Second black footballer charged in alleged rape A second Old Dominion University football player, Markell Wilkins, was arrested Thursday and charged with involvement in an alleged rape. According to court documents, Wilkins, a starting cornerback, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit rape stemming from a pair of alleged sexual assaults on June 17. Two other ODU students, starting wide receiver Reid Evans and Jack Ly, were arrested on June 25 and charged with rape and related charges. Modesto rapper's bail disputed in rape case  A local rapper whose lyrics include references to pimping appeared in Stanislaus Superior Court on Friday morning on charges of rape and false imprisonment. DNA that freed one man in 1985 St. Louis rapes convicts another (black)  DNA evidence that proved the innocence of a man imprisoned for 17 years in two rapes in 1985 led to the conviction of Johnnie Moore, who had a record of other sex crimes. A jury deliberated for only one hour — including time for lunch — before finding Moore, 55, guilty of two counts each of forcible rape and sodomy for separate attacks on girls 14 and 16. He could face prison terms of up to life without parole. Philadelphia Police Use DNA Evidence To Link Black To Rape Of 15-Year-Old Girl Philadelphia Police announced on Tuesday that DNA evidence linked a suspect to two sexual assaults in North Philadelphia, including the brutal rape of a 15-year-old girl in March. Police say 41-year-old Joseph Woods had a pattern — he would follow women on the Broad Street Line and when they got off the train, he would grab them and brutally rape them. Black rape suspect Jermal arrested after chase Police in Newburgh received a report of a sexual assault that had occurred shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday. The investigation revealed that the sexual assault occurred inside the vehicle. A Newburgh police officer located the vehicle and observed a male subject entering the vehicle. The officer approached the driver and identified him by his driver’s license as Jermal Lincoln, 22, of the Bronx. Lincoln then fled in his vehicle at a high rate of speed as officer’s attempted to stop him. - (Black rapes) |
Black Delray Beach sex offender, arrested Tuesday on rape charge  A Delray Beach man who was released from prison less than two months ago was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly raped a woman early Tuesday morning at Pompey Park. Robert Sims Jr., 57, is accused of grabbing a 48-year-old woman off of her bicycle and raping her in the dugout of a baseball field. Sims is a registered sex offender who was convicted of sexual battery in April of 2004. He was released from the Florida Department of Corrections on May 7. - (Black rapes) |
Negro high on bath salts screamed about eating faces  Gwinnett police say a man they were trying to arrest had super-human strength and admitted being high on bath salts. Police were called to a driving range after receiving a call about a hysterical man. Workers said Karl Laventure got a hold of a club and was running all around the range. Police video of the arrest shows several officers holding the man on the ground as he threatened to eat them. Laventure was running all around the range, through a nearby pond, half naked, out of his mind. "We had to Tase him approximately five more times on scene to get him down. It took several officers to hold him down to get him cuffed," Hancock said. "I'm'a eat you. Four Four. Oh God. Don't make me eat you," Laventure screamed - (Newsroom) |
Woman raped, assaulted with pliers, teeth knocked out (by black) OKLAHOMA CITY — Police have arrested a man accused of rape, assaulting a woman’s tongue with pliers and knocking out her teeth in the process. Police said 21-year-old Patrick McKinley Garnette has also been charged with domestic assault, rape by instrumentation, maiming, forcible oral sodomy, assault with a dangerous weapon and kidnapping. “The victim advised that suspect had come to her house the previous night and has asked her where her money was. Akron black found guilty of raping teen AKRON, Ohio -- A jury found a 26-year-old Akron man guilty of abducting a teenage girl and raping her. James Winchester was found guilty of rape and kidnapping. Prosecutors said early July 17, Winchester and another man drove up to girl as she walked to her grandmother's house and offered her a ride. The girl refused to get into the SUV and continued walking. Winchester stopped the vehicle, got out and grabbed the girl's wrist and shoved her inside. He dropped off the other man, then took the victim to a nearby abandoned house, where he raped her, prosecutors said. Woman Sexually Assaulted By Black Serial Rape Suspect And 2nd Black Attacker Police are still searching for the 20-year-old man who is suspected of sexual abuse, rape and robbery in Queens' 112 Precinct - he was involved in a fourth sexual assault, this time with a partner. Police say that Ibrahima Ragis and a unidentified partner (who you can see in the sketch) attacked a 20-year-old woman. The unidentified suspect sexually assaulted the woman from behind; the woman, who had been walking with a shopping cart, hit him with it. Black sentenced to death for murder of White police officer  A judge sentenced Earl Ellis Green to death Monday June 25 for the 2010 slaying of Riverside Police officer Ryan Bonaminio. Prosecutor Michael Hestrin said, “The evidence showed Earl Green to be a cold-blooded killer. He showed no remorse no hint of compassion or recognition of Ryan's humanity. As Ryan held up his hands pleading for his life, He did as he had always done – he chose violence and brutality. Evans has been charged in connection with a pair of sexual assaults that ODU police said took place June 17 in one of the school's residence halls. Grinning Black Child Killer Sentenced to Death for Rape, Murder An ex-con was sentenced to death for the 2003 rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl, whose bound and burned body was discovered in an alley. A jury convicted Latece Megale Brown of 17 felony counts, including the first-degree murder of Jacquies Williams and the kidnapping, rape and sodomy of five other victims, who ranged in age from 14 to 25 years old. Superior Court Judge Bob S. Bowers described the Williams killing as “cold and vicious,” noting that Brown, who weighed 450 pounds at the time of the killing, asphyxiated the victim by sitting on her. Black accused of sexually assaulting a blind woman The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office has arrested Gilberto Perez, 32, for Sexual Battery against a Physically Helpless Victim. A 22-year-old woman told detectives that she had gone to bed Wednesday night while her roommate and his friends, including Perez, continued drinking and socializing. She said she was awakened early the next morning as Perez was assaulting her. The victim, who is blind, went to her roommate’s room and told him what happened. Probation in Assault Case for Negro Who Killed at 11  A Michigan man who murdered at age 11 and has been in confinement for half his life avoided more time inside Tuesday when a judge ordered him to serve probation in an attack on a prison guard. Nathaniel Abraham, 26, who already is serving a four-to-20-year sentence for drug possession, could be released as early as August. Abraham pleaded guilty May 1 to assault of a prison employee, a charge that could have earned him years more in prison. Black admits he killed White woman acquaintance, burned her body in car   Investigators say a man confessed to murdering a woman Thursday in her home, then burning her body in her car to hide the evidence. The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office charged Jermaine Wilkes, 32, with murder, burning personal property and destroying remains to conceal an unintended death. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Brianne Mary Ginty. Detroit black, 18, ordered to trial in 2 rape cases Two women testified in a Detroit courtroom Tuesday that an 18-year-old man approached them as they walked alone on city streets this month, forced them at gunpoint to desolate areas and raped them. After hearing their testimony, a judge decided there was enough evidence for Job Hughley to stand trial on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carry a maximum penalty of life in prison. Hughley also is charged in an April 12 attack on a 37-year-old woman who was pushing her 6-month-old daughter in a stroller on the city's northwest side. Black nurse charged with capital murder for allegedly shooting White mother, kidnapping baby    HOUSTON— Capital murder charges have been filed against a woman investigators say fatally shot a mother outside a Woodlands-area pediatric center so she could kidnap the victim’s baby. The suspect, 30-year-old Verna McClain, was in custody Wednesday morning. Montgomery County deputies say McClain—a licensed vocational nurse with three kids of her own—got out of an ice-blue, four-door Lexus around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Northwoods Pediatric Center and shot the victim,
Kayla Marie Golden, about seven times in the parking lot. Despite her wounds, deputies said Golden tried to get the baby away from McClain. The suspect hit the dying mother with her car as she reached into the Lexus screaming, "My baby!" according to Lt. Dan Norris with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Two White (homeless) heroes stop (homeless) black from raping 15-year-old girl   Zach Somerset, 21, and Shawn Thompson, 19, were on their way to get something to eat last Friday night when police say they saved a 15-year-old friend from being raped. Walking behind them were a 15-year-old girl they knew and a man they had recently met at a homeless ministry. Then they heard a horrific scream. "It's one of the most traumatizing screams I've ever heard in my life; it made my blood chill," said Shawn Thompson. Realizing their female friend was in trouble, they ran back the way they'd come, yelling in the dark for the girl to let them know where she was. "I kept hollering, you know, 'Keep screaming so I can locate you, keep screaming, keep screaming'," said Zach Somerset. They followed the screams to some bushes in front of a nearby town home complex where they found the other man trying to rape their 15-year-old friend. After breaking up the attack, Shawn moved the girl to safety and Zach chased 27-year-old Maurice Jackson a couple of blocks, tackling and holding him until Smyrna Police could arrive. - (Black rapes) |
Cold case arrest: black N.J. man accused of 1976 rape, murder of White Westfield woman  For decades, Westfield police were baffled by the death of Lena Triano, a quiet secretary who lived alone in the Ripley Place home where she was killed in 1976. The 57-year-old Triano looked after the neighborhood kids, loaned money to a close friend, and liked to speak Italian, said the friend, Maria Sclama, now 74. Police wondered, would have wanted to kill Triano, let alone rape, strangle and stab her to death? Investigators believe Triano’s killer lived a few hundred feet away, on Stirling Place, and was just 15 at the time. They say he hog-tied her, raped, strangled, beat and stabbed her again and again, puncturing her lungs more than once. The suspect is Carlton R. Franklin, an oil truck driver who spent nearly two decades in prison for kidnapping and robbery. Frail spinster Maria Morrison, 75, was stabbed repeatedly by 23-year old musclemen David Walters because he wanted to 'do some damage to someone' after 'losing face' over a tiff on Facebook. She was waiting for a bus when Walters encountered her by pure chance and repeatedly plunged a 10in kitchen knife into her body screaming 'Die, Die! I'll Kill You.' Macon County man says he was beat by a pack of 15-20 blacks because he's white. Tony Moore says he was attacked by a group of black men outside an Applebee’s restaurant Friday night. He says they called him racial slurs, and hit him repeatedly in the head and face, and stunned him with a stun gun. Seneca police are looking into any provocation that might have started the altercation. Black 'youth' Shawn Tyson, 17, gets life for killing 2 White British men on vacation   A Florida teenager received a life sentence after a jury convicted him of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of two young British tourists last April, a case that generated blaring tabloid headlines in the U.K. press. Shawn Tyson, 17, sat stone-faced as the jury's verdict was read and as two friends of the victims spoke angrily about the crime. When Judge Rick De Furia asked Tyson if he wanted to say anything before being sentenced, Tyson mumbled, "No." The verdict came after two hours of deliberations and the sentencing about an hour after the verdict. Because he is under 18, Tyson is ineligible for the death penalty and is facing a mandatory life sentence. During the trial, witnesses testified that Tyson shot James Kouzaris, 24, and James Cooper, 25 last April 16. The two men were vacationing in Sarasota and spent an evening drinking when they got lost and walked into a housing project where Tyson lived. Trent Deundra Crump, Dontae Harvey and Mason Perry Jones are accused in Saturday's shooting death of John Sanderson, of Madison. Deputies: White Kidnapping Victim Found; Black Suspect On Run  Deputies are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who they say kidnapped a 28-year-old woman. The woman, Kathryn Bolton, was found at the home of the suspect, 35-year-old Ryan Brown. Bolton was taken to a hospital to be evaluated. Deputies said that Bolton called 911saying that someone was breaking into her house just after midnight on Monday. While deputies were on the way to the home an alarm was set off at the home. Dispatchers lost phone contact with Bolton, and when they reached the home, the found a rear window in the home broken and Bolton was gone. Deputies said their investigation led them to name Brown as the suspect in the apparent kidnapping. A be-on-the-alert has been issued for Brown. He is believed to be driving an off-white 2007 Ford truck, with dog box in the back of the truck and the NC license tag number XK8976. Black gang associate pleads in case of murder of White retired school principal  Treven Lewis entered a not guilty plea for the death of a man who was trying to break up an underage drinking party. 65-year-old Frank Motta was acting at the request of the homeowner who was out of town when her son's party spiraled out of control. Detectives say Lewis is a gang associate and had admitted hitting Motta in the jaw back on March 10. Brandon Timmons, 22, has been arrested for the killing of Valerie Angeline, 31. Police say Angeline was found inside her home on Saturday suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and stab wounds to the neck and chest. Black 'flash mob' of 20-some feral negroids attack White bicyclists in Minneapolis  A black is facing assault, riot and drug possession charges after officers watched him spark a mob melee that left a bicyclist with a broken jaw from a bus stop assault and swelled into a small riot on a restaurant patio. Antonio Dewayne Jones, 20, has been charged with felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, gross misdemeanor riot in the third degree, and misdemeanor assault in the fifth degree. Minneapolis police were on patrol due to many recent "flash mobs" of individuals who were assaulting and robbing unsuspecting passerby. While officers were watching they saw three men on bicycles approaching the stop. As the trio of bicyclists neared, several of the men inside the bus stop surged toward the riders, striking a 23-year-old in the jaw and throwing him from his bicycle. Black man charged with his pregnant white wife's death  Wayne County Sheriff John Carter said that they're investigating the murder of a pregnant woman. On Sunday, deputies found 33-year-old Bonita King fatally shot inside her home. King texted her brother to come get her. When she didn't answer her phone, he called 911. Deputies responded to the mobile home and saw a man fleeing. After searching the nearby woods, they found her husband, Jeremy King, and charged him with murder. Brutal home invasion by black who raped and murdered 85-year-old White woman  An 85-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and battered to death by a home invader who also shot her 90-year-old husband in the face with a BB gun. Nancy and Bob Strait, who had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in December, were discovered by their daughter at their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Both the pensioners were rushed to hospital where Mrs Strait, who was nearly blind, died from her injuries. Mr Strait, who served in the 101st Airborne Division in World War II, suffered a broken jaw, broken ribs and severe bleeding. He is in a serious condition in hospital. Police have arrested 20-year-old Tyrone Dale David Woodfork in connection with the case.
