Three (black) teens arrested for alleged kidnap, rape of Pa. woman on Christmas UPPER DARBY, Pa. - Three men, Kewon Matthews (left), Kevin Jones (center), and Brehon Rawlings (right), are charged in a brutal armed assault of a woman on Christmas night in suburban Philadelphia. Police in Upper Darby say the 22-year-old victim was sitting in her Jeep Cherokee in a parking lot waiting for her boyfriend to come out of a nearby bar when three men, one of whom was armed, forced their way inside her car. According to the station, police say the suspects then forced the woman into her back seat and drove her around Philadelphia for five hours. Black arrested, charged in rape of 80-year-old woman  Police arrested Moses Kelly, 26, on a felony arrest warrant Wednesday night in Redmond in connection with the rape of an 80-year-old woman. Thursday, King County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg charged Kelly with first-degree rape and first-degree burglary and requested Kelly’s bail to be set at $1 million. On Oct. 25, Kelly is believed to have forcibly entered the Kirkland home of an 80-year-old woman and forced her to have sex with him. He also assaulted her and threatened to kill her. After she was attacked, the victim called her husband, who then took her to a local hospital. Kirkland police were then able to trace DNA evidence gathered to Kelly. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |

Black arrested for murder of white woman (that he was living with but 'not dating')  Ohio -Bond was set Wednesday morning for a man who is accused of murdering a young mother in Northside. Carlos Richardson, 44, was arrested and charged Tuesday with the murder of Candace DeMoss, 20. DeMoss had been living with Richardson for the past few weeks leading up to her death, but they weren't dating. DeMoss had been staying with Richardson but their relationship was not clear. Black gunned down White mother of girl that allegedly bought drugs from him  The Sheriff's Office received a 911 call about Corey Deandre Allen threatening a woman with a handgun. The caller, the victim's 25-year-old daughter, said a male acquaintance called her and said he was at her home threatening her mother. Deputies arrived a few minutes later at the home, along with the daughter. They made entry into the home and saw Linda Pirelli-Brown had been shot multiple times. She was rushed to the hospital, but did not survive. We've heard that the man was threatening Pirelli-Brown because her daughter owed him a drug debt, although that has not yet been confirmed by PCSO. Immigrant African Brooklyn rape suspect nabbed by cops Career criminal Laye Kaba, 31, of East New York is charged with rape, burglary, stalking, sex abuse, strangulation, unlawful imprisonment and menacing. The brute allegedly followed the 23-year-old victim into her apartment around 5:45 a.m. on Nov. 17. He then allegedly choked the woman and raped her. He was busted after he walked into a homeless shelter where he used to live. A native of Guinea, Kaba has more than 20 prior arrests, including busts for robbery, assault, grand larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |

Plea Deal Falls Through In Case of Black kidnapping and raping Trick-or-Treaters A plea deal for a Connecticut man accused of a series of rapes along the East Coast fell through Tuesday after the defendant told a judge he wasn’t sure he knew what he was doing. A plea hearing had been scheduled in Prince William County for Aaron Thomas, who is charged with abducting three teenage trick-or-treaters in 2009 in Virginia and raping two of them. Black Rape suspect ran naked from apartment Police said a Louisville woman was attacked in her home after a man forced open her apartment front door. Police said Darrie Rushin threw the victim on a bed and hit her in the head with a closed fist. Police said Rushin choked the victim, ripped her clothing and sexually assaulted her. The victim screamed and tried to escape, but Rushin wouldn’t let her leave. A witness heard the screaming and started beating on the apartment door. Rushin then let the victim go and she ran from the apartment. Rushin ran from the apartment, partially naked, through alleys and yards. - (Black rapes) |

(Black) Defendant denies charges in rape, human trafficking trial A jury began deliberating the case of a Wichita man who is charged with raping two Kansas City, Kan., girls after their mother checked them into an east Wichita hotel so the man could have sex with them. The defendant, James Lamont Brown, 49, denied the charges when he took the stand Thursday in his own defense. - (Black rapes) |
Two (Black) Teens Arrested for Robbing, Raping Woman in NW Charlotte Two teens are in jail Friday morning, charged with breaking into a woman’s home, raping her, and then forcing her to withdraw money from an ATM. The attackers then stole the woman’s car, police say. The victim’s 2-year-old child was in the house but not harmed, according to authorities. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say Demario Coxton and Davis Boyd face numerous charges in connection with the alleged attack. - (Black rapes) |
Black arrested for dormitory rape of Missouri co-ed in 1999 Marvin Leslie Jones has been arrested on suspicion of felony forcible rape, felony burglary and two counts of felony forcible sodomy. The crime was reported to police on Oct. 16, 1999. It happened between 5 and 5:30 a.m. when the attacker entered an unlocked dormitory room in Gillett Hall on the Missouri U campus. Shreveport Black arrested in alleged kidnapping, beating and sexual assault Carl L Scott of the 1400 block of Missouri Street was suspected in the alleged assault. Based on evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, Scott was arrested and charged with one count each of aggravated rape and second degree kidnapping. Kansas City black sentenced to 137 years for assault, rape  A Kansas City man was sentenced to 137 years in prison Thursday for a rape in which he was identified, in part, by his shoeprint on the victim’s face. Stephen J. Lockhart, 22, was found guilty after a weeklong trial in the April 30, 2011, attack on a 19-year-old woman he grabbed from her apartment steps in the 3700 block of North Walrond Avenue. South Philadelphia black gets 20 to 40 years for raping girlfriend's disabled daughter A judge sentenced a South Philadelphia man to 20 to 40 years in prison Friday for raping his girlfriend's daughter, a 16-year-old who has severe cerebral palsy. Charles Finch, 44, was found guilty in May, after a two-week trial during which his victim testified. The girl, who has had cerebral palsy since birth, uses a wheelchair and has difficulty communicating, but told her mother of the rape and made numerous court appearances in the case, testifying for hours with help from an interpreter. - (Black rapes) |
DNA locks (black) man's guilt in rape cases 16 years ago The rapist in a pair of 16-year-old rape cases in Tippecanoe County will serve an extra 80 years in prison. 43-year-old Robert Day pleaded guilty to rape last month in two cases dating back to June and July of 1996. Prosecutor Pat Harrington says in both cases, the victim was raped after waking up in the early morning hours to find Day in her bedroom. Last year DNA taken at the time of the rapes was traced back to Day. The new 80-year sentence will be in addition to the 80-year sentence he is currently serving for a 2006 rape conviction in Marion County. - (Black rapes) |
