Black Hickory High boys basketball coach faces four life sentences on rape charges Hickory High boys basketball coach Shawn Johnson is facing a maximum penalty of life in prison on each of his four charges of statutory rape. On his charge of sex offence by a teacher, he’s facing a maximum of three years and 11 months in prison. Johnson was arrested Tuesday on charges that he’d had intercourse with a 14-year-old girl while she was a student at Hickory High School – Johnson was 33 years old at the time. He allegedly continued the illicit relationship with her from 2007 through 2009. - (Black rapes) |
Black Basketballer Found Guilty Of Sexual Battery, Rape A jury convicted a suspended OSU basketball player on sex crimes. Late Monday night, the jury found Darrell Williams guilty of sexual battery and rape by instrumentation. Black Trenton rape suspect identified through DNA, surveillance video An 18-year-old Trenton man who was allegedly captured on a surveillance camera raping a woman in May appeared in court today after he was identified through DNA evidence. Dante Picott appeared in court via video for the first time this morning for a bail review hearing. Elderly White Woman Murdered In Her Home By Bloody Naked Negro An elderly Fair Oaks woman murdered in her own home Sunday evening has been identified as 79-year-old Carole Jane Sturgis. The suspect in her death, 32-year-old Moses Trotter, was naked and bloody when he was taken into custody outside Sturgis’ home Sunday evening. When deputies arrived, Trotter, who was naked and covered in blood, ran out of the home and was quickly detained after a brief struggle. Inside the home they found Sturgis dead. Naked negro crashes pickup truck into Dallas mall Police say a naked man crashed a pickup truck into a Dallas mall, then drove over a few kiosks before stopping to try on clothes. Officers say the man was apparently covered only in a blanket when he drove his truck through the glass entrance doors, then crashed through several kiosks before driving into a Champs Sporting Goods store. Once inside the store, police say he left his blanket in the truck and started putting on clothes and a pair of Air Jordan shoes. A police statement identifies the man as 35-year-old Arthur Walker of Dallas. - (Newsroom) |

Second black footballer charged in alleged rape A second Old Dominion University football player, Markell Wilkins, was arrested Thursday and charged with involvement in an alleged rape. According to court documents, Wilkins, a starting cornerback, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit rape stemming from a pair of alleged sexual assaults on June 17. Two other ODU students, starting wide receiver Reid Evans and Jack Ly, were arrested on June 25 and charged with rape and related charges. Modesto rapper's bail disputed in rape case  A local rapper whose lyrics include references to pimping appeared in Stanislaus Superior Court on Friday morning on charges of rape and false imprisonment. DNA that freed one man in 1985 St. Louis rapes convicts another (black)  DNA evidence that proved the innocence of a man imprisoned for 17 years in two rapes in 1985 led to the conviction of Johnnie Moore, who had a record of other sex crimes. A jury deliberated for only one hour — including time for lunch — before finding Moore, 55, guilty of two counts each of forcible rape and sodomy for separate attacks on girls 14 and 16. He could face prison terms of up to life without parole.
