(Black) Marine accused in B'klyn officer torture-murder case yanked for psych eval after court urination  One of the Marines accused of torturing and murdering their Brooklyn-raised commanding officer and his wife was having his head examined Friday after he suddenly began urinating during his court hearing. Kesuan Sykes, whose nickname is "Psycho," was in the midst of a pre-trial hearing when he stood up and began flinging urine around a California courtroom. Court officers pounced on the shackled suspect, and the judge ordered Sykes to undergo a mental evaluation after the disgusting display, which happened last Friday. Sykes, 23, is believed to be the most disturbed of the four Marines charged with the brutal murders of Sgt. Jan Pawel Pietrzak and his wife, Quiana. Sykes allegedly joked about sodomizing Quiana Pietrzak with a sex toy - in front of her hog-tied husband - and made "buzzing sounds," a detective has testified. Pietrzak, 24, a Polish immigrant who grew up in Bensonhurst, and his 26-year-old wife were killed after the intruders burst into their Riverside County home. Tyrone Miller and Kevin Cox, both 23, and 21-year-old Emrys John are also charged with murdering the newlyweds during the robbery. (Black) Janitor's death sentence upheld in murder-rape of Rio Linda High School senior   The California Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the convictions and death sentence of Alex Dale Thomas, the janitor found guilty more than 10 years ago of raping and murdering Michelle Montoya on the campus of Rio Linda High School, where she was an 18-year-old senior. "The evidence that defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim and then killed her was overwhelming, so much so that defendant did not dispute either fact," Justice Carlos R. Preliminary hearing for (black) serial rape suspect Friday Raynard Coleman is suspected of sexually assaulting six women in Detroit. Coleman is facing more than 30 charges in connection with a series of sexual assaults on Detroit's east side.
The charges include rape, kidnapping, assault and armed robbery. They are in connection with the five rapes and one attempted rape that terrorized the city’s east side during the first month of the year.

The Lake Forest 33-year-old could get up to 119 years in state prison. (Black) limo driver charged with rape of 16-year-old A Dover man stands charged with rape after he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl Jan. 20. According to police, Stephen Steele, 43, sexually assaulted the victim while he was transporting her from a doctor's appointment. Steele was an employee of Universal Transportation Service, based out of Smyrna, police said. 2 (Black) Men Raped 19-Year-Old Girl At Downtown Club NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two men have been charged with the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl inside a downtown night club last May. Police arrested former security guard 28-year-old Antonio Hamm and regular customer 40-year-old Marris Wynne and charged them with aggravated rape. Police said Hamm approached the woman in the second floor bar after she had become separated from her friends. That's when he allegedly told her she was too intoxicated and he would escort her out. (Black) Former deputy convicted of killing pimp A jury convicted a former Fulton County deputy sheriff of manslaughter for the shooting death of a pimp in a confrontation nearly five years ago. Richard M. Jackson, 44, was found guilty of fatally shooting Alan Griffin, 22, after he was confronted by an armed Griffin. (Black) Man sentenced to 27 years in prison for sexual battery of 3-year-old girl The man convicted for the 1983 rape of a then-3-year-old girl today was sentenced to 27 years in prison. A jury deliberated just over a half-hour before convicting Walter Earl Taylor, 42, of sexual battery on a child under 11. He had faced up to life in prison. The victim testified this morning she has prayed every morning and every night that the man who raped her would be held accountable. She wondered aloud how her life would have been different. (Black) Newport News man charged with raping 18-year-old A 36-year-old Newport News man who is a registered sex offender has been charged with raping an 18-year-old woman last summer. Police on Thursday charged Robert Lee Jones, of the 7300 block of Marshall Avenue, with rape, sodomy and abduction, according to a news release issued today. (Black) Man arrested in Knoxville robbery, rape attack A 30-year-old man was in jail this morning on charges he held two women at gunpoint while forcing them to perform sexual acts, and his alleged accomplice ransacked the apartment for money and drugs. Nikos Davon Burgins, who resides in a federal halfway house on Magnolia Avenue, is in jail in lieu of $370,000 bond. Burgins was slated to be released from federal custody March 8, according to Knoxville Police. (Black) Deejay On Trial On Rape Charge A disc jockey who is one of two men accused of raping an unconscious woman at a riverfront night club in Shreveport will go on trial today on simple rape charges. Ronald "DJ Ron" Johnson, 48, is accused of assaulting the woman after she had passed out in the nightclub. Prosecutors said the incident occurred in a VIP room at Kokopellis nightclub on Commerce Street in August 2007. Beastiality: Negro rapes female hogs and gives them vaginal infection Authorities said a man who was caught having sex with show hogs will have his case presented to the Grand Jury next month. Andrew Lee Nash, 52, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2010 after police set up surveillance cameras in the owner's stalls near U.S. Highway 82 and the Yazoo River. Greenwood Police Chief Henry Purnell said the hogs were examined by a local veterinarian, during a routine examination, and the owner was told that four of the hogs had a vaginal infection. "The owner of the animals knew someone was messing with his animals," said Chief Investigator Huntley Nevels. "And the veterinarian confirmed the sexual assault. (Black) man named 'Whyte' who murdered the White Rutgers student mother of his child gets life in prison  Troy Whye, 39, will have to live until he is 104 years old before he could be eligible for parole. The Judge sentenced him to a life term, the equivalent of 75 years, for killing Krystal Skinner, a 23-year-old Rutgers Camden student and mother who Whye stabbed to death in March 2008. Whye was convicted by a jury in November 2010 of murder, endangering the welfare of a child and numerous weapons offenses in connection with the death. Skinner was trying to end her relationship with Whye. In March 2008, he followed through on years of threats and stabbed Skinner approximately 30 times in the hallway of her home. Their 2-year-old son, John, was present at the time of the killing and was left with the body of his mother. (Black) Court Counselor Sentenced to Four Years for Sex Assaults A juvenile-justice counselor who almost got a no-jail plea deal last year in the sexual assaults of three young girls under his care was sentenced to four years in prison, the maximum allowed, after a jury convicted him on sexual assault charges last month. Tony Simmons, 47, was convicted of two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, a felony on the same level as the rape charges. (Black) Man, 51, named 'Devotion' accused of raping four women in 1987  Jackson County prosecutors today announced 18 new felony charges against a convicted robber and burglar in connection with four unsolved rapes from 1987 in Kansas City. Prosecutors charged the suspect, Devotion E. Baker, 51, with an unsolved rape from 1994. All of the attacks occurred in Midtown and were linked through DNA. The victims’ ages ranged from 16 to 51, but most were in their 20s, police said. (Black) St. Louis teenager charged with 32 crimes ranging from robbery to rape A St. Louis teenager has been charged in four separate incidents, with crimes ranging from robbery to rape. Thirty-two warrants were issued against Clarence Smith, 17. Police say the first incident occurred on December 12th, when he approached a 19-year-old woman with a gun in the 3500 block of Bingham. Smith reportedly forced her into a carport, robbed the victim, and then raped her. (Black) 62-year-old accused of sexually assaulting child bonds out of jail A day after being arrested, a Midlands man charged with sexually assaulting a child bonded out of jail. Henry Magazine, 62, was released from the Sumter Lee Regional Detention Center on a $40k surety bond. Magazine was taken into custody by Lee County deputies Tuesday afternoon and charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct. Isaiah Jones and Daniel Mumford are being held at the Leflore County jail and both teens face charges of statutory rape. Suit: Probation Office Failed to Monitor (black) Sex Offender  The Hyde Park family of a 13-year-old girl filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday against not only her alleged attacker, but also the Cook County Adult Probation Department. The suit claims that 34-year-old Acurie Collier should have been behind bars when he allegedly broke into a South Side home last July and sexually assaulted the teenaged girl. A jury took less than an hour after a two-day trial to convict James Steel on three counts of sexual battery. Two St. Petersburg Police Officers killed by black Although there have been several law officers killed in the act of duty in the Tampa Bay area over the past several years, the St. Petersburg Police Department has not had to deal with such a situation since 1980. But that changed this morning at 7:15 when two officers (still not identified) were shot and killed by suspect Hydra Lacy Jr., who was being served a U.S. Marshal’s warrant through a fugitive task force. Portland Academy, a popular soccer club, resigned abruptly after he was accused of sexually abusing a teen girl in October. Thelonius Fitzgerald Bartlett, 52, had been mentoring a 17-year-old girl for a short time when he began giving her alcohol and marijuana and touching her inappropriately. The team Bartlett coached at the time of his resignation was for 13-year-old girls. The victim had not been one of his players, deputies said. Arlington Police Seek (black) Rape Suspect Arlington Police have named a suspect in a sexual assault case from September. The incident occurred on Sept. 26 on the 2500 block of 20th Road North. Police say Ronald Perry Berton, 36, walked into an apartment through an unlocked front door and found a woman sleeping. He sexually assaulted the woman, stole items from the apartment and then fled the area, according to police. (Black) Man arrested for kidnapping, sex assault Police in Cinnaminson, New Jersey say they have arrested the man responsible for a kidnapping and sexual assault last summer. Jesse J. Wiles, 24, of the 300 block of High Street in Burlington, was arrested on Thursday after being detained by NJ Transit police officers in Camden. Investigators say Wiles picked up a woman along Route 130 back on July 29, 2010 and took her to a local motel. (Black) Suspect in Carlina White Kidnap to Face Judge A North Carolina woman who raised a child snatched from a New York hospital more than two decades ago was scheduled to appear Monday in federal court to face kidnapping charges. Ann Pettway surrendered Sunday morning to the FBI and Bridgeport, Conn., police on a warrant from North Carolina, where she's on probation because of a conviction for attempted embezzlement. She turned herself in days after a widely publicized reunion between the child she raised, now an adult, and her biological mother. Carlina White was just 19 days old when her parents took her to Harlem Hospital in the middle of the night with a high fever. Black Portland woman accused of videotaping sex act with a 1-year-old and e-mailing it to her Marine 24-year-old Portland woman is accused of sexually abusing a 1-year-old child she babysat, videotaping the activity and sending the videos by e-mail to her boyfriend serving in the U.S. Marine Corps overseas. Inez Carmaneesh Mon Lambert, who police say worked as a day-care provider for the Lloyd Center LA Fitness on Northeast Weidler Street, was arraigned on a 21-count felony indictment. She's charged with seven counts each of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse and using a child in the display of sexually-explicit conduct and is being held on $5.25 million bail. Black White Plains man charged with trying to rape college student A White Plains man has been arraigned on a seven count indictment in connection with alleged attempt to rape a female student in her dormitory room at Purchase College in Harrison. Dante Beamon, 26, of White Plains, who is not a student at the college and did not know his victim, walked into her dorm room at 1:30 in the morning on November 13, 2010. He demanded that she remove her clothing so that he could have sex with her. The woman repeatedly told the man to leave, but he refused. Jury in rape of 92-year-old by black recommends 85 year prison term A 21-year-old man who raped a 92-year-old Leawood woman claimed he was too drunk and high on Ecstasy to mean to commit the crimes, but a jury didn’t buy it. Jurors found that Simon Angilda of Grandview committed the crimes with enough aggravating circumstances to justify more than 85 years in prison — about double the maximum sentence. On Friday, the same jury convicted Angilda of 14 counts related to the June 29 crime spree that included the sexual assault. Black sentenced for Bridgeton robbery in which White woman was murdered  Keith Costello, 29, was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the robbery of a loan store in Bridgeton in 2005. Last month, a St. Louis County jury found him guilty of first-degree robbery but could not reach a verdict on a murder charge, which has been reset for trial Feb. 22. Costello robbed the Loan Machine and is accused of killing worker Mary Mehlberg, 50, of St. Charles. Another man, Charles E. Black husband charged in White Brookhaven woman's shooting death On Dec. 2, Gail Coone Pendleton and her husband James Pendleton were taking pictures for Facebook, kissing and laughing. Two days later, James Pendleton, 41, was being booked into the Lincoln County Jail, accused of murder after he allegedly shot her in front of at least one of their children. Also among Gail's Facebook photos was an eerie picture of James holding a gun in front of his chest, and underneath it, Gail had playfully written, "My bad hubby but don't he look good." Three black afro-negroid teens murder 12-year-old White girl in home invasion     Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. "(She was) very quiet, soft spoken, always had a smile. Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Black Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday.
