Hmong Man Found Guilty in Hunter Deaths  Wis. -- A jury on Friday convicted an immigrant truck driver of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of six deer hunters during a confrontation over trespassing, rejecting his claims that he fired in self-defense.
Charge Hmong Hmonster With Hate Crime! - By Dave Gibson Chai Vang, the Hmong immigrant who murdered six Wisconsin hunters last November has been found guilty on six counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder. However, this verdict is not enough. All of his victims were white and his vicious behavior went much farther than simple murder.... There has been a growing problem with Hmong hunters trespassing on private lands in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Hmong regularly hunt game out of season, none have licenses, and many reportedly use AK-47 assault weapons... Make no mistake, had a white man been chasing down a group of unarmed Asians, picking them off one by one--the news coverage would trump that of the Natalee Holloway case. Jose Charged with Rape of his daughter in case of mumified babies found in airshaft Police have arrested the father of the 18-year-old accused of throwing her two newborns down an airshaft and charged him with aggravated rape. Prosecutors say Lucila Ventura is a victim as well. Ventura was arrested
after police say she threw her newborn son down an airshaft. It was then investigators found the mummified remains of a girl the 18-year-old
had delivered a year-and-a-half ago. Today prosecutors charged her father - Jose
Ventura - with aggravated sexual assault against his daughter, and say he is the

Four Mexican Nationals Indicted For Sex Trafficking HOUSTON -- Four Mexican citizens have been indicted on charges of running a sex-trafficking ring that involved forcing undocumented female immigrants into prostitution, the U.S. Attorney's office said. The alleged ringleader of the operation, Gerardo "El Gallo" Salazar, 40; his two nephews, Angel Moreno Salazar, 24, and Jose Luis Moreno Salazar, 20; and an associate, Salvador Fernando Molina Garcia, 37, are charged with conspiracy to smuggle minor Mexican girls and young Mexican women into the United States and forcing them to be prostitutes. - (Invasion!) - (White Boy) |

New Zealand's Maori Party Wins Four Seats     WELLINGTON, New Zealand -- A new political party representing New Zealand's Maori won four of seven Parliament seats set aside for indigenous people in elections dominated by an opposition party's vow to scrap Maori privileges. Don Brash, leader of the main opposition National Party, got a boost for his
campaign after saying that if his party won power he would eliminate the seven
seats that can be held only by Maori. He called that a form of apartheid, saying

Live-in boyfriend Colbert sentenced for killing young white mother of his spawn - Convicted killer only gets 5 to 15 years   Cassandra Kindlon's family says her killer has gotten away with murder. Although Paul Colbert was convicted of manslaughter, the victim's family says it is not enough.Over the objection of the defense, six surviving relatives of 19-year-old Kindlon tearfully confronted Colbert over the killing. Five months after she disappeared, Kindlon's skeletal remains were found along the Normans Kill in Albany last year. Negro Denies Role In Rape Of Missing 5-year-old Girl * Inmates: 'Bruce Killed Emily Rimel'  Ohio --Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder. But, he was accused of the rape after her DNA was found on his genitalia. Emily Rimel disappeared from her bed in December. Nine months later here is still no sign of the girl. Lindsay Bruce is on trial on charges of kidnapping and rape. Bruce, a Rimel family friend, was arrested. Police said DNA linked him to the 5-year-old girl. Black Police intructor kills white female police recruit   AUSTELL, Ga. -- Authorities have released the name of the instructor involved in a deadly shooting accident this week at the North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy in Cobb County. He is veteran instructor Cobb Co. Deputy Sheriff's Sgt. Albert C. Jackson. The city of Kennesaw held a moment of silence Thursday to remember the police trainee who was accidentally killed.
23-year-old Tara Drummond -- a recruit with the Kennesaw Police Department -- died Tuesday after being shot once in the chest.
Officials say Jackson violated safety rules by having a loaded gun.

Police Seek Help In Finding Black Rape Suspect COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Police said Friday that they are seeking the public's help in locating a man wanted on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman in her south Columbus home.
A warrant was filed for the arrest of Cornell Sean Kelly. He raped a woman on Sept. 3. Police said he injured the victim during the assault.
Police said Kelly had been released from prison in 2003 and was out on parole for robbery and is connected to another sexual assault from August. "Both victims said they were not able to forecast that he would revert to such violent behavior." - (Gman) - (crime) |

A Raleigh woman was arrested Wednesday for allegedly lying to the American Red Cross about being a Hurricane Katrina victim. Tiffany Signal, 23, who was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, told the Red Cross earlier this week that she was a victim of Hurricane Katrina's damage in New Orleans, according to an arrest warrant. The warrant stated that Signal used a fake name and address and received a debit
card with a balance of $665. She also received a 14-day pass to a hotel.
