White woman found raped and strangled to death - black neighbor being sentenced  Lindsay Graygo, 29, was found raped and strangled in a partially-filled bathtub inside her apartment on Feb. 19, 2008. Derrick Oliver, who lived with his girlfriend and her son in the apartment below Graygo's, was questioned by police but was not immediately a suspect. Police arrested the divorced father of four in Detroit last June after DNA tests linked him to evidence found underneath Graygo's fingernails.

Police Identify Black Accused Of Shooting White Officer   Shane Lonix, 22, 19 Rolling Pines Cove, is accused of shooting Cannon on Friday after Assistant Cheif Joey Cannon initiated a traffic stop on a truck Lonix was allegedly driving. Cannon was shot once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at Conway Regional Medical Center Friday. DNA links black to brutal 2001 gang rape of White 16-yr-old girl  Nearly eight years after a 16-year-old girl was brutally raped in the men's room of a Lacey transit center, a suspect has been identified by a positive DNA match and placed under arrest.
The suspect was identified by Lacey police as Charles J. Davis, 45. The then-16-year-old girl was dropped off by her mother on Sept. 24, 2001, so she could catch a bus to Olympia.
The girl asked a group of men where the bus schedules were posted, and she was directed to an area near the restrooms.

Black Muslim Terrorist Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad Kills Soldier Outside Recruiting Station in Arkansas  A 23-year-old man upset about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan opened fire from his truck at two soldiers standing outside a military recruiting station here on Monday morning, killing one private and wounding another, the police said. The gunman, identified by the police as Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad of Little Rock, fled the scene and was arrested minutes later a short distance from the recruiting station, in a bustling suburban shopping center. In a lengthy interview with the police, Mr. Muhammad said he was angry about the killing of Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan, Chief Thomas said. | White teenage inmate held down by two blacks and raped by third MOUNT HOLLY — A white teenage inmate at the Burlington County jail allegedly was held down by two black inmates and raped by a third black inmate purported to be a Bloods gangster. According to a tipster, a retired former jail officer, the white inmate turned 18 Monday, and the prison rape was his birthday present. The tipster said that while the boy was being raped he started to have seizures. “They said he was spaced out. They said while they were raping him and holding him down, he was having some kind of seizure. Dallas negro executed for 1999 rape, slaying HUNTSVILLE, Texas -- A Texas man was executed Thursday for the rape and slaying of a woman abducted while she was trying to make a call at a pay phone 10 years ago. Derrick Lamone Johnson, 28, was the 14th Texas prisoner executed this year in the nation's most active death penalty state. He was pronounced dead at 6:23 p.m. His victim, LaTausha Curry, 25, of Dallas, was robbed of less than $10, driven away in her car, raped, beaten with a two-by-four and suffocated with her own blouse. Jailed black rapist arrested for 1987 N. Portland White woman's murder  PORTLAND, Ore. – DNA evidence last month helped Portland detectives arrest a jailed rapist for the murder of a North Portland woman in 1987. On March 26, 66-year-old James Samuel Owens was indicted for the murder of 42-year-old Nancy Converse, who was found strangled to death in her apartment on N. Kerby. And so began the trial of David Webster, defending himself on rape charges. David Webster cross-examined his alleged victim, rapping to see if the man could tell the tone of his voice from their time in a jail cell. It was there, the alleged victim said he was repeatedly raped. "I didn't fight back because I was afraid for my life and I knew I couldn't win a fight with him," the victim said. The case pits a former "white supremacist" against an outspoken convicted felon. The alleged victim was in jail for not paying a fine. Black wanted criminal kills 3 White police officers, wounds 4th in Oakland  OAKLAND, Calif. – Authorities in Oakland say suspect Lovelle Mixon was slain in a gunfight with police in which two officers were killed Saturday. Police said another officer was fatally shot earlier in the day and a fourth was gravely wounded after the two of them pulled Mixon over for a traffic stop. Four Oakland police officers were shot in the line of duty Saturday on the streets of Oakland in two separate shootings. Three have died and the forth is clinging to life. Never in the history of any Bay Area police department have so many officers been killed on the same day. Oakland's acting Police Chief Howard Jordan made the grim announcement just after 9 p.m. Saturday. The officers have been identified as 41-year-old John Hege, 40-year-old Mark Dunakin, 43-year-old Ervin Romansa and 35-year-old Daniel Sakai. Hege and Dunakin were traffic cops. Romansa and Sakai were members of the SWAT team. Hege is the officer that remains clinging to life late Saturday. Dunakin, Romansa and Sakai were declared dead. A fifth officer suffered a minor injury in the apartment building. He was treated and released Saturday. The killer was Lovell Mixon, 27, from Oakland. 4th White cop dies; black parolee wanted to avoid prison Oakland -- A fourth Oakland police officer was pronounced dead Sunday in the wake of a shooting rampage by a 26-year-old parolee who, according to family members, knew he was a wanted man and did not want to go back to prison. John Hege, 41, was declared brain dead Sunday morning at Highland Hospital in Oakland and remained on life support to preserve his organs for donation. According to authorities, Lovelle Mixon used a semiautomatic pistol to shoot and kill Hege and Sgt. Mark Dunakin, 40, two motorcycle officers who pulled him over during a routine traffic stop in East Oakland. Less than two hours later, Mixon, who was holed up in his sister's nearby apartment, opened fire with an AK-47 assault rifle, killing SWAT team sergeants Ervin Romans, 43, and Daniel Sakai, 35. Another SWAT team officer, Sgt. Pat Gonzales, was grazed by gunfire and was then treated for his injuries and released. Black accused in TV anchor death appears in 2nd rape case   The man accused of killing an Arkansas television anchorwoman has pleaded not guilty in a separate rape and burglary case in his hometown of Marianna. Curtis Lavelle Vance arrived at the Lee County Courthouse Thursday wearing a bullet-resistant vest and escorted by six police officers. In a brief hearing, Circuit Judge Ann B. Hudson accepted the plea and set trial for July 27. Serial black killer and rapist sentenced to die for murder of White woman   Willie James Hodges sat still and quiet in the courtroom Thursday as a by lethal injection. Circuit Judge Terry Terrell sentenced Hodges, 48, of Epps, Ala., to death for the murder judge declared that he should dieof Patricia Belanger, (right) 58, of Pensacola. “May God have mercy on your soul,” Terrell said as Thursday’s hearing ended. Found in her Mayfair home on Dec. 19, 2001, Belanger was beaten with a hammer and her neck was pierced with a steak knife. Hodges was convicted of the Belanger murder in March 2008. Hodges is facing charges in two other murders. He is also charged with shooting Winnie Johnson, 66, of Sumter County, Ala., while burglarizing her home in 2001. Black Convicted Of Rape of White woman 3 Decades Ago Won’t Get New Trial A judge ruled Friday that a Concord man convicted of rape 33 years ago will remain in prison but could be released within a few years. The 1976 trial of Ronnie Wallace Long was a racially-charged case that brought protesters to downtown Concord. The defendant was black. The victim and the jurors that convicted him were white. Supporters of Ronnie Wallace Long say he was wrongly convicted because tests that failed to connect him to the scene of the crime were never turned over to his defense attorneys. The judge ruled that there's not enough evidence to warrant a new trial. Black boyfriend bashes little 11-month-old White boy to death   KOKOMO, Ind. -- The boyfriend of a Kokomo woman whose 11-month-old son died from a blow to the head was arrested Wednesday in the boy's death. Derrick A. Fox, 28, took Malaki Lindley to a Kokomo hospital early Sunday unconscious and unresponsive, said Kokomo police Lt. Don Whitehead. An autopsy later determined that the boy had died from blunt force trauma to the head. Fox was taken into custody on Wednesday and preliminarily charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, Whitehead said. Black murders two little White girls 4 and 5 years old - flees from scene   The man accused of killing two young girls on Friday is now behind bars after police worked through the night to make an arrest. A four and five year old and one of their mothers were walking near the University of Louisville when they were struck by a car and left for dead. It took police less than three hours to track down the man they say was behind the wheel when a car struck 4-year-old Riley Lawrence and 5-year-old Claudia Wadlington, killing them, and injuring one of the victim’s mothers. Negro sentenced to death for slaughter of White 10-year-old girl and her family   A Tulsa man who was convicted last month of three murders in Owassowas formally sentenced to three death sentences. The Judge set an execution date for Clarence Goode Jr. Jurors found Goode, 31, guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kayla Burchett, 10, a Collinsville fifth-grader; her mother, Tara Burchett-Thompson, 25; and the slain woman's husband, Mitch Thompson, 28. Their bodies were found Aug. 26, 2005, at the couple's home. The jury imposed a death sentence on each murder count, and Goode received a concurrent 20-year term for first-degree burglary. He has maintained that he is innocent. Co-defendant Kenneth D. Johnson faces a Feb. 19 trial on the same charges. Black Juvenile Serial Killer Remains in Prison   WARWICK, R.I. - They called him Iron Man, a hulking teenage football player with a baby face and winsome smile who lived with his parents in a small ranch house in the Buttonwoods section of town. Then, one summer night in 1987, Craig Price crept across his neighbor's yard, broke into a little brown house on Inez Avenue and stabbed Rebecca Spencer 58 times. She was a 27-year-old mother of two. He was 13. Two years passed before Price struck again. Joan Heaton, 39, was butchered with the kitchen knives she had bought earlier that day. The bodies of her daughters, Jennifer 10, and Melissa 8, were found in pools of blood, pieces of knives broken off in their bones; Jennifer had been stabbed 62 times. Buttonwoods was paralyzed. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child.
