Police: (black) drunk driver kills popular (White) chef in homicidal slaughter hit and run  St. Petersburg, Florida -- A man fleeing police early Saturday hit two men crossing the street -- killing a popular chef walking home -- and was later found at a bar. At dawn, friends of Aaron Jerome Davis who worked at The Kitchen St. Pete made a memorial at the crash scene. About 2 a.m., Jason Mitchell was driving at a high rate of speed. The police DUI squad saw him and attempted to stop the vehicle as it slowed. Mitchell accelerated at a very high rate, clearly indicating that he was not going to stop.
Jason Mitchell continued accelerating southbound, running the red light. Two pedestrians, Aaron Jerome Davis and Brian Lee LaFrance, were crossing 2nd Street. The pedestrians had the green light and the crossing signal on the pedestrian control. Witnesses were stopped in the southbound curb lane, just north of the crosswalk. The Dodge passed the witnesses, running the red light and striking the two pedestrians. LaFrance was sideswiped and spun onto the pavement. Davis was projected onto the hood and windshield, before vaulting over the roof. Davis, a chef at The Kitchen St. Pete, came to rest on the west sidewalk of 2nd Street. Jason Mitchell drove off the southwest corner of the intersection, striking two concrete light pillars, ripping the right front wheel off of the vehicle. Jason Mitchell continued scraping along, coming to final rest. Mitchell and his passenger exited the vehicle and fled. With the assistance of club staff, the two subjects were apprehended at Push Ultra Lounge. LaFrance was transported to Bayfront Health St Petersburg in critical condition and has since been stabilized. He was released from the hospital on Sunday. Davis was pronounced deceased at the scene. Mitchell has been charged with vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, aggravated fleeing and eluding, leaving the scene of a crash involving death, and DUI serious bodily injury. While in custody in the Breath Testing Center of police headquarters, Mitchell attempted to escape and was quickly apprehended. Mitchell has bee arrested before for grand theft auto, fleeing police, giving a false name to law enforcement, and possession of marijuana, cocaine, crack. According to a Facebook post, Davis was on headed home from his job as a chef at The Kitchen St. Pete. The post was by 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House, where his wife, Anastasia Granucci Davis, is executive chef. Her employer posted a link to announcing that C1 Bank branches are accepting donations for a fund dedicated to Anastasia, who is due to deliver the couple's second child this week. - (Black-on-white) |

Black gangster car thief driver charged in fatal head-on crash with stolen vehicle in which he murdered a White man  LAKELAND -- The family of a Lakeland man killed in a fatal car crash Friday is reacting to charges being filed in the crash. Police have arrested 20-year-old Antonio Jones on a vehicular homicide charge along with burglary, grand theft and fleeing to elude. Officers said Jones was driving a stolen SUV when it crashed head on into Matthew Smith's vehicle on North Galloway Road Friday evening. Smith died at the scene. Smith was on his way home to his family at the time of the crash. He had left a voice mail message for his fiancée Emily Herndon before the crash. She is pleased with news of the charges against Jones. "I am just filled with anger. I just hope that he is punished for what he did," said Herndon. There were five passengers in the stolen vehicle. They included two adults and three juveniles. LPD said Jones and four of the passengers were documented gang members. "I hope all of them regret this for the rest of their lives because they tore about a big family," said Herndon. "We have to deal with this day by day and have to live with this the rest of our lives." Family friend Brandy Speights was also hoping that the passengers in the stolen vehicle would also face charges. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Judge slams (White) victims for tot's 'black men' fear - only gives his black thug brothers probation for home invasion   Jordan and Tommy Gray's 3-year-old daughter was watching "SpongeBob" when two armed men broke into their home near Buechel on March 21, 2013, and robbed them at gunpoint. Two years later, when one of the offenders was about to be sentenced, Jordan wrote in a victim impact statement that her daughter was still "in constant fear of black men." Both robbers were African-American. "Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave," the mother said. "It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends." Tommy Gray also wrote that since the crime, his daughter had been terrified of black males and that probation was not sufficient punishment for Gregory Wallace, 27, who had pleaded guilty to robbery. "If holding a little girl at gunpoint gets you probation, then our system is flawed," Gray said.
But when Wallace was brought up for sentencing Feb. 4 in Jefferson Circuit Court, it was the parents, not Wallace, who suffered Judge Olu Stevens' wrath.
Wallace and his accomplice, Marquis McAfee, both 27, were arrested about three weeks after the robbery. Both pleaded guilty and McAfee, who was on probation for a prior crime, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which he is serving. (more...) - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) 25-year-old guilty of killing (White) UT student  Tampa, FL -- A 25-year-old man was found guilty on Friday of killing a University of Tampa student in 2009. The jury deliberated more than three hours on Friday before returning the verdict against David Williams. He also was found guilty of robbery and attempted robbery. Shortly after hearing the verdict, Williams also received his sentence: life in prison without the possibility of parole. Williams was accused of murdering University of Tampa student Ryan McCall in August 2009 as McCall and a friend walked back to campus after a birthday party at a nearby bar. Both sides admitted there was little physical evidence presented, and Williams did not take the stand in his own defense. However, his own words in a taped confession were likely the key factor as jurors reached a verdict. - (Black-on-white) |
Police make second arrest in deadly (black-on-White) Kroger shooting   ATLANTA - Atlanta police say a second suspect, 25-year-old Shontavious Chestnut, was arrested in Pensacola, Florida in connection to the murder of Josh Richey. Richey, a construction worker and father of four, was murdered on March 10th in the parking lot of a Kroger in Atlanta. 29-year-old Damarius Thompson was arrested in March of 2015. Investigators say Richey saw someone trying to break into his vehicle and approached Thompson and Chestnut. Richey was shot and later died from his injuries. Police say a tip from the public helped to identify the BMW seen in surveillance video speeding away from the Kroger moments after the shooting. Once investigators identified the car, they were able to identify Thompson as one of the suspects. Police say Thompson has an extensive criminal history. He had just been released from the Carroll County Jail three days before allegedly shooting Richey. - (Black-on-white) |

Mistrial declared for black previously convicted of murdering a (White) woman found in basement  PITTSBURGH —A judge has declared a mistrial after jurors were unable to reach a verdict in the trial of a man charged with having killed a woman found dead in the basement of a vacant Pittsburgh house more than a decade ago. Forty-two-year-old Michael Molina is charged in the murder of 21-year-old Melissa Snodgrass, who was last seen in September 2003. Her mummified remains were found in March 2004. Molina was convicted of third-degree murder and sentenced to 20 to 40 years but won a new trial based on a prosecutor's remarks. Jurors in his retrial said Wednesday that they had been unable to reach unanimous agreement. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Ex-con Gastonia man charged with murder for shooting a (White) man that he knew  Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have charged a Gastonia man with murder following a shooting Tuesday, authorities said Thursday. David Benjamin McCullough, 63, was served with the murder warrant Thursday morning. At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to the 4400 block of Ridgevalley Drive, where they found Brian Anthony Kappauf, 43, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Kappauf was taken to Carolinas Medical Center, and on Wednesday was pronounced dead. Police had arrested McCullough at the scene of the shooting, where he was taken into custody without incident. The two men knew each other and been involved in a dispute before the shooting, according to police. Authorities did not say what the dispute was about. McCullough originally was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and firearm by a felon. - (Black-on-white) |

(White) Woman Claims She Was Brutally Assaulted After Telling (Black) Teens To Be Quiet At Local Movie Theater  STROUDSBURG, Pa. – We’ve all probably been there. Sometimes when you’re watching a movie, the people sitting around you can get a little too loud. Cindy Santamaria Williams says she took a stand against it and wound up being assaulted. Santamaria Williams says she told a few girls to pipe down inside a movie theater at the Stroud Mall in Stroud Township and it led to a confrontation that left her with a black eye, a broken eye socket and bruises. First, she says the girls started harassing her. Then, after she notified management, she says they joined up with five more teens including two boys and waited for her outside in the parking lot. Cameras catch (cowardly criminal black) thief stealing (White female) Publix shopper's wallet ORLANDO, Fla. - Investigators said a thief is on the loose after surveillance cameras captured him taking a woman's wallet from her purse as it sat in the grocery cart unattended while she shopped. The incident happened at a Publix grocery store. Annie Schweiger told police she got to the front of the store to pay for her groceries when she realized somebody took my wallet. Schweiger watched the surveillance footage at the grocery store. She said you could see the older black man slide up next to her cart, where she kept her purse. Schweiger said when she bent down to pick up some yogurt, the man grabbed her wallet and walked away. She turned the video over to the Orlando Police Department, where detectives learned about what the off-duty officer had told her. - (Black-on-white) |
(Black) Serial killer threatens prison guards, mentions murders from 1980s   Four-time confessed murderer, Craig Price, threatened prison guards in Florida and made mention of his gruesome crimes of the late 1980's. "I'm going to kill every officer I can get my hands on, just like I killed those little kids,” said Price, according to a disciplinary report. Now 41-years-old, Price has been behind bars for 26 years. In 1989, he was only 15, but bulky and 280 pounds when he confessed to four murders in his Warwick neighborhood. Joan Heaton and her two daughters, 10 year old Jennifer and eight year old Melissa were savagely killed with kitchen knives in their Buttonwood home. Jennifer was stabbed 62 times. Police found the murder weapons in a shed behind Price's home. He was less than remorseful, later admitting to the unsolved murder of neighbor Rebecca Spencer two years earlier, when Price was only 13. Price was not tried as an adult because he was so young when the crimes were committed. State law has since been changed. He was free to be released on his 21st birthday, but instead was sentenced for contempt after refusing to undergo psychiatric testing. His time behind bars hasn't gone smoothly. Outrage erupted when video surfaced of him, at the time, in the state training school, rapping about killing a cop. He was shipped to Florida in 2004, like other high profile inmates, and he's violated his probation a number of times. In 2009, Price stabbed a prison guard with a homemade weapon. Rhode Island prosecutors have closely watched Price from afar. Each time he gets into trouble, he violates probation and extra time could be tacked onto to his overall sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

Police say selfie helped link man to shooting of (White) Ross Twp. store clerk - shot in back  ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities revealed in court Wednesday that a selfie helped them link an accused gunman to the shooting of a store clerk during an attempted robbery in December at a Ross Township store. The prosecutor showed a bathroom selfie of the suspect, George Wilson, allegedly wearing the exact jacket he had on the night he tried to rob The Exchange store and shot 23-year-old Michael Allen. Allen also testified for the first time Wednesday. "I was unable to open the register, so he shot me in my right shoulder,” he said. “The bullet is within 8 mm of my spine, too close to operate.” - (Black-on-white) |

Police Match DNA, Charge (Black) Man In Brutal Rape & Assault Of (White) 81-Year-Old Woman   COLUMBUS, Ohio - An 81-year-old woman was beaten, raped and terrorized for hours. Now, Columbus police have charged a suspect. The elderly victim said. "He beat me up, stomped on me, sat on me, kicked me," said the victim. The woman and police ask her identity to be concealed for her safety. Police say they now have DNA evidence that links Shawn Malone Jr to the crimes. They did not have to go far for an arrest. Malone was in the Franklin County jail on a burglary charge. Detectives say he's the suspect in a string of burglaries in addition to the abuse of the elderly woman. "He picked me up by my heels and was beating me on the floor to wake me up again, because I was unconscious at least two times that I know," she said. The woman said the suspect broken into a basement window, then crept upstairs to the room where he attacked her with a knife. She says he left her with serious injuries including deep cuts, broken ribs, a broken tailbone and multiple deep bruises. Columbus police confirmed she was abused and raped for hours January of 2014. The case remained open until they were able to match physical evidence with Malone. Monday afternoon they presented her with a photo line-up that included Malone's mug shot. The victim says after revisiting her memories of that night, she's given thought to what she wishes was Malone's punishment. "I'd like to do to him, what he did to me," she said. - (Black-on-white) |
U.S. Supreme Court denies Texas death row appeal to black that raped and murdered a 93-year-old White woman  An East Texas man on death row for the slaying of a 93-year-old woman a decade ago at her home in Tyler has lost an appeal at the U.S. Supreme Court. The justices refused to review the case of 31-year-old Clifton Lamar Williams. Williams was condemned for the July 2005 beating, strangling and stabbing of Cecelia Schneider. Her body was set on fire and her car and purse containing $40 were stolen. DNA and fingerprint evidence linked the Tyler man to her slaying. Black man arrested in (White) Vancouver teen's murder  VANCOUVER, WA - Vancouver police say they've arrested a man in connection with a 19-year-old's murder. Gregory Wright, 34, was already in jail serving time for another crime when police linked him to Daytona Hudgins' 2014 murder. Wright made his first appearance in court on Friday. Police say he has a long, violent criminal history. Man Charged With Murdering Woman, Burying Her in Shallow Grave   A man was arrested and charged with the murder of a woman who was found dead in a shallow grave in a yard in Philadelphia's Frankford section last month. Jeffrey Bowen, 30, is accused of killing 39-year-old Kelly Hepft and then burying her body. On March 24 at 11:36 a.m., 15th district police officers were flagged down by a man who reported a possible body in a rear yard on 4700 Frankford Avenue. When the officers went to the yard they found a human foot buried in soil. The Philadelphia Crime Scene Unit responded and recovered Hepft's body, which investigators say was wrapped in plastic bags. A man, who was standing near the grave when officers arrived, took off running when police questioned him. Police used a taser to subdue the man, according to witnesses and the man was taken into custody but not charged at that time.
Neighbors said the man was Hepft's boyfriend. Police have not yet confirmed however whether Bowen was the same man who was arrested immediately after Hepft's body was discovered. - (Black-on-white) |

Victims’ families thankful balck arrested for Petersburg motel murders of White woman and White man   PETERSBURG, Va. — Police have made an arrest in a deadly double shooting at a Tri-Cities motel late Friday night. Petersburg police said officers were called to the Loyalty Inn at 25 South Crater Road just before 11:30 p.m. “Inside one of the rooms, police found the bodies of 39-year-old William Thurston III of Chesterfield and 35-year-old Kimberly Eledge with a last known address in Richmond. Both had been shot,” Petersburg Police spokeswoman Esther Hyatt said in a news release. Officers arrested 23-year-old Marcus Harmon of Petersburg on Sunday. Harmon has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder charges and three firearm violations, including possession of gun by a convicted felon. Police said the suspect and the victims were mutual acquaintances, but there has been no word yet on a motive for the slayings. - (Black-on-white) |

Caught On Camera: Black Man Carjacks White Woman At Knifepoint  WEST HILLS — Police asked for the public’s help Tuesday to identify a man who was caught on surveillance video carjacking a woman as she pumped gas at a Chevron station in West Hills. The carjacking happened Saturday in the 22700 block of Vanowen Street, Los Angeles police officials said. A woman told officers she was pumping gas when the man approached her on foot and threatened her with a knife, police said. The woman moved away from the gas pump, police said, then the man pulled the gas nozzle from the vehicle, threw it on the ground, then drove her car northbound on Fallbrook Avenue. The stolen car is a grey, 2000 Toyota Camry four-door with California license plate 4KBA401. The suspect is described as a black man, between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-11, between 25 and 35 years old and 200 to 230 pounds, with curly hair and a short beard. The carjacker was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, a light-colored flannel short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Arrested Made In 12-Year-Old Murder Case  PITTSBURGH – Police have made an arrest in 12-year-old murder case of a Beaver Falls woman. Robin Sue Miller, then 35, was found dead inside a shed in Beaver Falls in 2003. . Police said 43-year-old Jarrod Bullie was charged with criminal homicide for Miller’s murder. Back in 2003, about a month after Miller’s death, the Times reported that Miller’s boyfriend, Jack Shaffer, had been found dead. Shaffer had been the prime suspect in Miller’s death up until that point. The Times also reported that Miller and Shaffer had a child together. Police say they got a DNA sample from Bullie in 2007, but at the time didn’t feel it was enough evidence. However, as technology improved, they continued to submit the sample for evidence testing until they had enough to make an arrest. As for a motive, police say Miller was a known prostitute who was heavily into drugs. They believe she was killed at the shed. Bullie was arraigned Monday and is in jail without bond. - (Black-on-white) |

Suspect charged in Cranston woman’s murder  PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Police have made an arrest in the killing of a Cranston woman in Providence last week. Derell Johnson faced a judge Monday morning and was held on one count of murder, according to court officials. He’s accused of shooting 21-year-old Briana Giorgio, who police said was found last Wednesday suffering from a gunshot wound in the area of Webster and Sterling Avenues. She later died at Rhode Island Hospital. Police believe the violence stemmed from a drug deal gone bad. Providence Police Major David Lapatin said Monday it appeared as though Giorgio was the seller, and that there was a considerable amount of marijuana involved. Johnson is set to appear in court again Monday afternoon for a violation of his probation. - (Black-on-white) |

Lawyers say Jacko paid $200M in hush money to ‘victims’  Wade Robson and James Safechuck may accomplish what countless prosecutors could not: prove in court that Michael Jackson was a serial child molester. The purported victims must first overcome a major hurdle — both their legal claims were filed more than a year after the King of Pop’s 2009 death, missing the statutory deadline. Robson, choreographer to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and Safechuck, who once appeared with Jacko in a Pepsi commercial, filed respective claims in 2013 and 2014 against Jackson’s estate for unspecified amounts in punitive damages. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, when he could decide whether they may proceed. Lawyers say the King of Pop shelled out nearly $200 million to as many as 20 victims. Safechuck first met Jacko in 1987, when James was 8 years old. Safechuck will testify that Jacko repeatedly molested him a year later during a tour and that Jacko wrote a check for more than $1 million to Safechuck’s father, a sanitation worker. Safechuck claims in court filings that Jacko held a secret wedding ceremony, with the young boy as his bride. He said the singer gave him a marriage certificate and a wedding band as keepsakes and confirmation of their “undying love.”
It was Safechuck and another alleged victim, Jordan Chandler, to whom Jacko’s sister LaToya referred in a 1993 Tel Aviv press conference in which she vowed to “not be a silent collaborator in my brother’s crimes.” Safechuck’s attorney alleges that Jacko molested Safechuck more than 100 times. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Arrested for Murder of (White) East Columbus Woman Found in Burned Apartment  COLUMBUS -- A man is now under arrest, charged with murder for the death of a 62-year-old woman whose body was found in her burned east side apartment. Police say Jeremay Jones was arrested Friday. Anna Marie Ferriman was found dead in her Villages at Eden Crossing Apartment by firefighters. Police say firefighters were clearing the apartment after they were called out for a fire, when they found her body. Investigators also say the fire was intentionally set. Police have not released any more information about the Mt. Carmel East worker's murder, but say they are still investigating. - (Black-on-white) |

Police Search For Black Sex Pervert Exposing "Himself" On Campus Buses to White Co-eds   COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio State U police are looking for your help in trying to track down a man they say has been exposing himself. Police have received two reports of public indecency in the past week. They say the same man was involved in both acts on campus buses. “I saw that he was rubbing himself and continuing to do that for a few minutes,” said (a White co-ed), who witnessed one of the incidents. She says the man was pleasuring himself as he sat next to her Tuesday night. “I realized that he was trying to stare right down my shirt so that made me feel very uncomfortable,” she said. The suspect approached her while she was in her seat. "He put (his crotch) in my face and I didn't know what to do,” she said. OSU police have identified the suspect as 30-year-old Dawaylan Hall. Black man arrested in connection with killing of (White) Domino's delivery driver  New Orleans police Wednesday morning (April 1) said they have arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of Domino's pizza delivery driver Michael Price. According to NOPD, Michael Anthony Portis, 24, was arrested at 7 a.m. Wednesday in the 4900 block of Pauger Street. He will be charged with first degree murder, authorities said. Police did not release any information about what led the investigation to Portis. A reward of more than $13,000 was offered for information about the fatal shooting, but police did not say if the money played a role in the apprehension. Price was shot to death inside his car March 24 in the Lower 9th Ward. Police found his body shortly before 1 a.m. in the 6100 block of North Roman Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The 36-year-old husband and father of three young children lived in the Lower 9th and was on his way to make a delivery when he was killed, said Robert Tedesco, regional vice president for local Domino's franchisee RPM Pizza LLC, which operates the Franklin Avenue Domino's where Price worked for the last year or so. Caught on Camera: Pack of Feral Black Teens Attack White Man waiting for SEPTA Subway  Monday afternoon's attack began on the train near the 15th Street platform of SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line and left a man in his 50s hospitalized. A group of six to 12 teenagers approached the man on the train around 3 p.m. and one of the boys struck him repeatedly in the head following an argument, police said. Black African Pastor Arrested Over His Pregnant White British Wife’s Death A Ghanaian pastor, Prophet Eric Isaiah Adusah, domiciled in the United Kingdom (UK), has been arrested in connection with the death of his pregnant British wife, Charmaine Speirs, which occurred in Koforidua last week. The couple, who are pastors of Global Light Revival Ministries with branches in London, Manchester and Edinburg – all in the UK – had travelled to Ghana to attend a church programme. The suspect left the hotel at the dawn of 17th March and reportedly gave a warning at the front desk that his British wife did not like to be disturbed and so the attendants should attend to her only when she called them for help. However, for three days – Wednesday 18th to Friday 20th March – attendants at the facility tried fruitlessly to reach her. They reportedly became alarmed because her check out date was due that Friday. Not getting any response from her, management decided to use a spare key to open the door to her room to find out whether or not the occupant was still in. The guest, who was said to be three months pregnant, was allegedly found dead in the bath tub, lying prostrate with a white towel wrapped around her, almost in a decomposed state. (White) Family 'profoundly disappointed' in verdict for Molly Conley's killing by (less than worthless) black   EVERETT, Wash. — The jury reached a verdict on Monday in the killing of 15-year-old Molly Conley. Erick Walker, 28, was convicted of manslaughter in the shooting death of the Bishop Blanchet freshman -- as she walked along a road in Lake Stevens with friends on June 1, 2013. Walker was charged with one count of first-degree murder. The jury was given the option to find him guilty of the far lesser charge of manslaughter. Molly Conley's father, John, spoke -- after Erick Walker's manslaughter conviction, saying his family was confused and "profoundly disappointed" with the verdict. "It's her life, more than her death, that we hope people will remember. Since it was her life that was so amazing," he said. Erick Walker will be sentenced on April 21st. The sentencing range is 65-80 years for manslaughter and drive-by shooting/assault conviction. The same night Conley was murdered there were other drive-by shootings in Lake Stevens and Marysville. Walker faced 9 counts for those other shootings -- five counts of drive-by shooting, 4 counts of assault for potential victims inside those homes. - (Black-on-white) |

After tearful statements in Santa Cruz County Superior Court from her best friend, mother and widower, Judge Timothy Volkmann handed down the maximum sentence to Charles Anthony Edwards III, a 46-year-old from San Francisco. Edwards, who suffers from schizophrenia and has a violent criminal history that started at age 12, offered an apology to Collins’ friends and family during his sentencing. He also claimed he was on methamphetamine and PCP during the killing, though during the trial prosecutor Celia Rowland said there was no evidence of that. Angered, Edwards also contended that he didn’t get a fair trial because he is black and Santa Cruz is “all white.” During the trial, a psychiatrist testified that Edwards told him he heard voices from “skeletons” before the slaying. Police investigating E Pike group beating - of White man by pack of savage sexual predator blacks  Police are investigating after a man was beaten unconscious by a group in the middle of E Pike early Saturday morning. The attack was described by a witness on Reddit: Last night right around 2am on Pike and Boylston I saw a group of 4 or 5 dudes chase another guy into the street, throw him on the ground, kick him in the head, then stomp on his head. One of the assailants was pulled off of the victim while trying to steal his wallet. After speaking to the women the victim was with, it turned out that the group of guys had been sexually harassing the women, and when their male friend stepped in they beat him and tried to mug him. The police came very quickly and the dude was hauled off in an ambulance after coming to, but as far as I could see the perpetrators were not found. Police and Seattle Fire were called to the intersection of Pike and Boylston early Saturday just after 2 AM to a report that a group was fighting and one man was down in the street. Police arrived to find the victim unconscious but breathing. He was taken to the hospital and recovered enough over the weekend to talk to KIRO about the attack. Police were looking for a group of 10 to 12 black males reported by witnesses to have attacked the man and stole his phone. There were no immediate arrests. Marzet Farris III was convicted in February of actually stabbing Craig to death, but under the legal principal of accomplice liability, Laura could also be found guilty of first-degree murder. Chief Deputy County Attorney Dennis McGrane said the jury returned a verdict of guilty on all four counts - murder, conspiracy to commit murder, evidence tampering, and concealment of a dead body - after about an hour of deliberations. Stelmasek, 48, whose trial began March 5, was accused in the June 1, 2011, murder of her husband in their Prescott home. Farris, 50, whom she was romantically involved with, faces sentencing on April 8. Stelmasek will be sentenced shortly thereafter. Craig's body was found in his van at the Albuquerque, New Mexico, airport, where Farris left it before traveling to his home in North Carolina. Victims of Bevo Mill double homicide identified - black ex-boyfriend of one victim is suspect ST. LOUIS -- Two people were killed and another injured inside a home in St. Louis' Bevo Mill neighborhood Friday afternoon. Now police say a second shooting scene is related. Police say Paige Schaefer, 23, and James Lacey, 47, were found dead with gunshot wounds to the head in a bedroom of their home in the 4400 block of Itaska. A second woman, 21, was also shot in the head and rushed to a hospital in critical condition. A fourth victim, a 54-year-old woman, was found in an alley two miles away in the 4200 block of South 37th Avenue. That woman has been identified as Paige Schaefer's mother. Unprovoked attack by racist black on St. Louis light rail - White victim punched in face over black thug Michael Brown   A man was assaulted in a St. Louis, Mo. Light rail train on Monday after refusing to get into a conversation about the shooting of Michael Brown. The suspect, who was caught on camera by St. Louis Metro surveillance video, punched the victim in the face. Two more men joined in the fighting, according to police reports. Another passenger recorded the attack on a cell phone. The victim, 43, who declined to identify himself for the media, was commuting home when a young black man in his twenties, wearing a red t-shirt and cap, walked up to him and asked to use the victim’s cell phone. He refused and then the attacker sat down beside him. “Then he asked me my opinion on the Michael Brown thing,” the victim said. “I responded I was too tired to think about it right now.” “The next thing I know, he sucker punches me right in the middle of my face,” the victim said. The video of the attack shows the suspect pummeling the victim, punching him multiple times in the head while he tries to cover himself with his hands and forearms. Two other men joined in, police said. A security guard witnessed the attack as the train pulled in to a station and alerted police. Chambers faces murder charges, along with Tory Washington, 20, and Anthony Davis-Dickson, 19, all of Bloomington, in the beating death of Ronald D. Smith. The 56-year-old victim died July 3, about a month after he was severely beaten while he slept in O'Neil Park on the city's west side. Two people and at least five vehicles were hit by gunshots in the incident. Antoine Burroughs, 26, and cohort Leon Whitfield, 24, pleaded guilty in Manhattan federal court to charges of robbery and robbery conspiracy. Burroughs faces 24 to 30 years in jail and Whitfield 27 to 33 years when they are sentenced by Judge Gregory Woods. (White) Woman speaks out about disfiguring razor blade attack by black female maniac in Brooklyn  BEDFORD-STUYVESANT -- A woman's face was disfigured in a random attack. She was slashed by a maniac with a razor blade as she stepped outside for a cigarette. Surveillance video shows her walking out of a bar in Brooklyn last month and right into the middle of a violent attack. "It's really not hard not to just curl up in a ball and just cry. But I can't do that," said Heather Sir, the victim. For Sir the past five weeks have been torture. "I haven't left my house in over a month," Sir said. Her disfigurement is so upsetting that she can't bear to show her face in public, or even in private. "I have problems looking in the mirror still. I don't see me anymore," Sir said. It was Valentine's Day that her world changed. Security camera footage from a Bedford-Stuyvesant bar shows her standing outside having a cigarette, when out of nowhere a woman approached her and hit her in the face. What you can't see in the video are the razor blades tucked between the attacker's fingers. Sir needed 70 stitches. Heather used to be a regular pool player at Divine Bar and Grill on Broadway. On February 14th, the woman got into an argument with a stranger she thought was taking too long in the bathroom. Management kicked her out and she returned with those blades. King, 17, of 514 Henry Hart Road, Americus, charged with two counts of felony murder; Qwinterrious J. Dodson, 22, of 541 Henry Hart Road, Americus, charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Reginald K. Mathis, 28, of 513-B Bessie Mayes Circle, Americus, charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and Brandon L. Prince, 21, of 121 Frieda Lane, Americus, charged with theft by receiving stolen property. All five remain incarcerated at the Sumter County Jail. They will be bound over to Sumter Superior Court. The Sumter County Fire Department responded to a fire shortly after 6 p.m. Friday at 780 R.W. Jones Road in rural eastern Sumter County. The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office were notified with two bodies were discovered, those of Bonnie Freeman, 54, and her 33-year-old son Dallas Freeman. Black Slaying Suspect Found With (white) Victim’s Van   SACRAMENTO— Police arrested a man on Tuesday, March 17, in the brutal murder of a Citrus Heights woman. Allen Bocteemus Franks, 48, was arrested after police found him in the victim’s van. The victim, Kimberly Ann Chittenden, 46, had been found unresponsive at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Monday, March 16, in her home in the 7900 block of Rocky Point Court. She was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead at 3:13 p.m. Her injuries indicated that she has been assaulted. Her silver Honda Odyssey vehicle had been taken from her home, leading police to put out an alert seeking a person of interest on Tuesday. The van, with Franks behind the wheel, was located in the area of Marysville Boulevard. Police said that Franks and Chittenden knew each other. The victim leaves behind a 7-year-old child. Franks was booked into Sacramento County Jail early Wednesday morning on homicide charges. He was also jailed on a misdemeanor charge of violating probation. Domino's Pizza store manager brutally attacked with metal bar by black during robbery caught on surveillance camera    A Domino's Pizza manager was struck on the head with a metal bar during a robbery in Arizona that was caught on surveillance camera. Jody Thompson, the manager, is seen being hit on the back of his head with the bar as the burglar demands all of the money from inside the Phoenix store on Tuesday night. He survived the blow to his head which left both swelling and a scar, as police have released the footage in an attempt to help find the robbery suspect. Black arrested for murder of white female 'acquaintance' - found dead in stolen truck in cow pasture  SHREVEPORT, LA - Bossier Parish sheriff's investigators have arrested a Shreveport man in connection with the murder of a woman found dead in the Haughton area Sunday. According to a statement released by the Bossier Sheriff's Office late Monday afternoon, 34-year-old Nathaniel Allen Mingo is charged with 2nd degree murder for the killing of 33-year-old Amanda Collins of Elm Grove. Police say Collins was an acquaintance of Mingo's. Deputies found a 2014 maroon Ford F250 4-door truck with a deceased female inside. The truck was reported stolen out of Mississippi. Collins had suffered an apparent single gunshot wound, and investigators collected evidence and obtained search warrants as they swiftly moved forward with their homicide investigation. Black Alabama man, 67, gets life without parole for 1980 brutal rape and murder of (White) California teen girl  District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Thomas Young (DOB 5/19/47), of Birmingham, Alabama, was sentenced today for the July 30, 1980, murder of 15- year-old. Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Bennett sentenced Young to life in prison without the possibility of parole after a jury found him guilty on February 26, 2015, of first-degree murder in the commission of rape. The murder took place during the daytime when Young entered the home of teenager Stacy Knappenberger through a back door, brutally raping and killing her. Young’s identity as the murderer remained unknown for the next 30 years, until DNA he left at the crime scene was matched to a DNA sample taken from him by law enforcement in 2008, when he was arrested for molesting his 16- year-old granddaughter in Illinois. Young was subsequently located in Alabama by the Ventura County Cold Case Task Force and arrested for the murder on September 6, 2012. Drunk black NC man indicted on second degree murder charge in fatal crash that killed a retired White woman  ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — A North Carolina man has been indicted on a second degree murder charge after a fatal crash that claimed the life of a retired Elizabeth City teacher. Police say 30-year-old Elbert Justin Horton was drunk when he was involved in a head-on collision in Pasquotank County and crashed his 2006 Chrysler minivan into 62-year-old Ellen Holmes Russell’s pickup truck back in December. TSA officers attacked by berserk black with machete and wasp spray at New Orleans airport    A man armed with a machete and wasp spray stormed through a security area at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on Friday night before being shot, authorities said. Richard White, 62, was taken to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery, Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand said. The suspect in the attack on TSA agents at the New Orleans-area airport is taken away on a stretcher. The incident started when White entered a security checkpoint for Concourse B and began spraying Transportation Security Administration agents and bystanders with a can of wasp spray, a sheriff's office statement said. White soon pulled out a machete from his waistband and began wielding it at agents and others in the area. The machete allegedly used against TSA officers is seen on the floor of the airport. As part of his deal with the King County Prosecutor’s Office, Reggy Michael Arntsen (aka Reggy Michael Nelson), will also give up his license to practice massage in Washington State. Arntsen was originally charged with assault for the sexually motivated attack on Diana Lane at Yuan Spa on 106th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue in October 2013. He agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge, felony indecent liberties, and will not have to register as a sex offender. Former Godwin student shot, killed during dispute at Richmond gas station  RICHMOND, Va. — Police identified the 19-year-old woman fatally shot at a Richmond gas station over the weekend during a dispute as Pamela-Ann Knyazher, of Burnside Lane in Western Henrico. Knyazher was a graduate of Godwin High School. Pregnant White Woman Who Lost Baby In Stabbing By Black Female Remains In Hospital  LONGMONT, Colo. – The family of a woman who was attacked and lost her baby in a bizarre and gruesome crime says she is in critical but stable condition at Longmont United Hospital. Michelle Wilkins, 26, was critically wounded on Wednesday when police say she went to suspect Dynel Catrece Lane’s house in Longmont to buy baby clothes Lane has listed for sale on Craigslist. In the basement of the house, Lane, 34, allegedly stabbed Wilkins and cut her baby out of her stomach and then stole it. Wilkins, who was approximately seven months pregnant, then made a desperate call to 911. Lane was gone before emergency responders arrived. Lane’s husband, David Ridley found the child alive, wrapped it up and took it with Lane to the hospital. The child didn’t survive. Black man accused in '12 death of Madison MSU student pleads guilty   The trigger man in the March 2012 homicide of a Madison County Mississippi State University student pleaded guilty to murder on Thursday. Mason Perry Jones, of Jackson, is one of three men accused in the shooting death of John Sanderson, 21, inside a dormitory at MSU. He pleaded guilty to first degree murder in Oktibbeha County circuit court Thursday afternoon, after being previously charged with capital murder. Assistant District Attorney Katie Moulds said the DA's office was ready to go to trial on Monday if something had changed in court Thursday, but Jones pleaded guilty to first degree murder, which affords him the possibility of parole at age 65. Sanderson was shot twice in a dormitory on the Starkville campus. Police quickly rounded up Jones and Duntae Harvey and Trent Deundra Crump, both of Rankin County. Third worthless cowardly criminal black teen that murdered a White dog-walker turns self in   OVERBROOK- The third suspect accused in the murder of a man walking his dog in Overbrook last Thursday night turned himself overnight on Friday. Tyfine Hamilton is the alleged gunman in the shooting. He is 15-years-old and earlier this week, police said he would be charged with murder and robbery. Police issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week after arresting another suspect accused of being involved with the shooting. 15-year-old Brandon Smith was arrested and charged with murder robbery and related charges in connection with the shooting. A 14-year-old male is also expected to face lesser charges for his involvement in the shooting. Authorities say they were able to track down the duo after identifying them from surveillance video taken near the scene of the crime. Two 19th district officers spotted three males fitting the suspects denoscriptions and pursued them on Thursday afternoon. They were apprehended and taken in for questioning. The shooting occurred just before 9:00 p.m. last Thursday night on the 6400 block of Woodcrest Avenue. Police say the 51-year-old James Patrick Stuhlman, was shot once in the chest, and died within minutes of arriving at Penn Presbyterian Hospital. (White) Bronx teenager speaks out after violent caught-on-camera robbery attempt by three cowardly black thugs  BRONX, N.Y. -- Police are looking for three men who attacked a woman and tried to steal her cell phone in the Bronx, and they're hoping dramatic surveillance video will lead to an arrest. The suspects approached 18-year-old Brittany Leasure as she was walking home and demanded her cell phone. She refused. "I said, 'Just leave me alone," she said. "'I'm not in the mood for this, just leave me alone.'" One of the men then threw a bottle at her, hitting her in the back. And as she got to her stoop, one suspect tried to grab her from behind and place her in a chokehold. He then pushed her against a railing, while a second tried to forcefully remove her phone from her hand. They said, 'kill her, kill her, kill her.'" White Bank Employee Shot 3 Times By Black During Attempted Bank Robbery  HUMBOLT, Tenn. - A bank employee was shot three times during an attempted robbery just after 8 a.m. Wednesday at BancorpSouth on Main Street in Humbolt, Tenn. According to the Gibson County Sheriff, the suspect was waiting for the victim, who is a bank employee, in a garage at her home. The suspect grabbed the victim, later identified as Janice Frisbee, and forced her into the bank at gunpoint. A witness called police. When police arrived, the suspect shot the victim. He then jumped out of a bank window and ran. Police caught the suspect down the street from the bank and took him into custody. The victim was airlifted to a Regional One Health in Memphis. The FBI says the female victim was kidnapped by suspect Dominic Shaun Williams, 39, of California. The female victim, who was shot three times, couldn't open the bank vault. (Drunken black) driver suspected in deadly head-on crash held on charges of vehicular homicide, leaving scene  ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. - The driver accused of causing a deadly head-on crash early Tuesday morning - then running from the scene - is being held on several charges, including vehicular homicide. Investigators say 22-year-old Jeremy Brown was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry when the car crossed a concrete median. The Camry flipped and landed on top of a 1999 Honda Civic, continued rolling and came to a stop on its roof a short distance away. The driver of the Civic, a 41-year-old man from Aurora, died in the crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol. There were four passengers in the car with Brown, according to Nate Reid with the CSP. The passengers were identified as 23-year-old Triauna Jackson from Commerce City, a 17-year-old female from Denver, 18-year-old Kymbreanne Parker from Denver and 20-year-old Ty-Ron Elam. (Drunken black) Springfield driver indicted in deaths of girl, granddad    A Springfield man has been charged with vehicular homicide five months after a Clark County man and his granddaughter died in a crash. A Clark County grand jury indicted Lewis Chambers, 54, on Monday on multiple charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault. Chambers was behind the wheel of an SUV when it slammed into a car on Dayton-Springfield Road on Oct. 11, killing 12-year-old Sophia Gruber and her grandfather, 65-year-old Richard Gruber, of Mad River Twp. OKC Police Arrest One, Seek Two More In Connection To (Black-on-White) Beating Video  OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police have arrested one suspect and are looking for two more after a video surfaced online showing two brothers being brutally beaten. Two brothers were brutally beaten and kicked while someone else cheered and recorded the fight with their cell phone. The fight took place at the park across the street from Putnam City West High School where some of the boys go to school. Thursday morning, Oklahoma City police confirmed that a 15-year-old boy has been arrested by the police gang unit in connection to the beating. He was booked into the Berry House on a complaint of aggravated assault and battery. According to police, two others have been identified, but are still at large. One of the brothers suffered a broken cheek bone and orbital fracture. The other suffered a broken nose and concussion. Both may have to have reconstructive surgery. - (Black-on-white) |
