| Australia: Pack of 30 "Middle-eastern Youth" punched and kicked swimming pool staff, including a young woman FOUR swimming pool staff have been beaten in an attack in Melbourne's north. Stunned witnesses said about 30 youths had punched and kicked staff, including a young woman, on the grass at Oak Park Aquatic Centre about 4pm yesterday. One witness, Alex, said families had recoiled in horror at the bashings. "I've never seen anything like it," Alex said. "I thought, 'Not another Cronulla'. "There seemed to be dozens of people involved, with most wading into the staff and people trying to help them. "They all appeared to be Middle-Eastern youths. "It was very upsetting and scary. African Migrant Rape, Kidnapping Suspect Could Be In Columbus - or trying to return to his native Guinea  Ohio -- Authorities said that they are searching for a man who is wanted for rape and kidnapping. Mamady Keita is from New Guinea and could flee the country, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and Central Ohio Crime Stoppers. He is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 142 pounds, with a medium build, black hair, brown eyes, and has a mustache. Authorities say Keita has a scar on his right forearm. Anyone who know Mamady's whereabouts is asked to contact Central Ohio Crime Stoppers anonymously at (645-8477 or (877) 645-8477.

Pastor Thomas Lindell Robinson accused of raping a 12-year-old girl who attends his church's day care after school An pastor is accused of having sexual relations with a minor. Thomas Lindell Robinson of Clinton is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl who attends his church's day care after school.
Robinson has been charged with 1st degree child rape.
The girl he is accused of raping is more than eight months pregnant.
His bond has been set at one million dollars.

Man Pleads Guilty In Eagan Rape Case A 23-year-old man was sentenced to six years in prison for breaking into an Eagan, Minn. woman's apartment and raping her, attorneys said.
George H. Merrida IV pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal sexual conduct and burglary in the October 2004 assault, the Dakota County Attorney's Office said.
Merrida was accused of breaking into the 18-year-old victim's apartment and attacking her in her sleep.
The victim woke up during the attack, attorneys said. The assault ended when the victim's phone rang and Merrida left the apartment. DNA evidence eventually connected Merrida to the rape case.
The victim's sister, who lived in the same apartment where the assault took place, told police Merrida had come to the apartment about a month before the attack and asked to use the phone.

South Africa: King's brother jailed for rape of 9-year-old girl, his own niece   Prince Mbuyisa Dlamini, elder brother of King Mswati III of Swaziland and a senior member of the Swazi royal household, has been sent to jail for seven years because he raped a nine year-old girl. In his finding Justice Joe Gumede on Thursday strongly condemned Dlamini's act in the Mbabane magistrate's court. "Those who commit this type of crime have to receive heavy sentences because they really do not deserve to be part of the community. "What you did, has brought shame on your own head and also on the heads of your children.

The victim was Dlamini's niece, his sister's grandchild.

Fla. -- A kidnapping and rape suspect is in the Orange County jail with his bond set at $7,500. Deputies arrested Antwoin Turner on Saturday night at the Lake Westin Point Apartments on Forest City Road. Police are still searching for the other two suspects in the kidnapping and rape of an Orlando woman. Investigators said Turner, along with Darrian Pryor and Prince Rolle attacked the woman last Wednesday.
Columbus police have arrested the suspect in the case of the kidnapping and rape of a 
Ind. -- A man who was entrusted to work with teens at an alternative school faces charges after police say he had sexual contact with a 17-year-old student. Quincy Adams Jr., 24, a teacher's aide, was arrested Friday after an allegation involving a student at Mosaics School. Police said Adams invited the student to his apartment, where the alleged incident took place. "Grotesque, nasty, disgusting -- you just don't do something like that," said Carmel student Brogan Eppley. Police said this incident was not the only time Adams had students from the school come to his apartment. 
Sheriff's deputies arrested a man in Modesto suspected of raping, drugging and kidnapping a girl in Coulterville. Aaron Suarez, 34, of Modesto was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, rape of a drugged victim, unlawful sex with a minor under the age of 16 and committing lewd acts with a minor, among other charges. The Sheriff's Department was seeking Suarez, who was suspected of rape and kidnapping, which happened within the last few weeks. A K-9 officer sent in his dog. Suarez, however, had climbed into a small crawl space into the attic. 
OAKLAND — A teenage girl who was attacked and brutally raped in Berkeley's Aquatic Park in May testified in court that she felt helpless and scared for her life during the sexual assault. The testimony came during a preliminary hearing for

A man convicted in the abduction, rape and burning of a Green Bay woman in 2003 was finally sentenced to 70 years. 
A Navy sailor who viciously beat a Pensacola woman outside a downtown nightclub and left her hospitalized for five days was convicted Friday of charges that could put him in prison for as long as 20 years.
Keona Shawn Berg, 23, was convicted of felony battery and attempted sexual battery of the woman outside Seville Quarter in the early morning hours of Feb. 20.
A jury deliberated more than 2? hours before finding Berg guilty of attempted sexual battery.
Judge Frank Bell is scheduled to sentence Berg on Feb. 22.
Berg showed no emotion as the verdict was announced, unlike the victim -- whose parents and husband watched the two-day trial -- none of Berg's family or friends was present.
