Receptionist sues boss Jorge Garcia for allegedly masturbating on her  Jorge Garcia answers his own phone at his legal services firm in Houston. In fact, he has become his own secretary since his receptionist quit, filed criminal charges against him, and sued Garcia for allegedly masturbating on her during her second day on the job. Kristina Roberts, 37, claims she was alone at JEG Advertising with her new boss when he approached her while holding his penis. "Plaintiff was sitting at her desk doing the work she was given earlier that day when Mr. Garcia came up behind her," her civil suit says. "He asked Ms. Roberts to turn around, and when she did, defendant proceeded to ejaculate onto her and her clothing.

Wal-Mart Santa arrested for exposing self to boy Newburgh - A Wal-Mart Santa Claus was arrested Monday for allegedly exposing himself to a 15-year-old boy and attempting to have the boy engage in oral sex with him at his home on Dec. 9.
Ransford George Perry, 57, has acted as an advocate for numerous children around Newburgh through a business called the Association Against Biased Educators. He is also a promoter for "talented children," and a Santa Claus at the Wal-Mart on Route 300 in the Town of Newburgh.
Perry was acting as an advocate for the youth and told the victim he had work for him to do at his home when the assault allegedly took place, police said. - (aryan_barbarian) |
Goldsboro Man Charged With Child Sex Abuse of Family Members GOLDSBORO, N.C. -- A Wayne County man was arrested on child sex abuse charges stemming from approximately two to three years ago, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Thursday. Roderic B. Thompson, 29, of Goldsboro, was charged with a first-degree sex offense with a child.

UK: Black Robber guilty of killing White financier   A drug dealer has been convicted of killing wealthy financier John Monckton during a brutal robbery at his multi-million-pound home. Elliot White, 24, was found not guilty of his murder but guilty of his manslaughter by an Old Bailey jury. Police Officer Charged With Sexual Assault  State Law Enforcement Division agents say they've arrested a member of the Columbia Police Department, charging him with first-degree sexual assault.
Officer Robby D. James, 28, was arrested early Friday morning and booked at the Richland County Jail.

Sports: Charges Filed In Vikings 'Love Boat' Scandal MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota Vikings All-Pro quarterback Daunte Culpepper and teammates Bryant McKinnie, Fred Smoot and Moe Williams were charged Thursday with misdemeanors for their involvement in a boat party incident on Oct. 6. According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, each player was charged with three misdemeanors; indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd and lascivious conduct.

Police Seek Rape Suspect - Wilmer Diaz Accused Of Assaulting Babysitter CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a Price Hill man accused of rape.
Investigators said Wilmer Diaz, 25, assaulted a young girl who was working for him as a babysitter.
No other details about the case have been released.
Anyone with information about Diaz or his whereabouts is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 352-3040.

Durham Police Seek Black Suspect In Fatal Hit-And-Run Which Left A Young White Woman Dead  DURHAM, N.C. -- A flowered cross sitting along the Gregson Street near Monmouth Avenue now serves as a memorial for 21-year-old Jenna Clayton.
The young Durham woman, described by family members as compassionate and the clown of her family, planned to become a pediatric nurse and was working as a nurse's assistant at a Hospital. She was engaged to be married this month.
But on the way home from an overnight shift at the hospital on Nov. 5, everything ended.
Clayton was the victim of a hit-and-run. The driver fled the scene.
Clayton later died at Duke University Hospital.
It's a big hole in my heart," said Clayton's mother, Mary, who said the loss is unbearable. "My life -- our lives will never be the same."
Witnesses told police the driver got out of his car and simply walked away. "He T-boned her to one side and the tree got her to the other side," Mary Clayton said. "(He) had to have known she was hurt terribly bad." Police found evidence inside the car that identified Tyson Antonio Marrow as the driver. Marrow, who was driving on a suspended license, faces a felony charge because he left Clayton without checking on her, "without offering any type of aid -- not even checking to see if she was alright," - (crime) - (Black-on-White) - (Tyrone N. Kareem Jamal Petty Found Guilty in Murder of White Grandmother Gloria Peloquin * Widower: Guilty Verdict "A Blessing"  Almost two years ago, Gloria Peloquin of Savannah was shot and killed while she was shopping at a grocery store at Waters Avenue and Montgomery Cross Road. Today her family is feeling some justice after a jury convicted a teenager for her murder.
After a day and a half of deliberation, the jury found Kareem Jamal Petty guilty of three different charges including felony murder and aggravated assault.

White Clinton Man Fatally Shot During Home Invasion by Black Neighbor  CLINTON, Mo. -- A robbery at a home ended in murder.
25-year-old Damon Womble was in his new home and was still unpacking when a man knocked on his door.
An armed man wearing a ski mask forced his way into the house and demanded money. Womble tried to grab the gun and was shot and killed.
The intruder didn't get any money, but he left with a small hand-held video game. Police arrested 19-year-old Joshua Rudolph. He was charged with second-degree murder. Rudolph lived on the same street as Womble. - (war eagle) - (crime) - (Black-on-White) |

Jury Returns Guilty Verdict for Black Youth who murdered White aspiring country music star for $10   It was the shocking murder of a young man hoping to become a country music star. Kris Carlyle was shot and killed in front of his mother and sister last July when they stopped to ask for directions. After deliberating for nine hours over the past couple of days, the jury found Twain Vaughn guilty on all counts. Sentencing for homicide and aggravated robbery will take place in 30 days. The 16 year old will face life with possibility of parole for the first degree felony murder charge. “It’s still not good enough. It’s just not good enough. His mother can still see him. His mother can talk to him. She can go and see him when she wants. I’ll never see my son again. Never hear his voice,” said the victim’s mother Kathy Smith.

Canada: HIV-infected African migrant from Burundi Adrien Nduwayo charged with aggravated sexual assault of at least six woman  HIV case goes to the jury. A B.C. Supreme Court jury began its deliberations in the case of an
HIV-infected man accused of aggravated sexual assault. Adrien Nduwayo was charged after six women claimed he had unprotected sex with
them, all the while knowing he was HIV-positive. Nduwayo has admitted he never told the women he was HIV-positive, saying they never asked. And he said he did not believe he had a legal obligation to tell them. The women had testified Nduwayo often did not wear a condom while having sex
