Uzbek Muslim migrant pleads guilty in plot to kill Obama BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A man from Uzbekistan pleaded guilty to plotting with an Islamic terror organization in his home country to kill President Barack Obama with an automatic rifle he bought from an undercover federal agent in Alabama. Ulugbek Kodirov entered the plea before U.S. District Judge Abdul K. Kallon, an Obama appointee. The judge also told Kodirov that he will face deportation once he's released from prison. Kodirov pleaded guilty to three counts: Threatening to kill the president, possessing an automatic weapon, and providing material support to terrorists. Black arrested for rape, kidnapping and sodomy A Tulsa man was arrested on first-degree rape, kidnapping and sodomy complaints after a woman was held against her will and raped for hours. Eric Joseph Beard, 34, was arrested at his residence. Tulsa police were called to a distressed female that had told medics that she had been tied up and raped for a four to five hours by Beard. The victim was able to escape out of a bedroom window while her hands were still bound together, police said. - (Black rapes) |

Modesto black sentenced to 12 years in rape of 14-year-old  A 29-year-old man has been convicted and sentenced to 12 years in prison in the brutal rape of a 14-year-old girl last year. Christopher Lewis Armstrong pleaded no contest to rape and sexual battery. Armstrong and his accomplice, Marcus Jamal Rucker, drove up and talked to the girls, both 14, walking near Colfax Avenue. Prosecutors said the teenage girls got into the vehicle voluntarily and were given alcohol. - (Black rapes) |

Black Nurse’s aide Tizazu Arega guilty of rape A former nurse’s aide was taken to jail after jurors convicted him of raping a woman who was recuperating from surgery in the rehabilitation center where he worked. Tizazu Arega, 34, was found guilty of one count of rape and one count of sexual battery. The 29-year-old woman, who is legally blind testified that Arega placed her wheelchair in front of the closed door to her room and raped her vaginally and anally. - (Black rapes) |
Black gang rape began as a robbery attempt - (police speculate)   A magistrate judge on Thursday set a $1 million bond for the man arrested Wednesday in the kidnapping and gang rape of a home health nurse in a rundown fourplex on the edge of Central City last week. Police, meanwhile, released an incident report a week after the attack. An application for an arrest warrant filed in Orleans Parish criminal court shed more light on the crime, which police said little about until the arrest Wednesday of Brian Beasley, 21. Three other suspects remained at large Wednesday. They are Jermaine Rumley, 21; Darren Holmes, 19; and Glenn Elliott, 17. The men are considered armed and dangerous, Braden said. Black charged with rape for incident on Alabama A&M campus An 18-year-old male has been release from jail following his arrest for sexual assault by Alabama A&M University police. Jefferson Le'Frank Chandler was booked into the Madison County Jail at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday. He has been charged with first-degree rape, according to jail records. The alleged incident took place on the Alabama A&M campus, according to school officials. Campus police took Chandler into custody, according to jail records. - (Black rapes) |
Black arrested for alleged rape of 11-year-old girl  The Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jawaskie Luke who was wanted in connection with the alleged rape of an 11-year-old from June 2010. DNA evidence from the original 2010 case facilitated bringing him in. Edwards says Luke along with Anthony Jackson face charges including rape, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy. Black Charged With Prostituting 2 Underage Girls A 30-year-old man faces eight felony counts of prostituting young girls throughout Minnesota over the last few years. Akmal Saleem Karon has been arrested. Karon allegedly prostituted the girl who was 16 at the time. Karon, who has no known address, advertised the girl’s services through notices placed on Backpage.com. When officers caught the girl, she said that she had been coerced, and that Karon had repeatedly beaten her and once burned her with a cigar. Another 14-year-old girl told officers that Karon had beaten her and forced her into prostitution. - (Black rapes) |
Black charged with raping 16-year-old girl he met on Facebook A Thomasville man has been charged with with Second Degree Rape and First Degree Kidnapping involving a teen he allegedly met on Facebook. Police officers were contacted by High Point police regarding a sexual assault. A 16-year-old girl told investigators she met 43-year-old Kaiffe Gary Aponte through Facebook. She said he used an alias name and she believed that he was only 19-years-old. - (Black rapes) |
Nigerian migrant doctor charged with rape East Hartford police said that 15 to 20 women have contacted them and made allegations against Dr. Edwin A. Njoku, the internist who was charged with raping a patient in an exam room at his office in October. The woman who first told police that Njoku raped her, Anolan Drago, came forward saying that she wants to see the doctor jailed. "He did so many things that I don't want to remember," she said. "I can't live like this. I have nightmares. I've been jumping from the bed, asking for help. Nobody understands how bad it is." Judge Stanley T. Police arrest black for 2009 rape Troy Police have made an arrest in a 2009 rape case. Darnell Patterson, 39, has been charged with first-degree rape and is being held in the Pike County Jail on a $10,000 bond for his crime in Troy. He is also being held on charges out of Indiana. According to the Troy Police Department, Patterson and his victim were acquaintances when the rape happened early in the morning on April 29, 2009 on Washington Street in Troy. - (Black rapes) |
Retarded black accused of participating in gang rape attends hearing in wheelchair  A Superior Court judge denied bond for Antonio Jackson, who also has been charged with aggravated sodomy in connection with the alleged rape of the girl in a school restroom. Another six students also are charged with rape in the incident.
His attorney said Jackson has cerebral palsy and a learning disability.

Interracial 'dating' leads to death of another blonde woman by dark 'boyfriend'  Sarajane Hakopian was discovered dead Monday afternoon by a neighbor inside her log-cabin-style home. Hanover sheriff's officials have not yet released a cause of death, but they are investigating the case as a homicide. Brian S. Mallory, 42, was arrested in a bus station in Jacksonville, Fla., shortly before 1 a.m., Tuesday. Hakopian's minivan was found nearby. Mallory is charged with grand larceny but is under investigation in Hakopian's death, police said. The minivan had several bumper stickers, among them "coexist." The word exemplifies Hakopian's love and care for all people, her friends said Tuesday. But it also may have helped lead to her death. Police described Mallory as Hakopian's boyfriend. The friendship with the convicted felon began when Mallory worked cutting Hakopian's grass. Jurors will deliberate case of black boyfriend stabbing and dismembering white girlfriend  Jurors deliberated for about six hours today before breaking for the day in the death-penalty trial of a Pacific man accused of killing his girlfriend and chopping up her body. Vernell Loggins Jr., 39, is charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Stephanie Fields, 25, more than two years ago. Naked Afro-American stabbed his (white) girlfriend and her mother to death  Virgil Tyrone Tate, 33, allegedly killed Suzy Brooks ("a 59-year-old white woman") and her daughter, Tracie Brooks ("a 32-year-old white woman") (his living-together girl friend) and injured another man Both women were found on the floor of the home and pronounced dead at the scene. The other male victim was taken to a hospital. Tate was taken into custody after a two-hour standoff Sunday night when a Sheriff’s Department SWAT team stormed into a back room where he had barricaded himself. He is on the loose and has threatened his life, saying he would rather die than go back to prison. He is already a convicted sex offender. Afro-American homo-pediphile teaching assistant charged with violating 14-year-old boy A teaching assistant at Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School resigned after being charged with a sex crime involving a 14-year-old boy. Phillip Jerrod Barham, 20, was arrested on one count of statutory sex offense stemming from a Jan. 19 encounter at the boy's home. Police responded to a 911 call that day about a fight at the home. Black tried to kidnap 7-year-old girl to rape her A 20-year-old man arrested for trying to kidnap a 7-year-old girl from Pride Park told her and her friends he was going to sexually assault them, an arrest warrant shows. Kelvin J. Oakley was arrested Sunday, a day after deputies say he approached three girls, ages 7, 9, and 10, as they were playing in Pride Park. Girl, 13, sexually assaulted in friend's home by black Police arrested a man they say sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl while she was staying at her friend's home in Aberdeen. Gerald Joseph Hazelwood, 29, is charged with second-degree rape, second and third-degree sex offense, and second-degree assault. Homeless black arrested for attempted rape in Newark Police say they have arrested the suspect in an attempted rape. Marvin Holmes, described by police as a 42-year-old homeless man, was arrested inside a bar in Philadelphia. The attempted rape happened back on the night of November 13th in a field. The 30-year-old victim told police she had walked to the 7-Eleven on Elkton Road. Police say that's when she was approached by Holmes, who allegedly offered to show her the way home.
Eventually, police say, the two ended up on the James F. Hall trail and the victim became nervous. When she tried to leave Holmes allegedly knocked her to the ground and tried to remove her clothes. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
Black Sexual Assault Suspect Captured in Georgia  Deputies in Georgia have captured a man wanted for burglary and accused of the sexual assault and beating of a Crystal Street woman. The Sheriff's Office found Steven Morgan, 37, around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night. Morgan is being detained pending extradition. Morgan is accused of forcing his way into the victims home early Sunday morning while holding a knife, sexually assaulting and beating her, before fleeing the scene. The victim is recovering with non-life-threatening injures, Grainger said. - (Black rapes) |
Black high school footballer Lewis charged with two counts of rape Pickerington police on Tuesday, Jan. 31, arrested Pickerington High School Central football player Roger Lewis Jr. and charged him with two counts of rape. Lewis, an 18-year-old senior, turned himself into Pickerington police after being contacted on Tuesday at school by officers.
