National Media Ignores Black-on-White Racial Hate Crime Black man charged with kidnap-rape-murder of White School Teacher Texas -- Friends, family and students of teacher Diane Tilly reminisced about the slain woman's spirit and joy as she was laid to rest Saturday. An Alamo Heights teacher was raped, abducted and shot to death before her body was buried in a field in northeast Bexar County. The affidavit revealed that Pearl Ann Cruz, 15, and her father, Ronnie Neal, 33, allegedly teamed up to kill Dianne Tilly, 58, whose remains were discovered in a field in northeast Bexar County. Cruz allegedly set the violence in motion by knocking on Tilly's door the night of Nov. 22., asking the teacher if she could use her phone because her car had broken down. |

R.H. Duncan Jr., 41, youth minister at Greater One Way Apostolic Church on 16th Street, faces five counts of child molestation. |
15 | Cab Driver Charged With Sexually Assualting Female 15-year-old Special Ed. Student A St. Louis cab driver is charged with sexually assaulting a 15 year old special education student. Florissant police arrested the 31 year old yesterday. Jerrold Howard started driving a cab for the St. Louis County Cab Company in August. Two months later he allegedly began molesting a young girl he transported for the St. Louis Special School District. The cab driver is in police custody. He lives in the 3300 block of Lemp in St. Louis. Police say Howard would normally pick up his 15-year-old victim from her home. She would be dropped off in Florissant at Mary Grove School. - (Gman) |
18-year-old charged with 2 rapes, robbery One woman was assaulted in front of her 3-year-old child. A Milwaukee teenager accused of raping two women, with one assault occurring in front of the victim's 3-year-old son, was charged Friday with seven counts of sexual assault, armed robbery, kidnapping and battery. Clayton G. Williams, 18, was charged with two counts each of first-degree sexual assault while armed and kidnapping while armed, and one count each of armed robbery, attempted armed robbery and substantial battery. If convicted on all counts, he could face up to 223 years in prison. - (Brewski) |
11 | Black Man Sexually Assaults Woman, 11-Year-Old Officers said the person who resembles a composite sketch sexually assaulted a 22-year-old and an 11-year-old with a 2-and-a-half block area . Police said the rapist is between 38 and 45 years of age. He's between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 185 pounds. He has a light mustache and a gray patchy goatee. |

eight-year-old girl He allegedly took her to the bush, where he raped her before beating her to death with a stick. The neighbours discovered the girl's naked body on Thursday night. She had bloodstains on her private parts and a stick was found next to her body. The community launched a manhunt and found the suspect hiding in the bush. They beat him to death with sticks and other weapons. |
Hmong Migrant Hunter Killings Heighten Racial Tensions The fatal shootings of six white deer hunters by a Hmong man in northern Wisconsin last month have fueled racial animosity against the growing immigrant population, according to Hmong community leaders. Hmong residents have reported receiving threatening letters and being taunted with ethnic slurs. At a community prayer service in Rice Lake, the area where the six slain hunters lived, one woman said she saw a bumper sticker that read: "Save a deer, shoot a Hmong." - (The Bobster) |

13 | Jackson police officer wanted in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl now in custody Jackson police officer Perry Coleman turned himself in and made his first appearance before a judge shielded from cameras. As he was brought into municipal court four Jackson police officers blocked reporters access to get video of him. Normally, cameras are given all access to where offenders are brought into the courtroom. These actions came after a statement from Chief Robert Moore indicating that Coleman would not receive any special treatment. Coleman is now officially charged with statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl, who he was mentoring through the Jackson Police Explorers Program. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |
Alabama: Jury Finds Bessemer Officers 'Not Guilty' In Gang Rape and Sodomy Trial - (Mere adultery not a crime in Alabama) A jury found two Bessemer police officers not guilty of first-degree rape and sodomy. Bessemer police Officers Ronald Murray and Randy Lee were accused of first-degree rape and sodomy of a woman at a party. The officers have been on administrative leave without pay during the trial. |

Suspect In Indiana Rape Arrested In Missouri A suspect in a Kokomo rape was arrested during a traffic stop in Missouri this week, police said. Bryan Stone, 33, of Kokomo, was arrested Sunday by Cape Girardeau, Mo., on charges of marijuana possession, driving without a license and failure to drive on the right side of the road. |
Dark suspect in savage rape-murder of White Co-ed dies after sucessful suicide in prison The man charged with killing a UNC-Wilmington student died after leaping off a staircase onto a hard floor at a prison in an apparent suicide attempt. Curtis Dixon, 21, broke away from a correction officer Wednesday night, ran to the top of a cell block staircase and leaped headfirst to the concrete floor about three levels below. |
McClendon Charged In Random Killings On 31st Street KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A local has been charged with two counts of murder in a case investigators say was violence for the sake of violence. Timothy McClendon, 27, is charged with 11 different crimes including assaulting his girlfriend, carjacking and the random shooting deaths of two women who were strangers to him. Raevena McClenton and Norma Jean Parker were in separate cars on their way to work Nov. 26 when they were fatally shot along 31st Street. |
