18-Year-Old Jovani Garcia Arrested For Raping Toddler At Orlando Daycare ORLANDO, Fla. -- An 18-year-old man was arrested for raping a 2-year-old girl while she was at a daycare.
Jovani Garcia's mother runs the daycare on El Vedado Avenue in Orlando. Garcia was arrested after the little girl told her mother she was in pain. The mother questioned the child and found out about the attack. That's when she took the child to the hospital and called police. - (Svejk) - (crime) |
| Police charge illegal migrant from El Salvador with rape of 12-year-old girl A 12-year-old Roanoke County girl was raped Monday evening at a motel in the 6500 block of Thirlane Road, Roanoke County police said . Police arrested Wilberto Hernandez, 30, of El Salvador and charged him with rape. He is being held at the Roanoke County jail without bond. Hernandez had been staying at the motel but would not say whether the girl lived there also. According to county police, he was working in the United States illegally under an assumed name. White 18-Year-Old Co-ed Calls 911 Before She Is Raped and Killed by Black 'Career Criminal'   SUNRISE, Fla. -- Police say an 18-year-old woman used her cell phone to call 911 for help Monday night, but by the time officers arrived, she had been killed. Sunrise police said when officers arrived at the apartment building at 5990 N.W.
19th St. just after midnight, Christine Myers was lying dead in a hallway.
Police arrested 26-year-old Edward Mosie Howard on Tuesday.
Investigators said Myers and Howard knew each other, but investigators said they don't know a motive for the killing.
Howard made his first court appearance Wednesday. He is being held without bond on murder and sexual assault charges. Police said he also has a no-bond hold for a probation violation. - (Tyrone N. No Verdict In Trial Of Negro Accused Of Raping, Killing 5-year-old White Girl   A jury deliberating the fate of a man charged with kidnapping and raping a
5-year-old girl who is missing could not reach a verdict Tuesday, according to
defense attorneys. Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been
missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the

Police Seek Registered Sex Offender in Rape Case  Savannah-Chatham police need your help finding a registered sex offender. Antonio L. Williams is wanted for the September 16 rape of an 18-year-old on Savannah's south side. An arrest warrant has also been issued in another rape for which Williams was recently indicted by a Chatham County grand jury. It is believed Williams is still in the area. Jesus Francisco Alvarez arrested - found driving minivan of murdered nurse Debra Slough  Police in Eagle Pass, Texas arrest a man they said was driving the van of murdered Corpus Christi nurse Debra Slough. She died from a gunshot wound to the head. The driver of her van was taken into custody. Eagle Pass police have identified the suspect as 29-year-old Jesus Francisco Alvarez. He's being held on numerous charges including evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to stop and render aid along with resisting arrest.
