(BLACK beast) Husband accused of beating his (white) wife to death had abused her before There are two depictions of April Davis’ marriage to Dana Davis, her husband of more than 30 years and the suspect in her fatal beating. The first was shared over social media where the couple regularly and publicly spoke of their love. The 51-year-old mother of six was declared dead soon after San Diego police officers found her unconscious on the floor of a City Heights apartment on Saturday. Her 55-year-old husband was also in the home on 38th Street at Cedar Street and was later jailed on suspicion of murder. Jeri Arcala-Tirona, the victim’s older sister, said April Davis, who no longer lived at the apartment, rushed to the address after her youngest child called her, distraught. The 18-year-old daughter said her father was flushing the ashes of her dead grandmother down the toilet, the sister said. Soon after April Davis arrived, a fight broke out. The daughter was outside when she heard her mother’s screams, Arcala-Tirona said. The teen tried to get into the apartment, but the door was either locked or barricaded. She shouted for help, and someone nearby called 911 about 5:35 p.m., police and family said. When officers got inside, they found Davis with severe blunt force injuries to the upper body. “She did not deserve this,” the sister said in a phone interview Sunday night. "I was walking south, he was walking north and at the very last second he stepped in front of me and just clocked me as hard as he could," the victim said. "I want people to be aware. Just because it's daylight doesn't mean you're safe," she added. According to St. Louis Police, the attack happened Thursday at 5:15p.m. near Newstead and Laclede. The victim said many people were around at the time and rushed to her aide. Others followed the suspect until they lost him. One man even took a picture of the suspect. Other photos were obtained from surveillance video in the area. The victim positively identified the man in the photos as the man she believes attacked her. Police describe the suspect as a black male, between 30 and 35 years old, 6 feet tall, 185 to 200 pounds, medium build, clean shaven, wearing blue jeans and a grey t-shirt. He was last seen in the 4100 block of Enright. If you recognize the man shown in the photos or have any information about the incident, call St. Louis Police. - (Black-on-white) |
(BLACK) Florence man douses (white) wife with gasoline, sets her on fire, deputies say FLORENCE, SC – Florence County deputies are searching for a man they say poured gasoline on his wife and set her on fire. According to Major Mike Nunn with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, deputies are looking for 32-year-old Charles Durell Nethercutt, of Florence. A warrant for attempted murder was issued for Nethercutt after he allegedly tried to kill his wife. Deputies say Nethercutt poured gasoline on his wife and set her on fire on Sept. 19. The report states that deputies were called to the home on Longfellow Drive and found the victim being treated for severe burns to her arms, torso, legs and feet. At the time, the victim was conscious and alert and was able to tell investigators that he husband accused her of cheating on him before he doused her in gasoline and lit her on fire. The incident report also says the suspect left before officials arrived and took the couple’s 1-year-old child with him. Wednesday, Major Nunn confirmed that the child was no longer with the suspect, but would not release where the baby was. Warrants for Nethercutt state that his wife was taken to an out of state burn center to be treated for her injuries. Nethercutt is described as a black man, approximately 6′ tall, weighing about 230 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators say Nethercutt has tattoos on both arms and his last known address is off of Longfellow Drive in Florence. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!) |

Charges: (BLACK) Man doused (white) ex girlfriend in gas as she slept, then set her alight The woman who died in a fire at a Minneapolis duplex was set alight by her estranged boyfriend, who doused in her gasoline as she slept, prosecutors say. The horror unfolded at the property on the 2900 block of Taylor Ave. NE Thursday morning, with 36-year-old Vanessa Danielson dying from the burn injuries she suffered in the blaze. Charged with her murder is Wyndale Fayson, 32, an abusive partner who WCCO reports had been ordered not to have contact with Danielson following a felony domestic assault charge in July. According to the criminal complaint released by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, Fayson had been at Danielson's apartment a few hours before the fire, when he turned up and accused her of cheating on him. He grew angry, grabbed her cellphone and smashed it, before telling her he would kill her by setting the place on fire. Police were called by Danielson's downstairs neighbor when he heard her screaming "he's going to kill me, he's got a gun." By the time police arrived Fayson had gone and wasn't found during a search of the area. Police, however, were called back at 6:40 a.m., along with the fire department. There they found Danielson, on fire, lying on the street outside her home, screaming with severe burns all over her body. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!) |

3 BLACK gunmen attack WHITE grandfather in his east side driveway INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Police are searching for the gunmen who attacked a grandfather in his driveway. Home surveillance cameras captured every second of the crime. “It’s just really kind of scary because when it happens you realize the danger but when you see it’s ten times worse,” said David McElhiney, victim. Around 10:30 Tuesday morning, David McElhiney says he was attacked from behind as he was grabbing a car seat from his garage, getting ready to take his granddaughter to the Children’s Museum. “He (one of the gunmen) said to the guy 'Shut the garage and we’re going to finish the job',” said McElhiney. The video shows three armed men wearing hoodies running towards McElhiney. The gunmen knocked McElhiney to the ground and then pistol-whipped him over and over. A short time later, McElhiney says as one of the men grabbed his shirt, he was able to run across the street for help. “My dad was in the Army for 20 years and he taught me how to defend myself and he always told me if someone pulls a gun on you, you have to do something or you’re going to end up dead,” said McElhiney. The 54-year-old has bloody gashes, covered with a bandage on the top of his head. McElhiney believes this isn’t the first time this group has been to his east side home. Surveillance video from 2 a.m. Tuesday shows two people hopping a fence with a long gun by their side. You can see the two creeping around the backyard of the home and looking inside. “I’m living in fear. I can’t even be safe and comfortable in my own home,” said McElhiney. Just last week, McElhiney boarded up all the windows after he called police to report a burglary. There is shattered glass from doors and windows piled in the back of his home from previous burglary attempts. McElhiney can’t figure out why his place off 10th and Post appears to be targeted. “I have no idea. All I know is I’m a retired union carpenter that lives month to month just like everybody else,” said McElhiney. The surveillance cameras were installed less than 48 hours before the violent attack and the footage could prove to be the biggest clue to help get these dangerous gunmen off the streets. “Something’s got to be done; these people have to be stopped,” said McElhiney. IMPD told FOX59 a detective is on this case and is in the process of investigating. - (Black-on-white) |

Deadly Tennessee church shooting: (BLACK AFRICAN) Sudanese immigrant arrested, FBI to launch civil rights investigation One woman was killed and seven other people were hurt after a suspect identified as a Sudanese immigrant opened fire at a Tennessee church Sunday, police said, as federal officials told Fox News the FBI will initiate a civil rights investigation into the shooting. The suspect, 25-year-old Emanuel Kidega Samson, immigrated from Sudan two decades ago, police said. He's suspected of bringing two pistols and a mask to the predominantly white Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, southeast of Nashville, before opening fire just after 11 a.m. Metropolitan Nashville Police Department tweeted that Samson had been released from the hospital and will be charged with murder and attempted murder. Photos from a Facebook page under Samson's name seemed to show him lifting weights and showing off his physique. A post earlier Sunday read: "Everything you've ever doubted or made to be believe as false, is real. & vice versa, B." Another post read, "Become the creator instead of what's created. What you say, goes." Police have not commented on the Facebook posts. An usher, identified as Robert Engle, 22, confronted the gunman at one point and was pistol-whipped, causing "significant injury around his head," police added. They said Engle went to his own car, grabbed a pistol and headed back into the church. Law enforcement confirmed Samson is a legal U.S. resident who immigrated from Sudan in 1996. Police said that Burnette Chapel churchgoers recognized Samson as attending their church one to two years ago, but noted he hadn't attended services "in quite a while." The woman who was shot and killed in the church parking lot, identified as Melanie Smith, 39, was walking to her car when she was hit, police said. The gunman, with his blue vehicle still running in the parking lot, then entered the back of the church and shot six people – three women and three men – who were rushed to the hospital, police said. Police identified those being treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and in stable condition as: William Jenkins, 83; Marlene Jenkins, 84; Peggy Spann, 65; and Linda Busch, 68. David Spann, 60, was also being treated at Vanderbilt, but was listed as in critical but stable condition. Katherine Dickerson, 64, was in stable condition at Skyline Medical Center. Engle was also being treated at Skyline. - (Black-on-white) |

Family of an investment executive who was strangled to death in a 5-star Manhattan hotel have agreed on a settlement of $1.5million. The victim, Andree Bejjani, 44, was asleep in her 10th floor room at Jumeirah Essex House September 19, 2009 when prying housekeeping manager, Derrick Praileau, entered her private space with an electronic key and executed what police described as a 'sex attack gone awry.' Praileau held a 10-inch bread knife to Bejjani's throat and strangled the accomplished businesswoman to death after she refused his advances and pulled her nightgown above her head, according to a New York Daily News report. The family agreed on the settlement in the suit against the hotel's operator at the time and security firm, who were accused in the case. Authorities confirmed that Bejjani, a Lebanese-born real estate investment advisor, did not appear to be raped that September morning, while an autopsy report confirmed she died by strangulation. She was discovered with a jump rope tied around her neck and a basic bread knife stuck out the back of her neck. - (Black-on-white) |

New information about (white female) victim allegedly killed by naked (black) boyfriend in front of home HOUSTON, Texas -- The family of a young woman who was beaten to death earlier this week are not only grieving for her, but also for her accused killer. Sommer Gatto,18, suffered blunt force trauma to her head and torso Tuesday night. Investigators say her boyfriend, Marquis Williams, 20, beat her head against the ground on the street where she lived. He was naked and believed to be high on drugs. "A young couple, seemingly in love one minute," described Sommer's father, Todd Gatto. "Everything was going fine. Apparently some type of drug activity, we don't know what, and at that point, within minutes, Marquis lost his mind." When deputies arrived on the scene they found Sommer lying in a pool of blood and Marquis' clothes in the street. They had to shock him with a Taser twice to subdue him. Williams is in the Harris County jail charged with Sommer's murder. "I held her hand those last few seconds. I called my older sister because I wanted her to say her goodbyes and I knew at that point there was nothing we could do," said Cameryn Gatto, Sommer's sister. Harris County Sheriff's Office investigators believe Williams was high on "kush," a synthetic drug, when he ran down the street, took off his clothes and attacked Sommer. First he kicked in her family's door prompting her grandmother, sister and two children to hide in a closet. - (Black-on-white) |

(White) Man in town for bachelor party beaten, robbed in French Quarter NEW ORLEANS - "The last thing he remembers is two guys chasing him. Caught up to him. Beat him and then hit him upside the head with a baseball bat," said Jason Guin, the victim's brother. Jumped, robbed and brutally attacked is how Kevin Guin's family describes what happened to him. Guin, 33 years old from Virginia, was in New Orleans for a bachelor party when he claims two men attacked him and hit him with a baseball bat. Guin's older brother, Jason Guin tells Eyewitness News they were at the Cats Meow late Thursday night. Some time around 11 p.m., Guin says his brother left and headed towards their hotel, but took a wrong turn. Jason Guin tried reaching Kevin several times, but his phone kept going to voice mail. Police say an officer was flagged down by a witness in the 500 block of Dumaine Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they saw Kevin Guin suffering from a head injury. The witness told officers he saw a black man leaning over Kevin Guin, going through his pockets while he was on the ground before fleeing. Guin says the next morning he received a call from a detective, telling him that his brother Kevin was in the ICU. Guin had to have emergency surgery following the attack and had 31 staples placed in his head. "They took him out of ICU yesterday afternoon. Moved him down to a regular room. Just did physical therapy today. Still doesn't have movement in his right arm. He can't control his right arm. I mean nothing. No movement. Can't move his fingers," Jason Guin said. Right now the family is hoping that by speaking out, a witness will come forward or those responsible will turn themselves in. NOPD is investigating the matter as an attempted armed robbery. "There's a lot of anger. Just ‘cause somebody comes out of a bar, by himself and, goes down the wrong street. And us not knowing where we are, I guess he got spun around. He went down the wrong street and ended up in the hospital. All of his money stolen. Cell phone. All that stuff. Frustration," Guin said. The family is now working on finding a way to send Guin back to his home in Virginia. A friend of the family has also set up a GoFundMe account for Kevin. The account can be found here. - (Black-on-white) |

BLACK Eighteen-year old 'confesses to raping and strangling a homeless (White) mother to death before sexually assaulting her corpse

||
An 18-year-old negro has been charged with raping and murdering a homeless mother before allegedly sexually assaulting her corpse. Police said James Arthur House was arrested in Baltimore on Monday when he allegedly confessed to slaying and raping 35-year-old Jessica Gibson. The mother-of-four's body was found dumped behind large pallets on a downtown Baltimore access road last Wednesday. Police say she had been sexually assaulted and strangled. Investigators do not yet have a motive for the crime, but they say House and the victim were known to each other. Their exact relationship is not yet clear. Surveillance footage from around the area showed House and Gibson interacting before the attack took place. After the victim's body was found, police released surveillance video of House inside a convenience store saying they believed he was the last person to see Gibson alive. The teenager called 911 to hand himself in after spotting the footage of him on social media. House was charged with murder, rape, perverted practice, reckless endangerment and sex offenses. Some of the sex acts House is charged with were allegedly carried out on Gibson's dead body. - (Black-on-white)

Jury decides against death penalty for (BLACK) man who raped, killed woman in 1987 A Palm Beach County jury on Tuesday recommended a life sentence for a man convicted last month of a strangulation murder near Lake Worth 30 years ago. Under a Florida law revised this year, the death penalty cannot be imposed without a unanimous jury vote. The jurors voted 9-3 in favor of a life in prison term for Rodney Clark, and Circuit Judge Charles Burton immediately imposed that punishment. While Clark smiled at his lawyers after the verdict, two of murder victim Dana Fader’s three children left the courtroom satisfied their long wait for justice was over. “It’s done, behind us now,” said Kolby Manis, standing next to his older sister, Angela Fader Sampler. “We just wanted him off the streets. He’s not going to hurt anybody else for a while, at least.” They were just 5 and 10 years old when their mom was raped and killed in the back seat of her car. A younger brother, named J.P., was three years old. After the slaying, the siblings were raised by different relatives, but they eventually settled near each other in Chattanooga, Tenn. Earlier Tuesday, Assistant State Attorney Reid Scott argued Clark deserves capital punishment. “There’s simply no place for him in society,” Scott said, displaying a photo of the 27-year-old lifeless victim after she was found. “He deserves the ultimate penalty.” The case went cold until Clark’s arrest five years ago based on DNA evidence. The Jackson, Miss., man was found guilty at a trial last month. “He chose to be the boogeyman on June 20, 1987, and chose to commit unspeakable acts on Dana Fader,” the prosecutor told the jury. - (Black-on-white) |
