Black accused of raping and killing 5-year-old Shaniya Davis will stand trial The man accused of raping and killing 5-year-old Shaniya Davis will stand trial in February. A Cumberland County judge Friday denied a request by Mario Andrette McNeil's lawyers to delay the capital murder trial by 60 days The child's mother, Antoniette Nicole Davis, is accused of handing over the child to McNeil to settle a drug debt in November 2009. She also faces charges including murder. Davis fabricated the story after selling her daughter to McNeil, who assaulted the child in a Sanford hotel before killing her and dumping the body. The body was found six days later. McNeil, 32, faces multiple charges including child rape, kidnapping, child abuse and human trafficking. He faces the death penalty if convicted. - (Black rapes) |
Guntersville black jailed on rape charges in connection with abuse of 2 girls A Guntersville man is in jail this morning after being charged Friday with sexual abuse of two girls. Colton Eugene Hall, 22, was being held in Jail on $250,000 bond. He was charged by Guntersville Police with first-degree rape, sex abuse of a child under the age of 12, first-degree sodomy and second-degree sodomy. Hall was also charged with third-degree burglary He was arrested following an investigation after someone called police to report abuse of two girls, ages 11 and 15. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
Women testify against black in serial rape case Melbrough Williams Jr., 45, has pleaded not guilty to eight counts of rape, four counts of robbery, one count of kidnapping and other sex charges, Williams was arrested in July in connection with a report of a rape May 28 at the Quality Inn on Jefferson Avenue. He was initially charged with sexually assaulting three women last year in the Temecula area, as well as one 2002 sexual assault in which a woman was abducted in Orange County and raped in Lake Elsinore, prosecutors have said. - (Black rapes) |

Sentencing Delayed For Brutal Rape In Pompano Beach by Black A Broward judge put off sentencing for the convicted rapist, giving the defense more time to gather information to plead for mercy, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. Guy Cherubin, 35, was found guilty Thursday of sexual battery and attempted murder following a Sept. 13, 2008 attack near the Briny Pub. Black found guilty by Tampa jury of 2011 Ybor City rape A Tampa jury has found 30-year-old Charles Newbold guilty of rape. He was on trial for on trial for the rape of a woman who lived on a 1970's revamped bus she had made into her home in Ybor City. Black Man wanted for aggravated rape of 9-year-old New Orleans police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a girl Sunday. Willie Jackson, 57, is wanted for the aggravated rape of a 9-year-old girl on Jan. 6. NOPD spokesman Officer Frank Robertson said Jackson is currently homeless. NOPD task force happens upon black Houston rape suspect in Central City An NOPD task force patrolling Central City on New Year's Eve happened upon a man who turned out to be a suspected rapist on the run from Houston, 6th District Sgt. Gary Calico said. Officers decided to perform a field interview with Jovante Banks, Calico said. After running a criminal check on Banks, the officers learned he was wanted in Houston on an aggravated rape charge. Black sentenced to 99 years in abduction, rape of woman who was headed to airport A man who was convicted in late December of abducting and raping a woman who was headed to the airport was sentenced Tuesday. Vincent Smith, 25, who also refers to himself as Sherman Smith and Guardian of Sacred Forces Yohan Bic Flame, was sentenced to 99 years in prison on charges of rape, criminal deviate conduct, two counts of criminal confinement, attempted robbery and auto theft. Smith attacked his victim in September 2011 as she was loading things into her vehicle. Authorities said he drove her to three different ATMs to withdrawal money, before driving to a wooded area, where he forced her to engage in intercourse. A month prior to the sexual assault, Smith is accused of stabbing an 18-year-old woman multiple times before setting her west side house on fire. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |

Black Former Pittsburgh Resident Pleads Guilty In 1988 Rape Case A former Pittsburgh resident is now headed to prison after pleading guilty in connection with the alleged rape of a Shadyside woman 25 years ago. Police say a DNA match linked 56-year-old Stevey Kiser to the rape of a Shadyside woman in 1988. “It’s absolutely amazing. Black Charged With Rape and Robbery In Va. Police say a 24-year-old Woodbridge man has been charged with armed robbery and forcible rape after an incident at a Springfield area hotel. According to police, Joshua T. Franklin, of 14743 Alabama Avenue met up with two women at an Extended Stay Hotel, located at 6800 Metropolitan Center Drive, after arranging a meeting through an online service. Franklin showed a gun, and sexually assaulted both women before telling them to engage in sex acts. - (Black rapes) |
Black charged with rape and abuse A Tuscaloosa man arrested on Christmas day has been charged with rape and abuse. Tuscaloosa Police charged Fredrick Price, 43, with third-degree domestic violence against an 11-year-old boy on Dec. 25. Officers were called to a home in the 2100 block of T.Y. Rogers Avenue at 7:30 a.m. Christmas morning. Price was later charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy. The victim is a 15-year-old female. - (Black rapes) |

On Wednesday, Michael Chess of Irondequoit pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree rape, third-degree robbery, two counts of menacing, and petit larceny. News10NBC is told there are four new victims in this indictment all of whom where contacted on Backpage.com. The district Attorney’s Office has filed a motion for consolidation with the previous indictment (a total of seven victims) which will be heard by a judge February 27. Chess was previously accused of robbing two women he met online. He is also charged with raping and robbing three other women last year. Black facing 3 rape charges involving underage girls A Springfield man is facing rape charges after police said he raped three underage teenage girls. James Mitchell Jr., 18, of Springfield, appeared in Miami County Municipal Court Wednesday morning. He faces three counts of rape and an alcohol violation, according to reports. Three (black) teens arrested for alleged kidnap, rape of Pa. woman on Christmas UPPER DARBY, Pa. - Three men, Kewon Matthews (left), Kevin Jones (center), and Brehon Rawlings (right), are charged in a brutal armed assault of a woman on Christmas night in suburban Philadelphia. Police in Upper Darby say the 22-year-old victim was sitting in her Jeep Cherokee in a parking lot waiting for her boyfriend to come out of a nearby bar when three men, one of whom was armed, forced their way inside her car. According to the station, police say the suspects then forced the woman into her back seat and drove her around Philadelphia for five hours. Black arrested, charged in rape of 80-year-old woman Police arrested Moses Kelly, 26, on a felony arrest warrant Wednesday night in Redmond in connection with the rape of an 80-year-old woman. Thursday, King County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg charged Kelly with first-degree rape and first-degree burglary and requested Kelly’s bail to be set at $1 million. On Oct. 25, Kelly is believed to have forcibly entered the Kirkland home of an 80-year-old woman and forced her to have sex with him. He also assaulted her and threatened to kill her. After she was attacked, the victim called her husband, who then took her to a local hospital. Kirkland police were then able to trace DNA evidence gathered to Kelly. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
