Black Ex-Con Arrested in Stabbing Death of his white female prison penpal   Police are searching for an ex-con who they say murdered a woman and stabbed another man at a Northeast Dallas apartment late Tuesday night. Police say Jessica Rae Lewalling, 23, had been corresponding with Darrell Bernard Billingslea, 37, before his release from prison, where he was serving time for murder. She reportedly allowed him to spend the evening at her apartment with herself and her boyfriend. A fight broke out, and police say Billingsley, became enraged and began stabbing Lewalling’s boyfriend with a kitchen knife. The boyfriend was able to escape, and sustained minor puncture wounds. But police say Billingsley then turned on Lewalling stabbing her multiple times. She died on the scene. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) |

Negress crackhead driver who ran over nearly 50 people at festival while high gets 25 years WASHINGTON (AP) - A woman who injured nearly 50 people when she plowed her car through a street festival while high on crack cocaine was sentenced to 25 years in prison Tuesday. Tonya Bell apologized to the victims, many of whom testified how their broken bones, scars and psychological wounds from the June 2 incident have had a profound impact on their lives, limiting their ability to work or pursue their life passions. "I'm so sorry for the pain I caused," said Bell, who quivered at the defense table and wept often during the half-hour hearing. According to prosecutors, Bell had gone on a crack binge in the 24 hours before the street festival, consuming $700 worth of the drug. She then placed her 7-year-old daughter in the back seat of her station wagon and headed toward Unifest, a church-sponsored street festival in southeast Washington.
At speeds of up to 70 mph, Bell made two passes through the area, knocking people to the side and under the car. A police officer who tried to pull her over said she was laughing as she drove. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Black boyfriend killed and cooked parts of slain white girlfriend; human flesh found on kitchen table   Smith County Sheriff’s officials released new details Sunday in the grisly murder of a Whitehouse woman that include mutilation of her body and possible cannibalism. Sheriff J.B. Smith said that 25-year-old Christopher Lee McCuin sits in his solitary jail cell with a nonchalant attitude expressing no remorse for the “horrible acts” he is accused of carrying out against Jana Shearer, 21. Smith said investigators found Shearer’s body with chunks of flesh cut out, one ear boiling in a pot of water on the stove and a plate of human flesh with a fork on the kitchen table in the brick home. “I’m never shocked anymore, but I am surprised that human beings can actually do this kind of stuff to each other,” the longtime sheriff said. “You ask yourself how anyone could do anything like this to someone else. Black Man arrested for kidnap and raping 16-year-old girl Philadelphia Police have charged a Frankford man in Thursday's abduction and rape of a teenage girl. Only Action News was there as police brought 32-year-old Jason Johnson of Orthodox Street into the special victims unit. Police say the 16-year-old girl was walking to school Thursday morning when Johnson abducted her at gunpoint. Officers say the girl was violently raped, tied up and beaten. Hours later her attacker cut her in the neck and threw her out of a car she was found by a passerby and rushed to the hospital. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Woman Raped, Tortured For 2 Days - two blacks arrested   A Roseville woman is recovering in an area hospital after police said she was sexually assaulted, tortured and beaten by four people inside of her apartment over a two-day period. Two of the four suspects were charged and police are looking for the other two suspects. Terri Ann Jackson, 19, of Roseville was charged with three felonies: torture, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and armed robbery. Cassion Marquette Crowell, 20, of Detroit was charged with five felonies: first-degree criminal sexual conduct, torture, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, less than murder, assault with a dangerous weapon and armed robbery. If convicted, both suspects face life in prison. When police responded to a sexual assault call they saw the woman suffered from severe burns to her face. The victim told police she recently met two of the suspects and invited them to her house on New Year's Eve. When the two people arrived, they brought two more people with them, according to the victim. An argument broke out and they began assaulting the woman for two days, the victim told police. Police said the woman was sexually assaulted, badly beaten and tortured. She had numerous burns on her body after the suspects poured bleach on her. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

12-year-old black charged with killing toddler with baseball bat A 12-year-old black boy has been charged with first-degree murder in the baseball beating death of a toddler who was left in his care, authorities said Sunday. The boy, who was arraigned in juvenile court Sunday, had been left alone with his 10-year-old brother and Shaloh Joseph, a 17-month-old girl at a Lauderhill home on Friday, authorities said. The 12-year-old became upset because the toddler was making noise while he was trying to watch TV. Black arrested for murder of White man in home invasion * Dustin Cline was killed by a home invasion robbery  A 19-year-old has been arrested for murder in the shooting death of Dustin Cline, who was shot and killed during what police termed a home invasion at Cline's Cuyahoga Street residence Dec. 15. Terrance James Feaster was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and felonious assault with a weapon and was booked into the Summit County Jail on Dec. 22, Akron police said today. He was to appear in Akron Municipal Court this morning. Police said they are looking for a second suspect. Repeat Black Offender Spared Death Sentence for murder of White woman -
Gets life without parole   Cornelius Rogers has been in trouble with the law for over 20 years. Now at 42 years old he has been spared death for killing a mentally disabled woman, in part, for his difficult upbringing. This includes losing his left eye when he was 15. Some of Rogers' other crimes that were considered during the sentencing phase was sexual assault and pistol whipping a woman. His victim Julie Holt had a sock stuffed in her mouth and was hog-tied during a break-in of her familie's house in 2001. She died from suffocation according to the medical examiner.
