Man charged with grisly machete slaying of boy, mother Christopher Patterson, 32, is taken by cops from 60th Precinct stationhouse yesterday to face charges of killing his ex-girlfriend, Patricia Whitley, 46, and her son, Malik, 8. The creepy loner accused of strangling a Brooklyn mom and decapitating her 8-year-old son with a machete was arraigned yesterday, as the bloodbath's lone survivor struggled with the loss of her family. Police believe Patricia's son, Malik, walked in on the murder, and Patterson used a machete to savagely kill the boy. The boy's body parts were stuffed into several black plastic bags. Malik's screams woke Zina Whitley, 14,, and Patterson struck her in the head and attempted to rape her before calmly showering. He was sleeping naked on the couch when cops - summoned by Zina's frantic 911 call - arrived to arrest him. - (reader link) - (The Bobster) - (crime) |
Black Teen Convicted In Jazz Fest Murder Of White Man Granted New Trial NEW ORLEANS -- The teenager convicted of killing a fan at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in 2004 may get a new trial. A judge ruled that evidence police withheld would have bolstered the defense's case that another youth was the shooter. John Duncan was convicted for shooting Daniel Breaux, 57, of Houma, in the back of the head after Breaux resisted an armed robbery as he was leaving the festival. Duncan was allegedly one of four youths involved in the shooting, including Cedric Curtis and Jerone Walls (aka Gerone Walls). All but three pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges. The fourth teenager, Kelvin Atkins, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and served as the prosecution's main witness against Duncan. - (crime) - (black-on-white) - (White Boy) |

South African police hunting Israeli body-parts dealer South African police are hunting a suspected Israeli mastermind behind a cash-for-kidney scandal involving top surgeons who performed more than 100 transplants two years ago. Ilan Perry, claimed to be the kingpin behind a syndicate that paid more than 100 Brazilian nationals to sell their kidneys, mainly to Israeli patients, is wanted by police after at least five prominent surgeons appeared in court. The paper said South Africa appealed as a "body-broker" destination because the country was generally perceived as corrupt and that foreigners believed a blind eye would be turned to illegal activities. - (Africa) - (Madkins) |

On Free Immigration and Forced Integration - by Hans-Hermann Hoppe "From the fact that one does not want to associate with or live in the neighborhood of Blacks, Turks, Catholics or Hindus, etc., it does not follow that one does not want to trade with them from a distance. To the contrary, it is precisely the absolute voluntariness of human association and separation – the absence of any form of forced integration – that makes peaceful relationships – free trade – between culturally, racially, ethnically, or religiously distinct people possible.' - (-88-) - (Commentary) - (Invasion!) |
Outrageous! Two Illegal Alien Migrants Win Arizona Ranch in Court Fight PHOENIX — An Arizona ranch once owned by a member of an armed group accused of terrorizing illegal immigrants has been given to two of the people the owner had tried to keep out of the country. The land transfer is being done to satisfy a judgment against Casey Nethercott, a member of a self-styled border-watch group who is serving a five-year prison term for firearms possession. Morris Dees Jr., chief trial counsel of the Southern Poverty Law Center, which represented the immigrants, said he hoped the ruling would be a cautionary tale to anyone considering hostile measures against border crossers. "When we got into this case, ranchers all along the border were allowing these types to come on their property," Dees said. "Now, they're very leery of it, especially when they see someone losing their ranch because of it." The ruling comes as the governors of Arizona and New Mexico declare states of emergency in their border counties, moves designed to free up money for enforcement while drawing more national attention to illegal immigration. Nethercott was a member of the group Ranch Rescue, which works to protect private property along the southern U.S. border. In March 2003, he was accused of pistol-whipping Edwin Alfredo Mancia Gonzales, 26, at a Hebbronville, Texas, ranch near the Mexico border. A jury deadlocked on the assault charge but convicted him of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Mancia and another immigrant traveling with him from El Salvador, Fatima del Socorro Leiva Medina, filed a civil lawsuit last year, saying they were harmed while being held by Ranch Rescue members. Named in the suit were Nethercott; Jack Foote, founder of Ranch Rescue; and the owners of the Hebbronville ranch, Joe and Betty Sutton. The Suttons settled for $100,000. Nethercott and Foote did not defend themselves, and a Texas judge issued default judgments in April of $850,000 against Nethercott and $500,000 against Foote. The transfer of the ranch outraged border-watch groups. - (reader link) - (Invasion!)

HOMELESS JACK ON LIFELESS HUSKS AND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM - by H. Millard © 2005 Homeless Jack was on a roll. The subatomic particles were strong. "I see them, man, these dried up lifeless husks--these dead ends--these childless white people," said Jack. "They disgust me. They're here now because their ancestors had children, often 12 to 14 of them per couple. That's the way it should be. But, look at some of the descendents of those prolific ones. Lifeless husks. They disrespect their ancestors and their lines. They're useless protoplasm... - (Commentary) - (H. Millard index) |
