Convicted Rapist Sentenced to 70-years-to-life  Quan Randolph Jordan has now been convicted of raping three different women, starting when he was 14-years-old, but his latest attack will likely be his last.
It all happened at the Albany Club apartments in April. Two young women were moving in and they were being watched."I was trying to take a bath when he came into the bathroom and put a gun to my head and said if I said anything he would shoot me," says one victim.
Then, Jordan went into another room and raped the second woman. The first was praying."I just called the name of Jehovah and just said, 'Jehovah why this, why this,'" she says.
Judge Dale Crawford gave the 41-year-old Jordan 70-years to life. He plans to appeal.

| Corn-rowed black man sought for sexual assault on White female teen The LaFayette Police Department is looking for a black male in connection with a sexual assault that occurred Sunday, Nov. 20. According to police: The attack occurred at the old Burger King building around 8:30 p.m. The subject allegedly assaulted a 19-year-old white female. The subject is a black male, 5-feet-10-inches tall, and weighs about 230 pounds. He was wearing his hair in cornrows and was also wearing a gold medallion shaped like a dollar sign. He was driving a newer model white Grand Am with Tennessee tags (number unknown). South Africa: Top ANC man Jacob Zuma faces rape charge South Africa's governing ANC party has refrained from acting against the party's deputy president, Jacob Zuma, who has been accused of rape. Mr Zuma has also been charged with corruption and was sacked as the country's deputy president in June. At a weekend meeting of ANC's national executive, Mr Zuma admitted he was facing allegations of rape, and asked to address the meeting on the subject. This followed press reports that police were pursuing rape claims against him.

South Africa: Soccer star Vilakazi rape trial continues The rape trial of Benedict Vilakazi, a Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates soccer ace, resumes in the Johannesburg magistrate's court this morning.
Vilakazi stands accused of raping of a 15-year-old girl at her home in Rosettenville in January.
Vilakazi has admitted to having had sex with the complainant. He maintains it was with her consent and that she told him she was over the legal age. Reports say the complainant recently gave birth to a baby she claims was fathered by Vilakazi. - (Africa) |

UK: White woman run down and killed by Paki, after abduction by Greek * Man Arrested in Greece  A GREEK man is to be brought to Yorkshire to face charges of kidnapping and killing 20-year-old travel agent Stephanie Hammill. Yiannis Revenikiotis, 27, is expected to be brought to Britain in the new year.
He will face charges of manslaughter and kidnap following a lengthy investigation. The force successfully applied for a European warrant for his arrest.
Miss Hammill, from Wakefield, died in 2003 after she escaped from a kidnapper's car and was hit and killed by a second car.
She had been walking home with her fiance, James Garland, when she got into the back of a car, probably thinking it was a taxi. The car moved off, leaving Mr Garland behind.
A few minutes later she was found dead in Batley Road, where she had been knocked down by taxi driver Mohammed Ashiq, 53. He was later convicted of failing to stop and having defective tyres. - (-88-) - (UK) *

Black Somali 'Asylum seeker Raped and Killed Norwegian Girl   A 36-year-old asylum seeker from Somalia, who was found guilty of raping and murdering a female student at a college in Sogndal last year, was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison .Hassan Samriye Hashin had admitted the murder. An appeals court also found him guilty of raping 19-year-old Hedda Karterudseter at Sogndal Folkehøyskole on October 28, 2004.
Hashin had followed Hedda Karterudseter home to her student apartment and admitted strangling her in a fit of jealousy. He denied raping her.
He had been sentenced to 16 years in prison by a lower court, which also found him guilty of both murder and rape. The maximum prison term in Norway is 21 years. - (NNN Newsroom) - (EU) - (Black-on-White) |
Former Dollar General Employee Released From Jail - the White woman who replaced him was beaten to death   Kan. - Authorities released a former Bonner Springs Dollar General from jail after he made bond.
Police had arrested him for allegedly stealing from the store.
The man worked at the same Dollar General where someone killed store manager Robin Bell earlier in the month.
Someone beat the 44-year-old Tonganoxie, Kan., woman to death in the store. Police were investigating her death, and they had a person of interest in the case in custody but they would not identify that person.
Prosecutors charged Aaron Clark, 19, for allegedly stealing about $1,600 from the same store. Bell's husband said that Clark had been fired from the store for the alleged theft.

Aurora police announce $1,000 reward in case of missing White woman - foul play suspected  CHICAGO -- The Aurora Police Department, in association with Aurora Area Crime Stoppers, has secured a guaranteed maximum payout of $1000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the two men involved in the car accident that spurred the investigation into the disappearance of Marilyn Bethell. A police news release stated that officers arriving at the scene found Bethell's
2003 Honda Accord with heavy front end damage and pushed into the rear of a
parked, 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche.
Police learned that the Honda was apparently being driven by a black male a high rate of speed, and was being followed by a red or maroon car, which police believe to be a Dodge Intrepid, that was occupied by at least one male of unknown race. - (White Boy) |

Ellis who just died of undisclosed causes at the age of 78 in Durham, North Carolina. Ellis rated all the ink, in the eyes of blenders at least, because he was once a member of the KKK but switched sides to become a high profile civil rights activist and a friend of female black civil rights advocate Ann Atwater. ALEXANDRIA, Virginia (CNN) -- A federal jury convicted a Virginia man Tuesday of joining the al Qaeda terrorist network and conspiring to assassinate President Bush. The man had claimed Saudi authorities tortured him into confessing. Ahmed Abu Ali, a 24-year-old Arab-American reared in Falls Church, Virginia, faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years, or a maximum penalty of life behind bars. Abu Ali was born in Texas. His family later moved to Falls Church. His Jordanian-born father works in the Saudi Embassy in Washington as a computer specialist.
