More Alleged Victims Accuse 'Teenage' Man Of Sex Assault A suspect who faces more than 70 charges including sexually assaulting children was back in court Thursday after more alleged victims came forward with new allegations. Zurikye McGhee, 31, allegedly victimized at least 18 children while posing as a teenager. Two new victims came forward, so five new charges were added to the case on Thursday. Those charges include two counts of unlawful sexual conduct, two counts of sexual assaults on a child in a pattern of trust, and one count of sexual assault on a child. Mother Pleads Guilty To Drowning Newborn Baby In Toilet FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A woman accused of giving birth on a toilet and letting her baby drown hours after being ruled a fit mother has pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter. Shatoya Nelson, of Fort Lauderdale, told investigators she did not know she was pregnant until she gave birth

Former city employee charged A former Austin code inspector has been charged after police say he accepted money from someone he was supposed to investigate. Douglas Bedford, 29, faces a charge of abuse of official capacity.
According to a news release from the Austin Police Department, investigators say Bedford was working for Solid Waste Services when he was assigned to inspect a property at 1500 South Pleasant Valley in 2003. The case was open for two years, but no action was taken to force the owner to comply with code.

A man charged with raping a 15-year-old, ninth-grade San Rafael High School girl Monday did not enter pleas to the charges this afternoon and will be arraigned Wednesday morning in Marin County Superior Court.
The Marin County Public Defender's office was appointed to represent 26-year-old Jorge Alberto Ek-Luna. San Rafael police said he recently arrived from Mexico.
He is in the Marin County jail under both an Immigration and Naturalization Service hold and $750,000 bail. He has been charged with rape, assault, kidnapping, committing lewd and lascivious acts with a 14- or 15-year-old girl, damaging a wireless communication device, providing false identification to police and an enhancement alleging a prior felony strike as a sex offender, according to the county jail. San Rafael police said Ek-Luna approached the girl from behind around 8 a.m. as she was walking to school alone on Third Street. He allegedly held a broken bottle to her throat, took away her cell phone, forced her into some bushes and raped her, police said. 
Jeffrey S. Haynes said the state registry is intended to keep track of people who have committed crimes against humans. Police said Haynes had sex with a sheep at a Bedford Township farm on Jan. 26, 2005. The animal's owner caught him on the property and 
Two local imams and a son of one of the religious leaders have been deported to Pakistan on immigration violations, leaving prosecutors to focus on an ice cream vendor and his son. Hamid Hayat, 23, is charged with lying to the FBI about attending a terrorism camp in Pakistan in 2003 and 2004.
