(White) Henrico woman stabbed in Florida attack (by EVIL psycho black demon), suspect arrested at McDonald’s  BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A woman, raised in Henrico’s West End, is recovering from multiple stab wounds she received during an attack inside her South Florida apartment. Ashley Hall, 30, was stabbed more than a dozen times, according to friends who set-up a GoFundMe page for the Hermitage High School graduate. Hall was attacked in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she lives with her boyfriend, Freeman High School graduate Scott Rash. Rash and Hall were home Tuesday, March 28, when an acquaintance, described as a neighbor, named Benito Felipe Crisanto arrived to their apartment. The couple was expecting Crisanto, believing he planned to say goodbye to them before moving to New York. But while Rash played video games with his headphones on, Crisanto entered the apartment and allegedly pulled out a gun to confront the couple. Rash, according to the report, wrestled the gun away from Crisanto and he and Hall tried to escape the apartment. Crisanto grabbed Hall, the police report stated, pulled out a knife, and stabbed Hall, she told police. When interviewed in the hospital, Hall told investigators she did not know why she was being stabbed, but recalled Crisanto saying that, “I have to make a sacrifice.” After grabbing more than $3,000 cash, Crisanto fled. “By the grace of God, Ashley survived, but she has a long road to recovery and to get back to the sweet girl we all know and love,” friends and family wrote on her GoFundMe page. “Ashley will probably be in the hospital a month or two, but she is fighting hard and strong to recover.” Money raised through the account will be spent to help the couple move back home to Virginia, because they no longer felt safe in Florida. - (Black-on-white) |

Police announce arrest (of worthesss BLACK predator) in death of beloved (White female) Jacksonville music teacher  The Sheriff’s Office announced an arrest in the March 23 death of a popular music teacher. Deborah Camp Liles, 62, was killed by blunt force trauma in a home-invasion robbery at her East 59th Street home in Panama Park. She was a teacher at San Jose Elementary School. Her stolen car was recovered two days later in the 3800 block of Notter Avenue off Golfair Boulevard, and Lt. Steve Gallaher said they located some surveillance video from a nearby business that helped led them to 24-year-old Adam Christopher Lawson Jr. A woman also had come forward to police saying Lawson had told her about the killing. (Cowardly cruel colored stepson) charged with kidnap and homicide in beating death of 74-year-old (white) woman  A man accused of beating a 74-year-old woman with a broomstick and trying to strangle her is now charged with homicide. Rodney Deavers, 47, of Harrisburg, was charged Friday in the death of Martha Watson, who was found beaten March 17 in a home. Watson died March 27 in Penn State Hershey Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Harrisburg police say Watson told them she been held against her will in her apartment for several months by Deavers, who had been beating her daily. Deavers was charged Friday with criminal homicide, strangulation, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and possession of instruments of crime. Police said they were conducting a welfare check on the woman, after receiving a tip, home when they found her March 17 on the floor, wrapped in blankets next to her bed. She told police that Deavers had been beating her for several months. Watson described Deavers as her stepson. "She reported that Rodney hit her 10-15 times (on March 17) with a green broomstick. He also wrapped an item around her neck and strangled her for about five minutes," records state. The woman told police that Deavers handed her a kitchen knife and told her to cut her own throat. "He also told her that she was going to die today." The woman's arms were covered with dark bruises and she had red marks on her neck. An autopsy March 28 concluded Watson died due to the injuries sustained during the assaults. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Suspect pleads not guilty in murder of (White) LMPD Officer Nick Rodman  LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The man charged in connection with the murder of LMPD Officer Nick Rodman pleaded not guilty in court on Monday. Wathaniel L. Woods, 37, also known as James L. Woods, was arrested Sunday night and booked into Metro Corrections facing multiple charges, including; murder, assault, fleeing or evading police, trafficking a controlled substance, wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating on a suspended or revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain insurance. Sheriffs deputies and EMS workers brought the 37-year-old to his arraignment. He is still being treated for injuries from the crash. According to the arrest report, Woods had been in a verbal argument with the mother of his child. During that argument, Woods "pushed the victim and punched her on the face multiple times causing pain and visible injuries." Woods then displayed a handgun and struck the victim with it on the left hand. The report noted that "as bystanders attempted to stop the assault, Woods fired multiple shots from his handgun before fleeing the scene in a vehicle." The crash happened not long after that as Rodman was attempting to join a pursuit of Woods who was driving a 2001 Lexus, struck Rodman's police cruiser as he was trying to make a left turn at a green light at 26th and Duncan, causing the car to burst into flames. Rodman was trapped inside the vehicle until being removed and taken to the hospital in critical condition. He died on March 29. - (Black-on-white) |

The "barbaric" criminals also said they were going to "dig her eyes out" and "get" their grandchildren, according to prosecutors. Kacey Adams, 34, and Daniel Wallace, 33, made off with around £50,000 in the raid on a bungalow in Halstead, Kent in April 2016. They were arrested as they flew back from Dubai the following month and their luggage was found to contain more than £18,000 of luxury goods. Before the attack, victim Janis Buswell was knitting clothes for her expected great-grandchild and husband John was watching a boxing match on TV. Adams and Wallace tied them up and tortured them for two hours, demanding to know the codes for their safes, Chelmsford Crown Court was told. Blood in (gay white) stabbing victim's kitchen matches (black) accused killer's DNA  MADISON, Wis. - Blood found in the kitchen of the apartment where police say a Madison man was stabbed to death matched the DNA of the man accused in the homicide, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday in Dane County Court. Darrick E. Anderson, 23, was arrested on suspicion of a retail theft at East Towne Mall around 5 p.m. Tuesday and was a person of interest in the slaying of 46-year-old Andrew G. Nesbitt. Anderson was in court Monday, when a charge of felony first-degree intentional homicide was added to theft charges. Nesbitt was found dead March 27 in a Madison apartment after Dane County dispatchers got an emergency call just before 4 p.m. from 27 N. Butler St. According to the criminal complaint, blood evidence collected at Nesbitt's apartment matched Anderson's DNA. When Anderson was arrested in the retail theft from Gordmans Tuesday, about 24 hours after Nesbitt was found dead, he had cut wounds on the insides of both palms. Black man killed white man while trying to rob him of drugs & guns Jan 17, 2017   WELLINGTON --- The teenager facing murder charges in 34-year-old Joseph Bilella III’s death told deputies he wanted to rob the Wellington man of his drugs and guns. Yasir Jackson, 19, told a mutual friend he wanted to buy marijuana. The friend took Jackson, known as “Philly,” to Bilella’s home on Periwinkle Place, near the intersection of Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores Boulevard, the friend told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies. The three men were in Bilella’s bedroom early Tuesday. Shortly before 2 a.m. Jackson said he needed to use the restroom. Before he made it out the door, he grabbed Bilella’s gun from a table and pulled another from his waistband, the friend said. Jackson pointed the guns at the friend and Bilella, records show. The friend immediately dropped to the ground, he said. Vernon Andre Cox Jr., 29, and Leon George White III, 27, both of York have been charged with criminal homicide and robbery in the death of Ryan Small. Small was found bleeding from two gunshot wounds when officers responded to the scene of a crash just before 9 p.m. at West Princess and Hartley streets in York. He died later at York Hospital, police said. The incident was the result of a drug deal gone bad, the York Daily Record reported. According to court documents, White met Small to buy marijuana and something went wrong. Police Chief Bruce Lawver said Thursday’s triple homicide and suicide remains under investigation. Police were called shortly after 1:30 p.m. Thursday to the yellow, two-story home where four people were found dead. Peterson, 21, of Massillon, had lived there, too, for a couple of months while he was engaged to Cheyenne Calderon. Her Facebook page said they were engaged Jan. 31. Police said the couple split about a week ago. Calderon, who was 20, lived there with her 3-year-old (White) son; her mother, Kelly Freshour, 50; Freshour’s friend, Timothy Keyser, 70; and Calderon’s brother and sister-in-law, who weren’t home Thursday at the time of the shootings. An hour earlier, Peterson had purchased a TP9SA 9mm handgun from a retail store. Shortly after 1:30 p.m., Calderon was in the kitchen with the family’s Siberian husky when Peterson walked up to the kitchen door and opened fire, Lawver said. “The dog ... was right at the door when the door was opened,” Lawver said. “He could’ve just been a target of opportunity that was right there when Peterson came in.”
Calderon ran from the kitchen, through the dining room and into a first-floor bedroom, where her mother and Keyser were located, Lawver said. Peterson chased her, shooting, and killed all three inside the bedroom.

Memphis: Black man Ronald Melvinjam Taylor charged with murder of White man Travis Brandt   Memphis police have charged Ronald Melvinjam Taylor, 30, with first-degree murder in the shooting death on Friday of a victim at Plasma Biological Services on Covington Way. According to the affidavit, police found the victim, Travis Brandt, unresponsive and bleeding on the ground. Memphis Fire Department personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Taylor was developed as a suspect after a witness told investigators that Taylor was one of the last individuals at the business with the victim before the shooting. After his arrest, Taylor admitted to investigators that he planned the killing. No bond has been set and Taylor's first court hearing is on Monday. - (Black-on-white) |

$1 million bond for (BLACK) Dubuque man accused of fatally stabbing (white) girlfriend   A Dubuque man charged in the stabbing death of his girlfriend early Friday is being held on a $1 million cash-only bond. Fontae C. Buelow, 25, of 974 Edmore Lane, made an initial appearance Saturday morning at the Dubuque County Law Enforcement Center. He faces charges of first-degree murder and possession of a controlled substance. Police said Buelow killed Samantha J. Link, 21, of Peosta, Iowa, at a home at 870 Kane St. on Friday morning. Authorities responded to the Kane Street home at 2:19 a.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived on scene, “they were met at the door by a very hysterical Buelow, who told officers to get inside and said that she has been stabbed,” investigators wrote. Officers found Link unresponsive in the kitchen. Paramedics arrived and pronounced her dead at 2:32 a.m. While officers were investigating, they said they found a butcher knife that appeared to be covered in blood lying on the floor 10 feet away from Link. (BLACK) La Crosse Man Gets Life Sentence For Stabbing (white) Wife To Death  LA CROSSE, Wis. — A La Crosse man accused of fatally stabbing his wife in front of five children has been sentenced to life in prison. A jury in December found 36-year-old Haron Joyner guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 29-year-old Jessica Joyner. La Crosse County Circuit Judge Scott Horne on Friday sentenced Joyner to life with the possibility of release in 40 years. The criminal complaint says Joyner stabbed his wife in the neck, face and chest six or seven times before she escaped to an apartment across the hall. She collapsed and died about an hour later. The beating happened Friday morning in 71-year-old Patsy Whitten's driveway. She was left with bruises across her body. Shelby County Sheriff's Office said surveillance video from Southland Park Gaming and Racing showed Michael Mahone followed Whitten out of the casino the night before he attacked her. The next morning, when he attacked Whitten with a tire iron, he took her credit cards, driver's license, and $400 in cash. "I was fighting for my life and he kept telling me he was going to kill me," Whitten said. Investigators said surveillance video showed Mahone following Whitten out of the West Memphis casino. "We saw that he followed her when she cashed out, and he followed her to her car in the parking lot," SCSO Deputy Chief Floyd Bonner said. Mahone was arrested Wednesday morning at Resorts Casino in Tunica. Deputies said Mahone has a lengthy criminal record. In fact, he was on probation for an attempted bank robbery out of Little Rock, Arkansas, when Whitten's attack occurred. SCSO is waiting for Mahone to be extradited to Shelby County. 2 black teens charged in connection with Hoke County murder (of White man), 1 suspect on the run   SHANNON, N.C. — Two teens have been charged in connection with the shooting death of a 38-year-old man in Shannon Monday night, the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announced. Hoke County officers responded to the 100 block of Piney Bay Lane just after 11:45 p.m. Monday in connection with a homicide call. Johnathan Alex Nipper, 38, was found dead from multiple gun shots to the upper body, authorities said. Detectives began an investigation and learned that Delton Graham, Jr., 18, was the suspect in the shooting. Graham has been charged with first-degree murder. The sheriff’s office determined that Nyrek Moore, 18, of Raeford, drove Graham from the crime scene to another location. Moore was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. Graham fled before authorities could catch him and the sheriff’s office has said he’s considered to be on the run. Tellisavoris Demon Floyd was sentenced to life plus 25 years in the shooting death of Sean Michael Turner, 17, of Newnan near Grady High School, Fulton County District Attorney spokesman Dontaye Carter said. Turner had just graduated high school and bought a 1997 5 Series BMW with money earned working a summer job, before the December 2015 shooting, officials said. Earlier that day he decided to see friend Stephen Thomas in Atlanta, officials said. Police say the two boys decided to buy marijuana and met a man only known to them as “Slash” who later introduced them to Floyd and Cornelius Seaburm. “Floyd and Seabrum entered the back seats of the BMW and gave Turner directions to what was believed to be the place to buy marijuana,” Carter said. The two men then put Turner and Thomas in a headlock, placed guns to their heads and stole the car keys and their cell phones, Carter said. Turner and Thomas were then forced out of the car. As Floyd and Seabrum sped away, Turner charged toward the car, opened the driver’s door and tried to get his car back. He was then shot in his stomach and taken to Atlanta Medical Center where he later died. - (Black-on-white) |

Police said 29-year-old Sheena Engstrom was shot dead on her porch by 31-year-old McKinley Jackson in a murder suicide. Their children were inside the home at the time and were unharmed. (Black) Virginia Beach teens charged in series of random shootings, murders are headed to adult jail     VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- Two people accused of going on a shooting spree in November and December 2016 will be tried on First Degree Murder charges as adults. Angelo Worlds and Nicholas Cates were 17 years old at the time of the shootings. Cates already turned 18. Worlds will be 18 on March 31. Virginia Beach police officers said during a nine-day period, Worlds and Cates took part in a series of shootings that left two people dead and many others hurt. (Black) Oceanside man sentenced to life for setting fire to home, killing (his 74-year-old white) wife   VISTA - A man who set fire to his mobile home in Oceanside, killing his 74-year-old wife, was sentenced today to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Andrew Hollis, 65, was convicted of first-degree murder and a special circumstance allegation that arson was the cause of the fire that killed Gertrudes "Diana" Hollis. Deputy District Attorney Natalie Villaflor told jurors that the defendant frequently argued with his wife over money and mounting bills. Villaflor said Hollis threatened to burn down their home at the Lamplighter Mobile Home Park so his wife could not take it in a divorce. The prosecutor said the defendant slept in the living room, while his wife stayed in the master bedroom with the door locked. The victim had limited mobility and was recovering from an October 2014 car crash when the fire broke out on Feb. 22, 2015. The fire started in the living room, on the other side of the wall from the victim's bed, Villaflor told the jury. Neighbors who rushed to the scene found an injured Andrew Hollis outside, and he told them his wife wasn't home, according to the prosecutor. As paramedics were treating the defendant for severe burns, he pointed the finger at his wife's adult son, Conrad Giles. Giles had moved out the day before the fire after an ugly argument with his mother, the prosecutor said. Police investigators later cleared Giles as a suspect. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Man accused of strangling (White) south Tulsa woman faced murder charges in 2008  Gregory Epperson is accused of killing 19-year-old Kelsey Tennant in her south Tulsa apartment Monday. Cops say Tennant walked into her apartment and surprised Epperson as he was burglarizing the place. Epperson was charged with murder in 2015 over a 2008 incident but those charges were dropped. Police believe Gregory Epperson was the man who killed Ray Johnson. An affidavit for that case says a witness told police that he met Epperson at his home in early to mid-September 2008. Epperson was reportedly holding a bleach bucket and spraying down his driveway with a garden hose. The witness allegedly saw blood on the ground and a body on the side of Epperson’s house. The document says Epperson put a gun to the witness’s head and forced him to help load the body into a car. Investigators found the car with hair and blood inside. But DNA checks to connect that blood and hair back to Johnson took a while to come back, so charges were dropped in January 2016. - (Black-on-white) |

Negro charged Muncie, IN drug related shooting death of White man, 20   MUNCIE – A Muncie man on Friday was formally charged with murder in a Middletown resident’s shooting death. Marcus Darrell “Jefe” Hanyard, 23 – who was already in the Delaware County jail on unrelated charges – was arrested Monday in the Feb. 9 slaying of 20-year-old Zackary Mason Farmer. Authorities allege Hanyard and another man entered an apartment in the 800 block of West Main Street, intending to rob its occupants of drugs and money. Farmer was fatally wounded in an exchange of gunfire in the apartment. On Friday, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Zach Craig charged Hanyard with murder, conspiracy to commit burglary, attempted robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. An initial hearing is expected to be held Monday in Delaware Circuit Court 5. In Indiana, a murder conviction carries a standard 55-year prison term. The occupant of the apartment where the slaying took place, 20-year-old Isaiah A. Davis, and another Middletown man in the home at the time, Hunter Hess, 19, are each charged with obstruction of justice, false informing, dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. - (Black-on-white) |

Now, police are searching for her missing car and any information that will lead to her killer. Corrina Mehiel, 34, was found dead in a basement apartment on the 600 block of 14th Street NE, near the busy H Street corridor, about 4 p.m. Tuesday. Acting Police Chief Peter Newsham said at a news conference that there's no indication the crime was random, and police found no signs of forced entry in the apartment where her body was found. A black and a South American Hispanic arrested for the murder of a (White) woman in 2015   SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. — Two Spotsylvania men have been arrested and charged with the murder of Heather Ciccone. Ciccone was found dead in her vehicle in a driveway off of Piney Branch Road on Sunday, December 6, 2015. She died from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Joshua Christopher Williams, 29, of Spotsylvania has been formally indicted for First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. Jonathan Julian Vejarano, 28, of Spotsylvania was also charged with First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Joshua Christopher Williams was due in court Friday for an incident back May. He allegedly abducted his son after badly beating his ex-girlfriend. Two Worthless Cowardly Blacks Arrested for shooting (White) teen in the back during robbery  HIGH POINT, N.C. — High Point police and the U.S. Marshal's Violent Fugitive Task Force have arrested two men in connection with the death of 18-year-old Brandon Burrow. Billy Ingram, Jr., 41, and Brian O'Neal Davis, 35, are both charged with murder. Davis was also served with several other drug-related warrants that are unrelated to Burrow's murder. Both men are being held in the Guilford County Jail without bail. Burrow was shot at the Motel 6 on Cloverleaf Place in High Point on Tuesday morning. He died later that afternoon. (Black) Teen arrested in fatal shooting (of White man) outside downtown Little Rock detail shop    A 19-year-old man from North Little Rock was arrested Thursday on charges tied to a shooting that left a man dead outside a detail shop in downtown Little Rock last year, police said. Corey Williams Jr. was arrested on charges of capital murder, aggravated robbery and first-degree battery. Around 1 a.m., a North Little Rock officer pulled over a silver Chevrolet Malibu that Williams was driving on Hyacinth Street because the vehicle had a taillight out, according to a police report. The officer reportedly checked Williams' name and saw he had warrants out for his arrest. Williams has been "identified as the person involved" in the killing of 47-year-old Harvel "Todd" Sieber on Nov. 15, 2016, according to a Little Rock police report. The shop's owner, 75-year-old Mitchell Hines of Little Rock, was nearby with a wound in his right leg, police said. Hines, who was treated at the hospital, told police he was working on a vehicle when he was approached by a short-haired, heavyset black woman who asked to use the restroom. When Hines called for an employee, the woman reached to her left side, pulled out a gun and started shooting, Hines told police. Sieber got out of his vehicle, tried to return fire and knocked the gun out of the woman's hand but she was able to recover it, Hines told police. A witness to the shooting told police he saw a black male and a black female exit a four-door Scion parked nearby and walk toward the detail shop, authorities said. The witness also told police he saw two people in that car when he heard gunfire, and that vehicle drove toward the shop. White father loses leg during negro home invasion, Indy PD release sketch of poofy haired spook   INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A father of three lost his leg during a violent home invasion. Police released a sketch of the suspect and are asking the public for help catching him. Back in August, an intruder broke into Miles Vanjelgerhuis’s home through a back door while his family was sleeping. Vanjelgerhuis said that when he heard a noise, he grabbed his gun and then within minutes came face to face with the intruder. “(We) fought back and forth in the kitchen, ended up, gun shot went off, (he) shot me in my left leg, just blew it to pieces,” said Miles Vanjelgerhuis. Weeks after the attack, doctors amputated Vanjelgerhuis’s left leg.The Army veteran has had to learn to lean on others for help. “It’s hard to dress yourself, it’s hard to use the bathroom, just everything. A lot of times it is easier to crawl around than hop around,” he said. Since the attack, the Franklin Township family has had to deal with daily changes, but for the suspect nothing changed. “It’s just frustrating. I’m obviously permanently damaged because of it, I guess you could say, but he’s out doing whatever he wants and it’s just kind of pissed me off,” Vanjelgerhuis said. Detectives believe the intruder and two other men cased the house before the break-in and Vanjelgerhuis is certain he talked to them. “I just asked them what they were doing in my backyard and they said ‘We are just looking around.’ Yeah, I don’t think so, not in my backyard, get out of here,” he recalled. (Black) Boyfriend of murdered (white) Spring Lake mom charged in her death   Spring Lake, N.C. — Cumberland County police arrested and charged Jeffrey Lynne McKinnon, Jr. with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jennifer Foxx, who was found Tuesday morning near her Fayetteville home. McKinnon was Foxx’s boyfriend and roommate. McKinnon is being held the Cumberland County Jail to remain without bond until his first appearance in court on March 27. Foxx was found shot to death near N.C. Highway 210 in Spring Lake, according to Fayetteville police. Law enforcement officers were at the Carolina Sands Mobile Home Park around 8:15 a.m. Jennifer Foxx, 34, was found in a pool of blood. Authorities identified Jeffrey Lynn McKinnon Jr. as a person of interest in the case and were trying to find him to talk with him, Swain said. Montrail Thomas Butler, 21, was arrested without incident. Butler is charged with murder in the slaying of Stephanie Woodford, 34, at a home Saturday afternoon. Police said Butler had a confrontation with Woodford prior to shooting her in the neck. Police said the two knew each other. Woodford's mother, Laurel Anderson, said that her daughter has special needs and was at the home to help with a remodeling project. A man was also wounded in the shooting. (White) Father and his son traumatized from armed robbery by pack of Negroes on MetroLink, pleads for better security  BELLEVILLE, IL - A Belleville father and his son attacked on Sunday night while riding MetroLink to St. Louis, spoke exclusively with Fox 2 Tuesday night. "When you see, your son being so scared, he doesn't want to go outside, it's ridiculous," said 51-year-old attack victim, Jeff Cantrell as he cried recalling the attack. Cantrell said, he and his son got on the train from Belleville and were on their way to see Jeff's doctor, in the Central West End. Cantrell said; it’s one of many late-night trips he must make for dealing with chronic back issues. He said the train stopped at the Emerson Station where he noticed a group of young people getting on the train. "A few minutes later one guy says (to son) 'hey can I come talk to you'?" Cantrell said. Cantrell went on to say that his son complied with the request, but suddenly the situation turned into something more. "He (his son) comes back and says to me, 'they want money,' and I said Allen, I've got a bad feeling, they're gonna rob us," explained Cantrell. Cantrell said that his son gave the person demanding money, $5 but apparently, that wasn't enough and the suspect while holding a gun cornered his son, physically attacking him. Cantrell went on to explain that at the same time, another person from the group walked up to him and tried to grab cigarettes from his pocket. "As soon as I stood up he punched me with a left," described Cantrell, "as soon as I draw one back 'pow!’ I heard the gun shot and I threw myself back in the seat." Cantrell said he’s concerned that the sound of the gun firing may have caused his son to lose hearing in one ear. He said that while he and his son are lucky to be alive, they are terrified of ever getting back on a MetroLink again. During the attack near Busch Stadium, a stray bullet hit a bystander on the platform in the head, who died Tuesday. The victim is identified as 57-year-old Mac Payne who was homeless. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said 23-year-old Shanon Djon Hill Jr. attacked the 19-year-old victim in the 13600 block of Hamlet Court. Deputies said Hill hit the victim in the face with an object then stole his cell phone and basketball. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. The sheriff says its a complicated case - the body of 31 year old white female found in back room - black man charged with murder  LASALLE PARISH, La. - McIntyre street might be quiet on Monday, but on Friday evening the Lasalle Parish Sheriff's Office says this home was surrounded by law enforcement. "My 911 center received a call from a person stating that her sister was being held at gunpoint at a residence in the Goodpine community," says Sheriff Scott Franklin. But Franklin says when the officers arrived no one would answer the door. "Of course in a situation like that you just don't kick the door in and run in you don't know what you are running into and so we were able to get his pastor and his brother there and they were able to get him to the door," says Franklin. That man who was inside the home was 66-year-old Melvin Gardner. From there deputies were able to search the house. "A subsequent search of the house revealed Jamie Bates 31 year old white female was already deceased in one of his backrooms," says Franklin. He says the two knew each other and Bates would stay at his place off and on. "No indication to what the cause is for the most part Mr. Gardner was a quiet man that we really didn't ever have any dealings with he kind of kept to himself," says Franklin. Mathis is accused in the death of Allen Ray Plexco, 50. Police found Plexco lying on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of East Lancaster Avenue on March 5. Attorneys: Blood in (BLACK) Wilmington murder suspect’s SUV matches dead (WHITE) woman   WILMINGTON – Blood found in James Opelton Bradley’s SUV was a DNA match for a missing Wilmington woman whose decomposing body was found in a shallow grave in Hampstead in 2014, attorneys in the case revealed in court Friday. Bradley, 54, of Wilmington is charged with first-degree murder in the killing of Elisha Tucker, 34, also of Wilmington. Tucker’s remains were discovered April 29, 2014, buried in a field when investigators were searching for Bradley’s missing co-worker Shannon Rippy Van Newkirk, 53, of Wilmington, who was last seen three weeks earlier on April 5, 2014. Though Van Newkirk has never been found, the discovery of Tucker's body prompted prosecutors to charge Bradley with Van Newkirk's presumed death. He was slated to go to trial next month in her killing. Only circumstantial evidence tied Bradley to Tucker and he denied knowing her. Then, when the blood test results came back in November as a DNA match to Tucker, the state announced it also was charging Bradley with Tucker's killing. She had been missing since August 2013. This time the state decided to seek the death penalty. In July a judge ruled the evidence of the killing of Tucker and Bradley’s conviction for killing his 8-year-old stepdaughter in 1988 in Fayetteville could be heard by the Van Newkirk jury -- making the Tucker evidence vital in the Van Newkirk defense. - (Black-on-white) |

COLD CASE: DNA under the fingernails of a White 81-year-old strangled woman points to black POS convict   In 1987, several days after pleading guilty to a string of burglaries in St. Paul’s Macalester-Groveland neighborhood — and being released from jail a day later — Michael Withers broke into an elderly woman’s home and killed her, police said. The 30-year-old cold case, which led to the filing of charges against Withers on Thursday, was solved after additional DNA testing of the fingernails of the victim, Lillian Kuller, 81, a vivacious and refined former Ziegfeld Follies dancer, who had lived in her home at 1290 Goodrich Ave. for decades. Withers, 58, who is in prison for burglarizing a pair of homes in 2013, a mile or so from where Kuller lived, was charged in Ramsey County District Court with two counts of second-degree murder for the crime. He was scheduled to finish serving the 2013 burglary sentence in October. Lillian Kuller was born in Chicago and as a young woman joined the Ziegfeld Follies as a chorus dancer, where she often hobnobbed with celebrities. Update: $1M bond for (black) man in case of (White) babysitter’s shooting death  A federally convicted man and his girlfriend have been formally charged in the shooting death of 20-year-old Taylor Brandenburg outside a Huffman Avenue residence early Sunday morning. A judge set Chuckie Lee’s bond at $1 million in connection with murder charges. Lee, 38, was formally charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of having weapons under disability and one count off discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises. Many charges also include 3-year firearm specifications. No plea was entered at Thursday’s video arraignment from Montgomery County Jail. The victim’s family did not appear in court. Lee’s next court date is scheduled for March 23. Prosecutors also have charged Chuckie Lee’s girlfriend — Kara Parisi-King, 26, — for assisting him with a semi automatic pistol that they say was used in the shooting. Police have issued an arrest warrant for Parisi-King, who they say has fled the area, according to an affidavit filed in Dayton Municipal Court. Patrick Thomas Carothers was part of a team executing a search warrant for a fugitive out of South Carolina when when he was killed on November 18, 2016. Dontrell Montese Carter was wanted for attempted murder of police officers, domestic violence, and unlawfully discharging a weapon during an incident in September 2016 in Sumter County, South Carolina. The Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force had tracked Carter to a residence in Allenhurst, Georgia located in Long County. At the residence where Carter was hiding, law enforcement also made contact and interviewed Ashley Chavon Roberts, Jeremy Lance Lewis and Levy Lewis Jenkins. The investigation into Carothers’ murder found the three committed acts which hindered Carter’s capture. As a result, Roberts, 24, Jenkins, 34, and Lewis, 32, have each been charged with one count of Hindering Apprehension or Punishment of Criminal (felony) and one count of Felony Murder in Carothers’ death. (White) Altamonte Springs woman sells wedding ring for husband's medical bills, (black)   When Megan Starich showed up to exchange her treasured wedding ring for several thousand dollars, she thought she had done everything right. She decided to sell the $5,000 ring to help pay for her husband’s medical bills, which stemmed from a 15-foot fall at work. “My husband fell 15 feet onto his head, onto a concrete floor,” she said. “(He) suffered 21 skull fractures, brain hemorrhaging (and) brain swelling.” With the bills for his care, a special needs child at home and being on disability herself, Starich and her family made the difficult decision to sell the ring. “For us, you know, family is forever and diamonds are not,” she said. Starich listed the ring on a for-sale-by-owner site online and arranged to meet a potential buyer. She showed up with another person and wasn’t going to hand over the ring until she was holding the cash. Tiemann, 26, was shot near Liberty and Walnut in Over-the-Rhine Feb. 19. He was driven to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in critical condition, and later died from his injuries. Pack of cowardly colored carjackers brutally attack 73-year-old (White) woman who is still in hospital bed KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A 73-year-old grandmother continued to recover at the hospital on Monday, a day after police say she was carjacked by a group of teens. According to investigators, the alleged carjacking took place around 3 pm on Sunday at the Vivion Oaks apartment complex. Janet Wilson was attacked by a group of 4-5 teenagers as she was getting out of her car. On Monday, Wilson's daughter said that her mother suffered multiple injuries in the attack. "She's still in pretty serious condition," Heather Kirkpatrick explained. "They have her up in neurological ICU." A neighbor said he found Wilson badly injured. "When we found her, she was not moving at all. She was completely unconscious," he explained. "When I came down, she was laying on the concrete with her head under the car. I noticed there was a blood clot from where she got hit so hard." Moore said he noticed Wilson suffered a bad gash to her forehead, resulting in a large amount of blood on her face. Police investigating after (White) boy beaten at suburban middle school (by black thug) GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Ill. -- Police are investigating the beating of a 12-year-old student at Marquardt Middle School in Glendale Heights. 6th grader Colonel Watson was assaulted by an older student and had to be taken to the emergency room at Glen Oaks Hospital Monday. He was treated and released from the hospital the same day. Colonel’s mother Rita Greiner says her son is traumatized. She says Colonel suffered a concussion, broken nose, facial fracture and had two teeth knocked out. According to Greiner, Colonel accidentally stepped on another student's shoe while waiting to board a bus at the school. “My son told me this boy punched him with all of his might and he's really scared to go back to school.” Greiner wants to know why no school officials were around to intervene. "The school seems to be acting like this is no big deal. They keep trying to pacify me," Greiner said. And she's questioning whether the attack was racially motivated.
