Soccer gang-rape girl gives evidence 
A girl allegedly gang-raped by a group of black footballers did not
have the energy to escape, a court has heard. The teenager, who was 15 at
the time, told Kingston Crown Court she was made to perform sex acts on
up to 12 men at a flat in Brockley, south-east London. Grimsby Town's
Terrell Forbes, 23, denies one count of rape in March. Philip Mighton,
23, Darren Wallace, 23, Ashley Campbell, 21, Kevin George, 21, and Shane
Sutherland, 21, all from south London, also deny rape charges. - (reader

Killed, 3 Hurt in Wis. Hunting Dispute with Chai Vang  The
dead included a a teenage boy and a woman.. A father and son were among
them, he said. Some of the victims were shot more than once. The suspect
Chai Vang of St. Paul, Minn was "chasing after them and killing
them," with a SKS 7.62 mm semiautomatic rifle, a common hunting weapon.
Wisconsin's statewide deer gun hunting season started Saturday and lasts

crematory operator pleads guilty to dumping 334 corpses A
former crematory operator pleaded guilty to dumping more than 330
corpses on his property and giving the relatives of the dead
cement dust instead of ashes. Ray Brent Marsh could get up to 12
years in prison. Authorities set aside half the courtroom for the victims'
relatives, who were horrified to find out two years ago that Marsh let 334
bodies pile up on his property -- behind his house, in the woods, in buildings

sentenced to death for kidnap-rape murder of woman store clerk  Fredrick
Antonio Evins has been sentenced to death for the abduction, rape and
murder of Rhonda Ward, a local
convenience store clerk. The Judge set the execution for Jan. 19. The
execution will likely be delayed for years while the case moves through
the appeals process. Ward's nude body was found in an apple orchard. Two
days earlier, Evins took Ward from her job at Cigarettes 4 Less , sexually
assaulted her and stabbed her a dozen times in her arms and chest. He used
the money he stole from her to fund a drug binge.
Evins is also accused of killing librarian Damaris Huff (pictured at right) in a Spartanburg park. - (forum) |

guilty of Dumpster murder of his White 16-year-old ex-girlfriend   Jurors
convicted 16-year-old Rocky Almestica of second-degree murder in
the death of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend, Emily
Clemons. The defense's strategy was to convince the jury that
putting Clemons in a Dumpster after she was beaten did not kill her. Clemons
died from more than a dozen blows to the head with a hammer and a pot. Co-defendant
and ex-girlfriend Laisha Landrum also charged with the murder.

Police
Capture Man Accused Of Abducting 14-year-old Girl Police
have captured an Alton, Illinois man suspected of kidnapping a teenage girl
nearly two weeks ago. Alton police received several tips Wednesday that
Dennis Thomas, 21, was at Rock Spring Park near Alton High School.
They arrested him at a house on Salu Street after a seven-hour search. Thomas
is accused of taking the girl against her will on November 5. The 14 year

Faces Rape Charges After 14-Year Old Discovers She's Pregnant A
dirty old black man is facing rape charges after a 14-year old teenager
discovered she was pregnant. 61-year old Eugene Miles Snipes was
arrested after DNA test results determined he was the child's father. The
girl's mother says that she and her daughter discovered the pregnancy when
morning sickness developed. The girl was staying with a relative - who lives
with Snipes - over the summer. The teen's mother says her daughter is mentally
handicapped, and she believes Snipes took advantage of her while

Rapper
wanted for rape of a 14-year-old girl Police
in Wilmington have issued an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Dwayne Perkins.
He's wanted for the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl. Police say
Perkins is a local rap artist who frequents clubs in the Wilmington area.
The 14-year-old accuser told police Perkins lured her into a house where
he sexually assaulted her and held her until the following morning. -

talent scout" rapes 14-year-old girl as her parents waited in next
room A Brooklyn man was charged yesterday with twice raping a 14-year-old girl in his midtown talent agency while her parents waited, oblivious to the attacks, in another room. Charles Green, 35, of Brooklyn, allegedly approached the girl on a subway and told her he thought she was pretty enough to be a model, police said. It was her good fortune, Green told her, that he ran the Hip Hop Modeling and Talent agency. She confided to Green that she also aspired to be a singer, police said. - (The Bobster) |

Authorities are seeking a 40-year-old man who has been charged in connection
with the sexual assault of a toddler at a local day care. Michael Zimmerman
aka Michael Bater, has been charged with first-degree sex offense with a
child and indecent liberties with a minor. A 2-year-old girl was assaulted
at LoLo's Daycare, a licensed home day care that is owned and operated by
Zimmerman's girlfriend, Lora Tatum. - (Gman) |

Petersburg: Armed sexual battery suspect on the run - missing his red shorts A
criminal suspect managed to get away from police in and the search is on
for a man officers say may be armed and dangerous. Police put up a perimeter
to track down Quinton Cummings. Police believe he committed armed
sexual battery. Cummings as a black male, 170 pounds, 5"11" tall,
wearing a black basketball shirt and red shorts. Investigators believe they
may have located the suspect's shorts in a homeowner's backyard. - (Tyrone

Convicted Rapist Faces New Sentencing A
man convicted of raping and beating a mentally
challenged Omaha woman will be resentenced because his original
sentence was too lenient, the attorney general said the sentence of convicted
rapist Jeremiah Fields will be reviewed because of "the excessively
lenient sentence" handed down by Judge Gregory M. Schatz. "The
heinous crimes committed by Jeremiah Fields deserve a maximum sentence,
