Alleged serial killer of White women set for first trial   The
existence of the serial killer was first confirmed in July 2002, after DNA linked
the death of three women in Baton Rouge. Derrick Todd Lee, 35, was arrested
10 months later in a manhunt that ended in Atlanta. He was a truck driver who
had a history of stalking and peeping tom convictions.So far, he has been charged
in the deaths of seven women. He
faces a second-degree murder charge for allegedly killing 21-year-old LSU graduate

Judge
rules DNA admissible in serial rape case - one victim a 7-year-old girl DNA
has linked Brent D. Sharp, 23, to five
rapes in two counties. Sharp's DNA was taken while Muncie police were
investigating two sexual assaults. One of the victims was a 7-year-old
girl, and the other was 14 years
old. Sharp was arrested after the 7-year-old was raped while police
were canvassing the neighborhood she lived in, looking for suspects. When the
DNA was entered into a national database, it linked Sharp to five rapes in Delaware

migrant gets 50 years for sexually assaulting, impregnating girl, 10 Andre Stewart, 19, was convicted in March of sexual assault by a person younger than 18 on a victim less than 12. Prosecutors said Stewart abused the child repeatedly beginning when she was 8. The girl became pregnant at 10 but didn't know it until months later, when a trip to the emergency room for a bellyache ended with childbirth. His father left the boy (Andre Stuart) and his mother in Jamaica to move to New York City. Stewart had another teenage girlfriend who was 14 when she conceived his first child. - (Rick Dean) |

The first time he slapped her, her eyes went wide with shock. The former Clarence
resident was several months pregnant with their baby and had never been struck
in her life. Six months later, she found herself handcuffed to the bed after being punched, stabbed, sodomized, choked and beaten nearly to death. Blood filled her eyes and clung to the walls of her apartment. "I was so scared . . . I think God was watching over me," she said. Juback Chipfu (30), who claims to have been "acting under God’s command", was not formally charged when he appeared before magistrate Ms Memory Chigwaza on three counts of rape. |

Actor Anthony Anderson Faces Rape Charges Actor
Anthony Anderson was arraigned in Memphis, Tenn., on one count of aggravated
rape, following an incident on the set of his new movie. A passerby allegedly
heard screams coming from Anderson's trailer on the set of his movie and opened
the door. According to the sheriff's statements, a
naked woman ran out of the trailer, claiming Anderson and the film's
assistant director assaulted her and took pictures of her while she was nude.

Beach: Black Man accused of serial rape held without bond The Prosecutor called the defendant, Kory Devon Johnson, 23, a “serial rapist” and “the most dangerous man” during a bond hearing. Johnson also confessed to a 2003 rape that police were able to tie him to through another DNA match. That rape involved a 73-year-old woman. Johnson was out on bond when a 21-year-old Russian woman was beaten and sexually assaulted near the Oceanfront. He then threw the woman to the ground and punched her in the face numerous times before sexually assaulting her. Police described the suspect as a black man in his early 20s. Carolina: Negro gets 29-years for kidnap-rape of co-ed from campus DURHAM
-- Vincent Von Holloway and the N.C. Central student he raped each asked
something of the other in court moments before Holloway received a 29-year prison
sentence. The woman, looking across the courtroom at the man who raped her, said
she would have turned over her cash and credit cards that day without a struggle.

Oklahoma City: Serial rape suspect Rayshun Carlile Mullins Moved To County
Jail A
serial rape suspect was moved to the Oklahoma County Jail and charged on five
separate counts Friday after intense questioning. Rayshun Carlile Mullins
was charged on five counts, including first-degree rape, oral sodomy, kidnapping
for purpose of extortion, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary. More

Anthony Guzman pleds innocent to rape and kidnapping  Anthony
Guzman entered not guilty pleas in a San Luis Obispo courtroom to six felony
charges that stem from the alleged rape and kidnapping of his ex-girlfriend. The
prosecution claims Guzman lured his ex-girlfriend to the Econo Lodge Motel with
the assistance of 26-year old Leonel Ramiro Alfaro. The alleged victim
said he had promised to return some of her personal belongings. However inside
the motel room, the woman claims Guzman raped her several times, holding her for

Police raid nets four foreigners after gang rape of girl, 17 A girl, 17, was gang raped over four hours by four men, a Sydney court heard yesterday. Mustafa Dagdanasar, 23, Eulent Topcu, 25, Canan Eken, 21, and Chrisovalantis Papadopoulos, 25, appeared before Parramatta Bail Court yesterday charged with aggravated sexual assault in the company of others and inflicting actual bodily harm. He pulled his trousers down and forced the victim's head to his crotch, police alleged. He allegedly said to the victim: "Do you love me?" then hit her several times in the face.The girl was kicked in her back, head and stomach while the three men forced her to perform sex acts, including sex without a condom. |

Florida: Jarman charged in rape case also wanted in Detroit shooting  It
was DNA evidence that led sheriff's detectives to Bryant Ledell Jarman
accused of raping a 50-year-old woman
in her home. Jarman was arrested on a murder warrant stemming from a Detroit shooting.
The 50-year-old woman said she woke up when she felt something on her face
akin to a wet dog nose about 3:15 a.m. but thought she was dreaming. The woman
saw a man in her bedroom and screamed. The attacker forced the woman to perform
oral sex on him and raped her at knifepoint. |

Erasmo Hernandez-Maldonado arrested for sexual assault of children between the
ages of 5 and 13  Denver
police have arrested a 54-year-old man who they claim sexually assaulted children
between the ages of 5 and 13 at his home. Erasmo Hernandez-Maldonado was
in the Denver City Jail under a $75,000 bond while detectives searched for more
possible victims. Hernandez-Maldonado would ask women to clean his house and bring
their children, which he volunteered to watch. Police said he would molest the
