Latino lover, Quinn Cruz, Jr. charged with murder of pregnant White woman and her unborn child   EL PASO, TX. - Nearly a week after the shooting death of a west side mother, the case takes a shocking turn. 25 year-old Tonya Marie West was pregnant at the time of her death. Ms. West was fatally shot several times in the parking lot of the Crest Apartments, as she loaded her two year old daughter in a car seat. After an extensive manhunt, police arrested 29 year-old Quinn P. Cruz, Jr. and charged him with murder. - (White Boy) - (crime) Investigators said West and Cruz had lived together but had recently split. They had been arguing when West was shot multiple times. Four illegal Iraqis brutally gang-raped a 15-year-old English schoolgirl * Hell of gang rape victim  The 15-year-old relived the horror to a silent courtroom telling how four Kurdish Iraqi men allegedly took turns to attack her.
In a police interview played to the jury, she said: "It seemed to go on forever."
She added: "I just wished they would stop. "I wanted to know why they were doing this to me."
Preston Crown Court was told the girl was tricked into getting into a car outside the Better Burger fast food outlet on May 17. She was then allegedly taken to a house and subjected to an horrific series of sex assaults.
Awat Ahmed, 27, denied three charges of rape and one of false imprisonment. Hana Zana Sahli, Karim Faraidon Nzar, Taha Abdulla, were named but apparently vanished after the attack.

UK: Police name Somali 'asylum seekers' suspected of shooting two White English policewomen - murdering one   Detectives hunting the killers of Pc Sharon Beshenivsky have named the three prime suspects they want to question. The 38-year-old officer was shot dead during an armed raid by a gang at a travel agency in Bradford a week ago. The suspects are Mustaf Jama, 25, and his brother Yusuf, 19, from the same area. Both are of Somali origin. They also want to trace Muzzaker Shah, 24. - (-88-) - (UK) - (Black-on-White) KILLERS LAUGHED AS THEY SHOT COP  Witnesses last night revealed how the armed robbers joked with each other as they fled from the scene of the murder. Brave mum-of-five Sharon was killed just hours before she was due to attend her youngest daughter's fourth birthday party.
The unarmed 38-year-old constable was shot in the chest at close range as the robbers fled from a travel agents in Bradford. "They were really hyped up - bouncing, laughing and joking. Sharon's fellow officer, Teresa Milburn, 37, was last night under armed police guard in hospital after surviving being shot in the shoulder.
Both women were wearing standard issue stab-proof vests, which also give limited protection from firearms.

Police Seek Black Man For Questioning in Murder of White Bicyclist   KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police asked for help from the public finding a man they wanted to question about the death of a man who was shot while riding his bicycle.
Robert Osborn was riding home from his job at an Independence, Mo., Hy-Vee grocery store on Nov. 20 when he was killed.
Police were looking for Fabian Brown, 20, of Kansas City.
He was known to be armed and dangerous, police said, so they urged people not to approach him and to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS to report his whereabouts.
Prosecutors charged another man, Rapheal L. Willis, 19, of Kansas City, Mo., with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in Osborn's death.
Police had him in custody.

UK: Two black males rob pregnant White Billionaire Heiress  The heiress to a £1 billion fashion company suffered a terrifying ordeal when two burglars raided her luxury home.
Nadja Swarovski, head of the Swarovski Crystal firm and who is nine months pregnant, was ordered to sit in a room while the thieves ransacked the property in Chelsea, west London. Ms Swarovski, was said to have been very shaken by the experience but not injured.
"Two black males in their 30s, one tall and one short, had gained entry to the property while the female occupant was upstairs. This latest break-in took place less than a mile from the home of financier John Monckton who was stabbed to death during a raid on his house in November last year. Convicted Rapist Sentenced to 70-years-to-life  Quan Randolph Jordan has now been convicted of raping three different women, starting when he was 14-years-old, but his latest attack will likely be his last.
It all happened at the Albany Club apartments in April. Two young women were moving in and they were being watched."I was trying to take a bath when he came into the bathroom and put a gun to my head and said if I said anything he would shoot me," says one victim.
Then, Jordan went into another room and raped the second woman. The first was praying."I just called the name of Jehovah and just said, 'Jehovah why this, why this,'" she says.
Judge Dale Crawford gave the 41-year-old Jordan 70-years to life. He plans to appeal.

South Africa: Top ANC man Jacob Zuma faces rape charge South Africa's governing ANC party has refrained from acting against the party's deputy president, Jacob Zuma, who has been accused of rape. Mr Zuma has also been charged with corruption and was sacked as the country's deputy president in June. At a weekend meeting of ANC's national executive, Mr Zuma admitted he was facing allegations of rape, and asked to address the meeting on the subject. This followed press reports that police were pursuing rape claims against him.

South Africa: Soccer star Vilakazi rape trial continues The rape trial of Benedict Vilakazi, a Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates soccer ace, resumes in the Johannesburg magistrate's court this morning.
Vilakazi stands accused of raping of a 15-year-old girl at her home in Rosettenville in January.
Vilakazi has admitted to having had sex with the complainant. He maintains it was with her consent and that she told him she was over the legal age. Reports say the complainant recently gave birth to a baby she claims was fathered by Vilakazi. - (Africa) |

Ellis rated all the ink, in the eyes of blenders at least, because he was once a member of the KKK but switched sides to become a high profile civil rights activist and a friend of female black civil rights advocate Ann Atwater. Thanksgiving got off to a deadly start in Falls Church, where a drunken driver slammed into a car at a red light, killing an 18-year-old man.
Police said one of their officers happened to be waiting for the light in his cruiser and saw the whole thing shortly after midnight. Pablo Cruz is being held on DWI and involuntary manslaughter charges. Cruz drove his pickup truck into the back of a Honda that was stopped for the light.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has called on the international community to recognise the 1930s Great Famine as Soviet-enforced genocide. Millions of Ukrainians starved to death in 1932-33 as USSR leader Joseph Stalin stripped them of their produce in a forced farm collectivisation campaign. Cannibalism is reported to have become rife as a whole nation starved.
