Migrant from Guam - William Tyquiengco on trial for the rape and murder of his sister-in-law SALINAS, Norcal. --"Her throat was cut from one end to the other, and very deep, very deep -- almost decapitated -- I knew she couldn't have survived," Tommy Charfauros testified. - Testimony is scheduled to continue in Salinas
in the William Tyquiengco trial.
The former Marina man is accused of killing his wife's sister, Starr Morren, in Monterey in 1996.

Lubbock police and the Hockley County Sheriff's Department need your help in finding Frank Santana. He's accused of raping an Anton woman, beating her husband and stealing their truck. That truck was found in Lubbock around 4:30 Wednesday morning and police believe Santana is in Lubbock. Frank Santana is believed to be armed and dangerous. He's described as a Cuban man with a heavy Cuban accent. He's 6-feet tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He has tattoos on both arms, his back and chest. 'Dirty old low-down accused homo pedophile charged with raping 4-year-old boy DOVER- The police have arrested a Dover man accused of raping a 4-year-old boy.
According to the Dover police, the 4-year-old's mother told officers that her son had been sexually touched by the child's step-great-grandfather while the child was visiting his step-great-grandfather. The police say an investigation revealed that the suspect performed oral sex on the child after pulling his clothing down, and then exposed himself to the child. The suspect, identified as 74-year-old Albert D. Deputy was arrested. He was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree indecent exposure. He was released after posting bond.

Low-down sex-crazed homo pedophile pervert raped a 14-year-old boy at a bus stop  Police have arrested a man who they say forced himself on a 14-year-old boy at his bus stop last week.
Artrell held a gun to the boy's head while he fondled him.
Nineteen-year-old Artrell Beaton was arrested for kidnapping, assault with a firearm and molestation. Neighbors are angry that when this incident took place 10 days ago, police did not warn the public that an apparent armed child molester was on the loose.
A police spokesman says the reason they did not notify the public was because they wanted to run surveillance hoping to catch the attacker somewhere near the scene of the crime. - (Rasp) - (crime) |
"White"Man arrested for rape of a 15-year-old girl at Baptist church A registered sex offender has been arrested and charged with the Saturday rape of a 15-year-old girl at Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church.
Christopher Montrell White was working as a custodian at the church when the alleged rape occurred Police said the rape occurred Saturday afternoon at the church.
The victim, the report said, was at the church for a fashion show. White is listed on the Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry. He was convicted of statutory rape in a November 2002 case, according to the registry.- (Mr. Mojo) - (crime) |

At issue is her relationship with her husband of three years, DaiShin WolfHawk (aka John Joseph Lentini) , who served more than a decade in New York state prisons for rape, attempted rape, sodomy and attempted sodomy in a case involving two teenage girls. She also is fighting for custody of the couple's other child, a 21-month-old girl currently living with another family in Maryland, and believes some of her problems have been motivated by prejudice against American Indians. | 14 Foreign Farm Laborers Gang Rape Fla. Teen, - (12 Guatemalans, a Puerto Rican & a Mex) Fla. -- Fourteen field laborers broke into an 18-year-old woman's home, dragged her across the street and then took turns raping her. The Sheriff's Office said the men, ranging in age from 18 to 56, dragged the woman from her home to another across the street early Saturday. She told deputies they choked her and hit her until she lost consciousness. She said that when she awoke, one of the men was pouring alcohol in her mouth. The men then pulled off her pants and each one raped her, she said. When they finished, the men pushed her out of the front door. She said she walked over to her landlord's house and called police. Deputies subsequently rounded up 14 men who were at the house. Each man was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. All were in jail without bond and could face up to life in prison if convicted. Twelve of the men are from Guatemala, one from Puerto Rico and the other from Mexico. - (NNN forum) - (Invasion!) |

| New Zealand: Man attacked by three Maori with own sword near home A Mangere man who took a sword to stop a noisy fracas outside his home paid for it with his life, the High Court at Auckland was told. Blair Graham Harvey was overpowered and attacked with the weapon which was stuck into his eye, almost to the back of the skull. He died three hours later in hospital, in the early hours of October 3 last year, from brain damage. SEATTLE - "I just went cold," said Lorraine Marks. "It was kind of like when I went to my parents' house that day." 'That day' was March 9, 2001. Lorraine Marks' parents Dick and Jane Larson, her 17-year-old son Taelor, and Taelor's girlfriend Josie Peterson were shot, beaten, and stabbed to death in the Larson's Des Moines, Washington home. 23-year-old Leemah Carneh has confessed he killed them all. His alleged motive was a high school crush on Peterson, the 17-year-old girl he couldn't have. "There's really not words to describe how devastating and empty it is."

Dirty 43-year-old Negro sentenced for stabbing death of his young caucasian highschool "girlfriend" - less than half his age    As Norman Glasper was sentenced to 22 years to life in prison for killing his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, the victim's mother spoke of the betrayal that resulted in her daughter's stabbing death. "I want him to know how much hurt and pain he caused me and my family," Elaine Klaiber said as 43-year-old Glasper stood in shackles."You took my life away by taking her," Klaiber said of the loss she is coping with after her daughter, Melissa Baker, was stabbed more than 60 times in Glasper's apartment. Police Announce Arrest In Rape of Girl younger than 13 years old Police in Dayton announced that they have arrested a man who they claimed raped a 13-year-old Dayton girl.
The victim intentionally changed the details. They said while it is true that
she was raped, it was not done by a random person.
She was raped by someone she knew, 18-year-old Jamichael Lynn. Police stress that the public should not condemn the 13-year-old victim because she made up the details of the story. They said the public should have compassion for the teen.
Lynn is now charged with one count of rape of a child under the age of 13 and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Authorities said he remains behind bars. - (crime) |
Student allegedly raped in high school bathroom by Negro youth FORT MYERS— A South Fort Myers High School student is in jail, charged with sexual assault on another student inside the school on September 29th. The Lee County Sheriff's Office says 16 year old Whitney Blanks pulled another student into the bathroom and raped her. ATLANTA -- The man accused of killing four people during a rampage that started in a courthouse herded people into an office before the shootings, held a gun to a deputy's head and declared, "I got nothing to lose," a witness told investigators.
The account was among 33 witness statements obtained by The Associated Press that sheriff's investigators had culled from people in the courthouse March 11 when Brian Nichols allegedly went on the shooting spree. A judge unsealed the statements Monday, but they were not released to the AP until Wednesday.
