  Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) has determined that the three suspects being held by authorities in Grand Junction, Colo., for the kidnapping and gang rape of an American woman are likely illegal aliens.   A transgender police officer has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the police department and has been placed on paid leave while "she" and the department try to work out their differences. Paula Schonauer's lawsuit, filed Dec. 20 in Oklahoma County District Court, does not discuss specific incidents of harassment. "Her" attorney declined to go into details while efforts continue to resolve the dispute and return her to the police force. "She" also filed a wrongful termination lawsuit in September, even though "she" was not fired. - (Rasp - pics)

  An unemployed security guard suspected of terrorizing community leaders with death threats, hate-laced graffiti and random shootings has been arrested in California, police said Tuesday. Gary C. Rosales, 43, of Reno, was arrested Monday in Whittier, Calif., where he was being held on seven felony counts of shooting a firearm into homes in southwest Reno. Threats also were made against the families of officers recently killed in the line of duty, Weston said, and later became more personal, involving letters, phone calls and stalking.

He said he anticipated more charges would be filed. The people at the party were Vietnamese and police had to call in interpretersto talk with witnesses and victims.
