black San Jose NAACP chapter head wants "white boy" to quit City Council
race  The
head of the local NAACP chapter is calling on San Jose City Council candidate
Dale Warner to withdraw from the race in District 4, citing his past affiliation
with a group devoted to fighting discrimination against European Americans. In
a letter to Warner this week, Rick Callender, president of the San Jose/Silicon
Valley branch of the NAACP, wrote that the immigration attorney's past involvement
with the European American Issues Forum
makes him ``ineligible to represent'' the diverse North San Jose district. ``He's
associating himself with white supremacy groups,'' Callender said Tuesday. -

Sexual Predator Verse Moved To Oakland  Cary
Verse, the convicted sexual predator whose release in Mill Valley created
a public outcry, has moved to Oakland, police officials announced Friday. A self-described
devout Jehovah's Witness, Verse is a four-time convicted sexual offender
with a history of sexual violence that dates to age 17. His most recent prison
stint stemmed from the 1992 sexual assault of a man at a homeless shelter

Information sought in serial rape case  $10,000
award for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man suspected
of raping up to seven women. Six of the seven cases, dating back to 1998, have
been linked by DNA evidence. The man is described as in his 30s, 5-feet-8 to 6-feet
tall and weighing between 180 to 200 pounds. No racial denoscription is given. |

Police: Teacher Jesus Rivera Sucked On Student's Toes  High
School Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault MERCED, Calif. -- A Central Valley high
school teacher has been arrested, accused of molesting students on school grounds.
Jesus Rivera, a drama and Spanish teacher at Golden Valley High School
in Merced, appeared in court Tuesday. He is charged with sexually assaulting four
students. Rivera pleaded not guilty. Rivera also faces misdemeanor charges on
suspicion of annoying or molesting children in incidents dating back to 2002.
All of the alleged victims were teenage boys
between the ages of 14 and 17 at time of the suspected incidents -

Pedophile Kidnapper Goes on Trial on charges of trying to buy a little boy.  OAKLAND,
Calif. -- A man who became infamous for kidnapping a 7-year-old boy 30 years ago
went on trial again Monday, this time on charges of trying to buy a little boy.
Kenneth Parnell is now 72, bald and in a wheelchair. But prosecutor Tim Wellman
said Parnell hasn't changed since the days when he abducted Steven
Stayner, changed the boy's name and kept him for seven years. Stevens
said Parnell asked for an English-speaking black boy, between ages 4 and
6. |

ZEBRA KILLINGSIn the early-to-mid 1970's hundreds of White men, women and children were murdered by black Muslims as an initiation to an organization called the "Death Angels." These were known as the "Zebra Killings" after the radio channel (Z) that the investigators working the case used. Once they became a Death Angel, black wings were affixed to their photograph and put on display along with the other members at highly secret meetings. In order to "earn their wings", prospects were required to kill either 9 White men, 5 White women or 4 White children. The purported reason for the difference in number of victims needed to become a member was that it was believed to require more fanaticism to murder women and kids. The real reason was that it was much easier to kill those who were weaker and less likely to fight back. |
