Trial
set for doctor charged with rape  People
lined the walls and crowded the door as Dr. Sheran Yeates faced charges,
including rape, that could send him to prison for a decade or more.
Yeates was arraigned to continue his defense against charges that he
sexually assaulted a former female employee
nearly four years ago and used subordinates to try to cover it up. Yeates, a family
practice physician has been indicted on charges of rape, sexual battery and subornation

DNA
Evidence Leads To Charges In 1989 Rapes  BOSTON
-- Prosecutors have charged a city man with three rapes, one of which resulted
in the wrongful conviction of a man who spent nearly 11 years in prison before
DNA evidence exonerated him. That same DNA evidence linked Lawrence Taylor,
49, to the three cases. Taylor pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated
rape. He allegedly raped the three women,
ranging in age from 19 to 44 at the time, after breaking in to their apartments.

Groper Behind Bars - the "Fast-Food Groper" accused raping female employee
 Norristown,
PA — He's been dubbed the "Fast-Food Groper." Anthony Ray
of Philadelphia is back in police custody. It was last week when Ray was charged
with raping a female employee at the Willow Grove Burger King. Ray would work
as a supervisor at local fast-food restaurants or other businesses and then sexually

Man Locks Teen In House, Rapes Her, Police Say 14-Year-Old Asked To Use Phone To Call Mother 
Florida - Hollywood police say a 14-year-old who asked a man if she could use
his phone to call her mother ended up being held against her will and raped. The
girl reportedly stopped at the home of 31-year-old Michael Moses and asked
if she could use the phone Monday afternoon. The 14-year-old
told police that after she had called her mother, Moses locked the
door and wouldn't let her out. She said that Moses then threw her onto a bed and
sexually assaulted her. - (Border

FBI finds missing 16-year-old blonde blue-eyed girl kidnapped by Negro pimp Amber Alert Ends for 16 Year Old Ohio Girl Amanda Volkerding FBI Captures Cain  Amanda
Voelkerding was reported abducted on Friday. Saturday afternoon, she
was found by FBI agents and Louisville Metro Police at the In-Town Suites. Voelkerding
was with 31-year-old Daniel Cain of Louisville. Evidence exists that Cain
coerced the teenager to leave her home. Cain is being held in Metro Corrections
on local charges of promoting prostitution and use of a minor in a sexual
performance. FBI is seeking additional federal charges against Cain. Other arrests
are expected soon.. Suspect is a black man with tight, curly hair and a

$5,000 reward offered in rape a 21-year-old University co-ed by Hispanic Police are hoping a $5,000 reward offered anonymously will help with the capture of a man wanted for the July 18 rape of a 21-year-old Valparaiso University student attending a summer session. Since the sexual assault, the woman has left campus, police said. The suspect has been described as a Hispanic man, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10, 25 to 35 years old, with a medium build. He has a long face, short black hair and a small amount of hair under his chin |

Alleged serial killer of White women set for first trial   The
existence of the serial killer was first confirmed in July 2002, after DNA linked
the death of three women in Baton Rouge. Derrick Todd Lee, 35, was arrested
10 months later in a manhunt that ended in Atlanta. He was a truck driver who
had a history of stalking and peeping tom convictions.So far, he has been charged
in the deaths of seven women. He
faces a second-degree murder charge for allegedly killing 21-year-old LSU graduate

Judge
rules DNA admissible in serial rape case - one victim a 7-year-old girl DNA
has linked Brent D. Sharp, 23, to five
rapes in two counties. Sharp's DNA was taken while Muncie police were
investigating two sexual assaults. One of the victims was a 7-year-old
girl, and the other was 14 years
old. Sharp was arrested after the 7-year-old was raped while police
were canvassing the neighborhood she lived in, looking for suspects. When the
DNA was entered into a national database, it linked Sharp to five rapes in Delaware

migrant gets 50 years for sexually assaulting, impregnating girl, 10 Andre Stewart, 19, was convicted in March of sexual assault by a person younger than 18 on a victim less than 12. Prosecutors said Stewart abused the child repeatedly beginning when she was 8. The girl became pregnant at 10 but didn't know it until months later, when a trip to the emergency room for a bellyache ended with childbirth. Actor Anthony Anderson Faces Rape Charges Actor
Anthony Anderson was arraigned in Memphis, Tenn., on one count of aggravated
rape, following an incident on the set of his new movie. A passerby allegedly
heard screams coming from Anderson's trailer on the set of his movie and opened
the door. According to the sheriff's statements, a
naked woman ran out of the trailer, claiming Anderson and the film's
assistant director assaulted her and took pictures of her while she was nude.

Beach: Black Man accused of serial rape held without bond The Prosecutor called the defendant, Kory Devon Johnson, 23, a “serial rapist” and “the most dangerous man” during a bond hearing. Johnson also confessed to a 2003 rape that police were able to tie him to through another DNA match. That rape involved a 73-year-old woman. Johnson was out on bond when a 21-year-old Russian woman was beaten and sexually assaulted near the Oceanfront. He then threw the woman to the ground and punched her in the face numerous times before sexually assaulting her. Police described the suspect as a black man in his early 20s. -- Vincent Von Holloway and the N.C. Central student he raped each asked
something of the other in court moments before Holloway received a 29-year prison
sentence. The woman, looking across the courtroom at the man who raped her, said
she would have turned over her cash and credit cards that day without a struggle.

Oklahoma City: Serial rape suspect Rayshun Carlile Mullins Moved To County
Jail A
serial rape suspect was moved to the Oklahoma County Jail and charged on five
separate counts Friday after intense questioning. Rayshun Carlile Mullins
was charged on five counts, including first-degree rape, oral sodomy, kidnapping
for purpose of extortion, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary. More

Anthony Guzman pleds innocent to rape and kidnapping  Anthony
Guzman entered not guilty pleas in a San Luis Obispo courtroom to six felony
charges that stem from the alleged rape and kidnapping of his ex-girlfriend. The
prosecution claims Guzman lured his ex-girlfriend to the Econo Lodge Motel with
the assistance of 26-year old Leonel Ramiro Alfaro. The alleged victim
said he had promised to return some of her personal belongings. However inside
the motel room, the woman claims Guzman raped her several times, holding her for
