 (Toledo, OH) --- Toledo Mayor Jack Ford issued a city-wide curfew due to the rioting in North Toledo. The curfew is for 8 p.m. tonight.
Meanwhile, the area of Central and Stickney as well as the area of Central and Mulberry is still shutdown and people are asked to avoid the area. - (NNN Newsroom)

TOLEDO (AP) -- A crowd that gathered to protest a planned march Saturday by a white supremacist group turned violent, throwing baseball-sized rocks at police and vandalizing vehicles. Two hours after authorities called off the march, 150 officers in helicopters and cruisers and on foot, bicycles and horses continued to chase bands of "youths". Officers wearing gas masks fired tear gas canisters and flash-bang devices designed to stun suspects, only to see the groups reappear nearby. Keith White, a black resident, criticized city officials for initially allowing the march. "They let them come here and expect this not to happen?" said "White". - (NNN Newsroom)

Police were called into the area but, as of this writing, the riots continue and appear to be increasing. Fox News video shows that rocks are now being thrown into homes and businesses and widespread looting is occurring. Rioters have now begun to rush homes in the area and are breaking into and looting them.

BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- A man suspected of shooting an Orange County, Fla., deputy earlier this week as well several other felony charges was captured overnight by Glynn County police. Jeffrey Forbes, 22, was taken into custody after police evacuated guests in adjacent rooms.
Forbes was wanted for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, kidnapping a child under 13 years of age and armed burglary of an occupied dwelling, and probation violation. He was named as a suspect in the shooting of Orange County Deputy Adam Pierce. Pierce was trying to break up an apparent drug deal when he was shot. He remains in serious condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center Friday.
Also arrested was Rachelle Jean Marie who as in the room with Forbes. She was charged with hindering apprehension of a criminal. - (NNN Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-White) 
CINCINNATI -- Police said a man shot and killed his girlfriend and tried to make it look like a suicide. Police said they filed a murder warrant for Virgil Tribble, 39, in connection with the death of Renay Blunt, 21.
Tribble has an extensive criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
Police said they responded to a 911 call at 4:50 a.m. Monday and found Blunt dead from a gunshot. Her body had been positioned to try to make it look like she had shot herself. - (White Boy) - (crime) 
LIBERTY, Mo. – A metro man who admitted to killing his wife and brother was sentenced to two consecutive life terms plus 100 years in prison. Twenty-seven-year-old Vincent D. Cooley was charged with first-degree murder, but pleaded guilty to reduced charges in the November 2002 shooting deaths of of Melody Cooley, 21, and Antoine Cooley, 19. Cooley says he snapped when he caught the two of them kissing. He says he shot both of them with an AK-47 and then cut his wife’s throat. Antoine Cooley had moved in with the couple after his recent release from jail. Vincent Cooley was charged in 1999 in the murder of Clifton Aaron, 21. At trial, Cooley admitted he killed Aaron after the two had smoked PCP. - (War Eagle) - (crime)
