Police Seek Rape Suspect - Wilmer Diaz Accused Of Assaulting Babysitter CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a Price Hill man accused of rape.
Investigators said Wilmer Diaz, 25, assaulted a young girl who was working for him as a babysitter.
No other details about the case have been released.
Anyone with information about Diaz or his whereabouts is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 352-3040.

Idaho Suit Over Illegal Immigration Tossed BOISE, Idaho -- A federal judge on Wednesday tossed out a southwest Idaho county's lawsuit against local employers accused of hiring illegal immigrants -- an attempt to recoup money the county says it has spent on the workers. In dismissing the case, U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge said the county's
contention that the hiring of illegal aliens posed a "public nuisance" was not grounded in state law. The county filed the lawsuit in July against four businesses: Syngenta Seeds,
Sorrento Lactalis, Swift Beef and Harris Moran Seed, as well as against the

Biswanath Halder From Calcutta Faces Ohio University Shooting Trial * US court dismisses terrorism charge against Indian   A US court dismissed the terrorism charge against an Indian accused of a seven-hour university shooting rampage in 2003, but retained 201 other charges against him, including aggravated murder.Biswanath Halder's attack against a 'small, random' group of people in Case Western Reserve University's business school building did not constitute a terrorist attack on the civil population as defined by Ohio law, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Peggy Foley ruled.
If convicted of the aggravated murder charge, 65-year-old Halder, who hails from Calcutta, could get death penalty. His lawyers would not deny the charges that Halder killed Norman Wallace and wounded others but they were going to prove that he had gone into a rage, after months of agonising over the failure of his lawsuit against Shawn Miller. Durham Police Seek Black Suspect In Fatal Hit-And-Run Which Left A Young White Woman Dead  DURHAM, N.C. -- A flowered cross sitting along the Gregson Street near Monmouth Avenue now serves as a memorial for 21-year-old Jenna Clayton.
The young Durham woman, described by family members as compassionate and the clown of her family, planned to become a pediatric nurse and was working as a nurse's assistant at a Hospital. She was engaged to be married this month.
But on the way home from an overnight shift at the hospital on Nov. 5, everything ended.
Clayton was the victim of a hit-and-run. The driver fled the scene.
Clayton later died at Duke University Hospital.
It's a big hole in my heart," said Clayton's mother, Mary, who said the loss is unbearable. "My life -- our lives will never be the same."
Witnesses told police the driver got out of his car and simply walked away. "He T-boned her to one side and the tree got her to the other side," Mary Clayton said. "(He) had to have known she was hurt terribly bad." Police found evidence inside the car that identified Tyson Antonio Marrow as the driver. Kareem Jamal Petty Found Guilty in Murder of White Grandmother Gloria Peloquin * Widower: Guilty Verdict "A Blessing"  Almost two years ago, Gloria Peloquin of Savannah was shot and killed while she was shopping at a grocery store at Waters Avenue and Montgomery Cross Road. Today her family is feeling some justice after a jury convicted a teenager for her murder.
After a day and a half of deliberation, the jury found Kareem Jamal Petty guilty of three different charges including felony murder and aggravated assault.

White Clinton Man Fatally Shot During Home Invasion by Black Neighbor  CLINTON, Mo. -- A robbery at a home ended in murder.
25-year-old Damon Womble was in his new home and was still unpacking when a man knocked on his door.
An armed man wearing a ski mask forced his way into the house and demanded money. Womble tried to grab the gun and was shot and killed.
The intruder didn't get any money, but he left with a small hand-held video game. Police arrested 19-year-old Joshua Rudolph. He was charged with second-degree murder. Rudolph lived on the same street as Womble. - (war eagle) - (crime) - (Black-on-White) |

Leslie D. Mollett, 31, was awaiting arraignment in Pittsburgh Municipal Court last night on charges of homicide, theft, resisting arrest, fleeing from police and gun charges for Monday's slaying. "We believe that he was the sole triggerman," state police Maj. Frank Monaco said during a news conference announcing the arrest. Jury Returns Guilty Verdict for Black Youth who murdered White aspiring country music star for $10   It was the shocking murder of a young man hoping to become a country music star. Kris Carlyle was shot and killed in front of his mother and sister last July when they stopped to ask for directions. After deliberating for nine hours over the past couple of days, the jury found Twain Vaughn guilty on all counts. Sentencing for homicide and aggravated robbery will take place in 30 days. The 16 year old will face life with possibility of parole for the first degree felony murder charge. “It’s still not good enough. It’s just not good enough. His mother can still see him. His mother can talk to him. She can go and see him when she wants. I’ll never see my son again. Never hear his voice,” said the victim’s mother Kathy Smith.

Canada: HIV-infected African migrant from Burundi Adrien Nduwayo charged with aggravated sexual assault of at least six woman  HIV case goes to the jury. A B.C. Supreme Court jury began its deliberations in the case of an
HIV-infected man accused of aggravated sexual assault. Adrien Nduwayo was charged after six women claimed he had unprotected sex with
them, all the while knowing he was HIV-positive. Nduwayo has admitted he never told the women he was HIV-positive, saying they never asked. And he said he did not believe he had a legal obligation to tell them. The women had testified Nduwayo often did not wear a condom while having sex

Police: Man Allegedly Attacked, Raped Essex Woman Police are seeking the public's help finding a man who allegedly attacked and raped a woman in an apartment. Police said Obijha Bushae Robinson was charged with second-degree rape. Robinson s wanted in an attack on a woman on Nov. 11. According to the 20-year-old victim, she had been out with some friends on Nov. 10. She told police she returned to the apartment she shares with another woman and fell asleep. The victim said sometime in the middle of the night, she woke up in her bed to find a man forcing sex on her. Black female corrections officer Celina clay allegedly smuggles gun into prison for her white lover 'David Lane'   A loaded handgun was smuggled into a midstate prison and hidden in an inmate housing unit full of convicted felons. Officials confirm the gun was intended for a maximum-security inmate serving time for arson and murder at the Correctional Complex in West Nashville. The prison is surrounded by razor wire, and a large sign at the main gate clearly warns visitors not to bring in contraband, including firearms. Celina Clay began working at the facility as a corrections officer in March. Southern California law enforcement officers searched Tuesday for a 36-year-old
rape suspect believed to be a son of Crips street gang co-founder Stanley "Tookie" Williams. Lafayette Jones, a registered sex offender who may be in the Los Angeles area,
allegedly lured
