A mental patient who stabbed a 10-month-old girl on a Washington Heights street hears "voices in his head" and takes anti-psychotic medication, law enforcement sources said yesterday. Bernard Derr, 47, was so whacked out after his arrest Wednesday he gave two completely different confessions to cops and was sent to Bellevue Hospital for observation, the sources said.  "The guy's a nut," a source said.   13-Year-Old Alexandra Anaya was reported missing Aug. 13. The ex-boyfriend of a 13-year-old girl’s mother was charged in connection with her murder. The decapitated and dismembered body of 13-year-old Alexandra Anaya was found Aug. 16 in the Little Calumet River - a naked torso wrapped in heavy chains.. Preliminary reports indicate she was sexually assaulted. A federal criminal court complain was filed  against 29-year-old Rodolfo Heredia.   Buffalo Police say they have solved the case of the human body parts found inside a suitcase in the Black Rock Canal 2 weeks ago. Officials say that a 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of his mother and 50-year-old homo pedophile Edwin Jimenez may have put him up to it. Police identified that the body parts belonged to 46-year-old Madeline Irene. Detectives are still trying to piece together all the details but say what they have discovered so far is very disturbing. Police believe 50-year-old Edwin Jimenez moved from California about a year ago and established a (homosexual) relationship with Madeline Irene’s 15-year-old and 12-year-old sons. They believe that Jimenez then psychologically influenced the 15-year-old boy to kill his mother.
