Williams was convicted in 2011 of a fatal shooting during a 2007 robbery in Madison County. Conoco clerk Melvin Lovette Jr. was killed in the store in holdup. (Black) Trucker sentenced to 20 years in Bradford County school bus crash Naked (white) wife was in cab when truck driver Shannon Ford, 37, hit bus in 2014 LAWTEY, Fla. - The driver of an 18-wheeler that struck a stopped Bradford County school bus on U.S. 301 in September 2014 was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison. Shannon Ford, 37, pleaded no contest to four counts of reckless driving with serious bodily injury, but at his sentencing hearing he blamed Mo's Trucking, which owned the truck, for the crash, saying the company did not properly maintain the truck. The judge sentenced Ford to five years on each count, which will be served consecutively. He was given credit for 500 days served. Troopers said Ford was driving a log-hauling big rig about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 29, 2014, when it struck a school bus that was slowing to drop off students at a stop on 301 at NW 183rd Street, just south of Lawtey. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the bus had its flashing yellow lights and stop arm extended when it was struck from behind. An FHP trooper testified Wednesday that eight of the truck's 10 brakes were defective, making it dangerous to be on the road. The school bus was carrying 15 students from Starke Elementary School at the time. Seven of the 15 students, along with the bus driver, 37-year-old Jennifer Lynn Swanson, of Starke, were injured and taken to various hospitals. Authorities said the most serious injury among the children was a leg injury. - (Black-on-white) |
Savage black killer not dead yet for 1990 slaugter of White family, gang rape of 9-year-old girl The Mississippi Supreme Court on Thursday reversed a decision that one of two men convicted of the gruesome murders of a Quitman County family in 1990 is not mentally disabled and can be executed, sending the appeal back to county circuit court. An attorney for Anthony Carr in May had appealed to the state high court based on 2002 U.S. Supreme Court Ruling that states cannot execute mentally disabled people. During Carr's appeal in 2013, two psychologists disagreed whether Carr was competent, and a Quitman County circuit judge said it was "too close to call" and upheld his execution. Carr and Robert Simon Jr. were sentenced to death for the 1990 murders of the Parker family of Quitman. The Parkers returned home from church to find Carr and Simon burglarizing their home. The two shot Carl Parker, his wife, Bobbie Jo and 12-year-old Gregory and 9-year-old Charlotte multiple times. They raped the little girl and chopped the father's finger off to take his wedding ring. The killers set the house on fire and left the bodies to burn. Charlotte Parker died of smoke inhalation while the others died of gunshot wounds. Quitman County had to raise taxes for three years in a row to pay for the defense of Carr and Robert in one of the longest-running state capital cases. In May 2011, Simon was only four hours away from being executed when a federal appeals court stopped it to consider his claim that he was incompetent to be executed because he fell and suffered a brain injury and had amnesia. A federal judge ruled that Simon was faking amnesia, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in March upheld that ruling. Attorney General Jim Hood has called the murders "savage" and vowed to continue to fight appeals of their sentences. - (Black-on-white) |

It ain’t Over ‘Til the Racist, Black, Mass Murderer-Rapist Wins: Mischievous Federal Judges, Lawyer, Seek to Save Life of Robert Simon Jr., Who Murdered 4 Members of the White Parker Family in Miss. in 1990, in “Most Heinous Crime in Recent State History” By Nicholas Stix 2012 On Friday, February 2, 1990, Robert Simon Jr. and Anthony Carr raped and sodomized, and then shot nine-year-old Charlotte Jo Parker four times; shot her father, Carl “Bubba” Parker, 58; Parker's wife, Bobbie Jo, 45; and their 12-year-old son, Gregory. But Simon and Carr didn’t shoot any of the Parkers to death. That would have been insufficiently sadistic for their tastes. Instead, they bound everyone, before shooting to wound them, chopping off one of Mr. Parker's fingers, in order to steal his wedding ring, and setting the house on fire, leaving their victims to burn alive. Mrs. Parker’s corpse was so badly burned that the medical examiner couldn’t determine if she had been raped and/or sodomized, but given what Simon and Carr did to little Charlotte Jo, it’s a dead certainty that they did likewise to her mother. In what has become a ritual for racist black felons, they made Mr. Parker watch the whole thing. |

(Black) HPD officer charged with intoxication manslaughter after deadly crash (that killed White man) FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS - Houston Police Officer James Combs' blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit when he crashed into a car and killed the driver, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. Combs, 33, is now facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter for the death of 36-year-old Brian Manring. Deputies said the off-duty cop refused to take a field sobriety test shortly after slamming head-on into Manring's Corvette around 6:30 a.m. Friday. Deputies at the scene said they "detected the presence of alcohol" on him. Combs' wife told investigators he needs help with an "alcohol problem." She told them he'd been belligerent with her on the phone that day and that his credit card statement showed he'd been at a strip club early that morning. Combs was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and minor injuries. His blood alcohol content was .17. He was arrested Tuesday. Combs' bond was set at $100,000. He has been relieved of duty from HPD. "It's a sad day any time you have to take a man in blue in custody," Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls said. Deputies said Combs crashed into Manring's Corvette at the intersection of Westmoor and Beechnut. The investigation shows the officer's Tahoe veered into Manring's lane, colliding with the victim's sports car. Manring died at the scene. Friends say Manring was a devoted dad who adored his 8-year-old daughter. "Everyone who knew Brian, knew that he lived for his daughter. She was his life!!" ," a friend posted on a gofundme page set up to raise money for the daughter's trust. - (Black-on-white) |

Let go repeatedly, (black who shot a White police officer) why was this colored criminal allowed to roam the streets? LOUISVILLE, KY - A man accused of shooting an LMPD officer should have been in jail on a warrant instead of on the streets. The courts let him go time after time. Jacquan Crowley, 22, is charged with shooting officer Kyle Carroll in June, but his history with police began well before then. The Department of Corrections provided Crowley’s mugshots from 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016. Some of his charges include possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, tampering with physical evidence and third-degree assault of a police officer. He was also charged with fleeing or evading police nine times. But Crowley was still able to roam the streets. "It should be shocking to the public," Dave Mutchler, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police. "It's an unbelievably ridiculous revolving door." Mutchler said he's familiar with Crowley’s past. "You've got all the warnings here but nobody's heeding them," he said. One officer drew stars on an arrest report and called Crowley a "known armed police fighter and gang member," and that was three years before Crowley allegedly shot Carroll. "Our members are asking, 'Who is going to stop this?'" Mutchler said. - (Black-on-white) |

Elderly (White) woman mugged of jewelry outside Pompano Beach Wendy’s - by cowardly black criminal POMPANO BEACH, FLA. - A 72-year-old woman was robbed of her jewelry after a strong-armed robbery outside a Pompano Beach Wendy’s, last month. On July 24, a man noticed Margaret Ghee’s gold necklace as he walked into the fast food restaurant on West Atlantic Boulevard and Powerline Road. “As he’s walking into the restaurant, he does a quick double take,” said Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Gina Carter. “He notices a victim standing outside the restaurant, and he notices her gold necklace.” Security cameras captured crisp images of the subject as he entered the restaurant and walked toward the bathroom. He then quickly exited the restaurant, to lay in wait for his victim. Ghee, who was visiting from New York at the time of the mugging, described the disturbing attack. “I walked out of the restaurant, and as I turned around, he grabbed me by the neck and pulled the chain,” she said. “It didn’t come off, so he threw me to the ground.” The surveillance footage showed the robber on top of Ghee. “He hurt my head.
