| 14 Foreign Farm Laborers Gang Rape Fla. Teen, - (12 Guatemalans, a Puerto Rican & a Mex) Fla. -- Fourteen field laborers broke into an 18-year-old woman's home, dragged her across the street and then took turns raping her. The Sheriff's Office said the men, ranging in age from 18 to 56, dragged the woman from her home to another across the street early Saturday. She told deputies they choked her and hit her until she lost consciousness. She said that when she awoke, one of the men was pouring alcohol in her mouth. The men then pulled off her pants and each one raped her, she said. When they finished, the men pushed her out of the front door. She said she walked over to her landlord's house and called police. Deputies subsequently rounded up 14 men who were at the house. Each man was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. All were in jail without bond and could face up to life in prison if convicted. Twelve of the men are from Guatemala, one from Puerto Rico and the other from Mexico. - (NNN forum) - (Invasion!) |

| Purse Snatcher Luis Montanez Convicted of Dragging Broward Woman to Death FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A 22-year-old purse snatcher was convicted of first-degree murder Monday for the dragging death of an elderly Holocaust survivor. Prosecutors did not seek the death penalty against Luis Montanez, meaning he must be sentenced to life in prison for the 2003 slaying of 86-year-old Gertrude "Trudi" Nadel. Nadel was outside a drug store when Montanez stopped the stolen van he was driving and asked for directions. When she approached, he grabbed her purse and tried to speed away, but Nadel either didn't or couldn't let go. Montanez dragged her for several feet before she fell, striking her head on the ground. She died the next day. Citizenship status of suspect not reported. |

| New Zealand: Man attacked by three Maori with own sword near home A Mangere man who took a sword to stop a noisy fracas outside his home paid for it with his life, the High Court at Auckland was told. Blair Graham Harvey was overpowered and attacked with the weapon which was stuck into his eye, almost to the back of the skull. He died three hours later in hospital, in the early hours of October 3 last year, from brain damage. Confessed Black Killer Ruled Incompetent To Stand Trial for Crazed Murder of Four   
SEATTLE - "I just went cold," said Lorraine Marks. "It was kind of like when I went to my parents' house that day." 'That day' was March 9, 2001. Lorraine Marks' parents Dick and Jane Larson, her 17-year-old son Taelor, and Taelor's girlfriend Josie Peterson were shot, beaten, and stabbed to death in the Larson's Des Moines, Washington home. 23-year-old Leemah Carneh has confessed he killed them all. His alleged motive was a high school crush on Peterson, the 17-year-old girl he couldn't have. "There's really not words to describe how devastating and empty it is."

Dirty 43-year-old Negro sentenced for stabbing death of his young caucasian highschool "girlfriend" - less than half his age    As Norman Glasper was sentenced to 22 years to life in prison for killing his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, the victim's mother spoke of the betrayal that resulted in her daughter's stabbing death. "I want him to know how much hurt and pain he caused me and my family," Elaine Klaiber said as 43-year-old Glasper stood in shackles."You took my life away by taking her," Klaiber said of the loss she is coping with after her daughter, Melissa Baker, was stabbed more than 60 times in Glasper's apartment. Police Announce Arrest In Rape of Girl younger than 13 years old Police in Dayton announced that they have arrested a man who they claimed raped a 13-year-old Dayton girl.
The victim intentionally changed the details. They said while it is true that
she was raped, it was not done by a random person.
She was raped by someone she knew, 18-year-old Jamichael Lynn. Police stress that the public should not condemn the 13-year-old victim because she made up the details of the story. They said the public should have compassion for the teen.
Lynn is now charged with one count of rape of a child under the age of 13 and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Authorities said he remains behind bars. - (crime) |
Child murderer Lionel Tate Charged With Criminal Mischief FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A teenager who once killed a 6-year-old playmate has been charged with criminal mischief after a sheriff's deputy said he broke the glass in his cell door.
Lionel Tate, 18, has been held without bail since May. He was charged with robbing a pizza delivery man at gunpoint and probation violation. Prosecutors filed new charges on Friday. According to court records, Tate was
shouting at deputies on Aug. 25 while "banging on the cell door glass window ... for approximately 30 to 45 seconds."
Tate faces a potential life sentence on the robbery charge because he is on probation as part of a plea agreement in the 1999 death of 6-year-old family friend Tiffany Eunick.

Student allegedly raped in high school bathroom by Negro youth FORT MYERS— A South Fort Myers High School student is in jail, charged with sexual assault on another student inside the school on September 29th. The Lee County Sheriff's Office says 16 year old Whitney Blanks pulled another student into the bathroom and raped her. Wild Black African Soccer-baller assaults 15-year-old boy    The teenager alleges 'Frenchman" Djibril Cisse, 24, struck him on the head at a park in the Docklands area of east London, Scotland Yard has said. A spokeswoman said that officers were called to Broomfield Street on Friday night regarding an allegation of assault on a boy. It is understood the player will be questioned over the incident.

Ohio -- A Rocky River man charged with raping two boys with autism appeared in court Monday.
Phillip Distasio pleaded not guilty to 34 counts related to raping the boys, who were students at a school Distasio ran from his apartment.
Investigators said Distasio would frequent establishments along Detroit Road in Lakewood, where he would lure boys to join a group known as "Class Cutters."
Investigators believe there may be more victims.
