Search intense for black gunman who shot White deputy in Orange County   Authorities sought an armed felon suspected of shooting an Orange County deputy sheriff a day earlier, while Sheriff Kevin Beary declared war on drug dealers in the Holden Heights area. The Sheriff's Office identified the man suspected of shooting Deputy First Class Adam Pierce on Monday evening as Jeffery Forbes, 22. On Monday, Pierce and Deputy Robert White briefly succeeded in stopping Forbes when they shocked him with a Taser stun gun. However Forbes pulled the prongs off his body and began shooting at the deputies with a handgun. Black one-eyed ex-con Katrina refugee? murdered White store clerk in Dallas, Texas area   Police have arrested a man from New Orleans in connection with the slaying of a 19-year-old convenience store clerk who was killed during a robbery early Monday morning in Lancaster. The teen was shot dead early Monday morning in what Lancaster police described as an apparent robbery and homicide. Police arrested Christopher Glenn Dominique, 21, while he was being treated at an area hospital. Dominique was involved in another incident after the 7-Eleven robbery that left him injured, police said. Chillingly, Anyanwu also heard voices urging him to kill. Anyanwu broke into the Islington council flat where Mrs Violetta Vella lived alone and stabbed her repeatedly in the neck. Ms Vella's body was found by her daughter, Josephine Byde. Late in September, deputies arrested two black 21-year-old residents -- a furniture mover named Brandon Parish and an unemployed electrician named Daniel "Tray" Albertie -- and charged them with attempted murder in connection with the Pearson assault. Black parents protested when deputies entered the high school to question students. On Sept. 23, after the Homecoming game at the high school, the brothers say they were driving out of the parking lot when nearly 20 black men approached Quintin's Camaro, leering and stomping. White Chesapeake Police Officer, Black Bank Robbery Suspect, Shot and Killed Saturday Morning  A Chesapeake police officer was shot and killed while investigating a suspected bank robbery Saturday morning. The alleged bank robbery suspect was also killed in the exchange of gunfire. A hostage was also shot and is listed in good condition. The officer, 45-year old Michael Kevin Saffran, has been with the Chesapeake Police Department since November, 2004. The armed suspect - identified as Larry Donnell Blount - fled the bank but was stopped when the car he was in crashed into a guard rail a short distance away. Blount pulled a female passenger from the vehicle and was using her as a hostage. The woman managed to break free and gunfire was exchanged between Blount and the officers. The suspect and officer Saffran sustained gunshot wounds. Blount died at the scene and Saffran later died as a result of his injuries. Nigerian migrant gynecologist with twin on trial for sexually abusing his patients - including at least one White woman   Seattle-area gynecologist will stand trial next week on charges that he raped former patients, sexually assaulted them with examination tools, and performed unnecessary surgeries to collect insurance money. "You've been wanting this for a long time and so have I," Dr. Charles Momah allegedly told one victim before he raped her on the examination table, according to court documents. Momah allegedly told one woman, a fertility patient, that he could treat her problem "in his own way," which included injecting her with an analgesic to relax her, then attempting to masturbate her with ungloved hands, squeezing her breasts, and asking her about favorite sexual positions and the size of her husband's penis.

Man Gets Death for Killing Three in Ala.   Ala. -- A judge sentenced a man to die Thursday for the murders of two officers and a dispatcher at a rural police station, slayings the victims' families blame partly on the killer's obsession with a violent video game. Devin Moore showed no emotion as the judge sentenced him to death by injection, but he apologized beforehand to his victims' relatives. I am so sorry. I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me," the 20-year-old said in a low voice. In June 2003, Moore murdered the entire night shift of the Fayette Police Department: officers Arnold Strickland, 55, and James Crump, 40, and dispatcher Leslie "Ace" Mealer, 38. Moore had been arrested on suspicion of car theft. Confessed Black Killer Ruled Incompetent To Stand Trial for Crazed Murder of Four    SEATTLE - "I just went cold," said Lorraine Marks. "It was kind of like when I went to my parents' house that day." 'That day' was March 9, 2001. Lorraine Marks' parents Dick and Jane Larson, her 17-year-old son Taelor, and Taelor's girlfriend Josie Peterson were shot, beaten, and stabbed to death in the Larson's Des Moines, Washington home. 23-year-old Leemah Carneh has confessed he killed them all. His alleged motive was a high school crush on Peterson, the 17-year-old girl he couldn't have. Dirty 43-year-old Negro sentenced for stabbing death of his young caucasian highschool "girlfriend" - less than half his age    As Norman Glasper was sentenced to 22 years to life in prison for killing his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, the victim's mother spoke of the betrayal that resulted in her daughter's stabbing death. "I want him to know how much hurt and pain he caused me and my family," Elaine Klaiber said as 43-year-old Glasper stood in shackles."You took my life away by taking her," Klaiber said of the loss she is coping with after her daughter, Melissa Baker, was stabbed more than 60 times in Glasper's apartment. | Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - facing only three years to 10 years COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder.   Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder. The boy was stabbed to death as he played in front of his grandmother's home in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood.
