plea of "no contest" for the killing of Sara Beth Lundquist. Williams' lawyer intervened and the judge agreed to enter no plea so Williams and his lawyer can discuss the situation. A no contest plea is not technically an admission of guilt, but it could allow a judge to find a defendant guilty of the charges. According to a statement of probable cause filed with the charges, the DNA was a match for Williams, who was already serving a life sentence for the kidnapping and murder of Laura Ann Baylis, who was killed two months after Lundquist. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) |

She has a message for the father of her child who is also the man accused of killing her sister. 19-year-old Courtney Baker has one message. And, her plea is to just one person. "Marquis, if you are watching this, please, please tell me where my sister is. Please,” said Courtney Baker, Cori’s sister. Courtney Baker is the girl in the middle. Her baby sister is missing, presumed dead. Her (black) boyfriend of three years and the father of her (assumed illegitimate) mixed-race child is in jail, accused of murder. “My sister trusted him. My sister loved both of us to death. Negro sex-beast rapes girlfriend's 10-month-old girl to death * Baby dies  A 10-month-old girl who police said was beaten and sexually assaulted by her mother's live-in boyfriend died Saturday afternoon. Daniyah Jackson had been on life support since the assault late Thursday night at a home on Herman Street. Police said Jackson had severe bruising to her face, arms and legs and that she was bitten on the chest. A family member declined to comment last evening. Clinton Smith, 30, is in jail without bond on charges including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, rape and endangering a child, according to an arrest affidavit. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Negro teen rapes 3-year-old - infects her with STDs KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Ollie F. Thompson, 17, has been charged with first degree statutory rape. According to court documents, the victim, a 3-year-old female, reported the incident to her foster parent. The child was given an examination and was discovered to have contracted two sexually transmitted diseases from the incident. Negro Gets 32 Years for Torture Death of his 18-month-old stepson   KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The judge calls it a tragedy all the way around as he sentences a man to 32 years in prison for the murder of a child. Charles A. Mahone, 40, was handed the sentence after being found guilty of second-degree murder, three counts of child abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree assault in the death of Aaron, the 18-month-old son of his former girlfriend. He was convicted last month for what prosecutors and the judge said was a horrible beating and a death by torture of the little boy. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Black Level 3 sex offender moves to area - Nash forcibly raped a 12-year-old girl A convicted sex offender who raped a 12-year-old girl has been released from prison and is living in Clark County. Keith L. Nash, 32, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes. Nash registered with the Clark County Sheriff's Office as living here, but he has no fixed address and no known vehicle, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit. Black Robbery Suspect Charged With Murder LAKEPORT, Calif. - Three young black men break into a white man's home in rural Northern California. The homeowner shoots two of them to death , but it's the surviving black man who is charged with murder. In a case that has brought cries of racism from civil rights groups, Renato Hughes Jr., 22, was charged by prosecutors in this overwhelmingly white county under a rarely invoked legal doctrine that could make him responsible for the bloodshed. "It was pandemonium" inside the house that night, District Attorney Jon Hopkins said. Hughes was responsible for "setting the whole thing in motion by his actions and the actions of his accomplices." Prosecutors said homeowner Shannon Edmonds opened fire Dec. 7 after three young men rampaged through the Clearlake house demanding marijuana and brutally beat his stepson. Home Invasion by Blacks Leaves One White Man Dead Thirty-year-old Shawn Bisbee of North Little Rock, and his stepfather, 53-year-old David Rogers, were both transported to local hospitals. Bisbee died a short time later. Rogers remains hospitalized in stable condition. Police say two black male suspects were seen running from the area around the time of the incident. Dreadlocked black told jurors the men were yelling racial epithets at him - 'dreadlocks' O.J. jury  A jury deliberated about 12 hours over two before acquitting Christopher Davis of 17 criminal charges and deadlocking on seven more. Davis, 35, was taken back to prison, where he has been held on bail since his arrest. Davis was charged with stabbing three people at an underage drinking party at a home. He claimed he pulled out his pocket knife and began making slashing motions only after he was attacked by a group of young men.
